It won't be done for many months, unless I can get some more help with writing scripts.
I'll start by doing a demo version first, which could potentially be finished pretty soon, but... right now there's just two people working on it and there's a lot left to do before release.

I hope this is still in development because it does seem like and interesting idea.

I have a suggestion but I don't know if you are already doing it this way. Each stage have it's own scene. Like for instance stage 1 has bowser trying to get Peach on her knees for a blowjob. If the stage finishes with Bowser having his way before Mario gets to the end, the next stage has the players at a sort of time penalty. So again for instance if bowser got his blowjob in stage one, in stage two we see him cum on her face or mouth at the beginning and then move on to the next bit, say tearing her top off for a tit job.

Here is where the big difference I'm suggesting would be. First, if bowser didn't get his blowjob in stage one, scene two starts with him finally roughly shoving into her mouth instead of reaching climax. This gives players a little more time to work on the next stage. Also when bowser reaches climax, peach could have more fight in her than if Mario had been too slow, so getting her top off would take longer as well.

As for Gengu's suggestions, I made a footjob animation, as well as fixed the blowjob too.

Honestly her upper lip looks kinda weird.
normally her upper lip line that you animated should be connect underneath her nose

Sure.
I've recently made a final update to Peach's rig, and begun actual production of the game(!) The project was in an experimental stage until now, and the footjob animation was done right before the final update. Unfortunately, all existing animations had to be scrapped since the rig was modified, but I might as well share the scrapped footjob animation anyway.
I added some controls and put it on itch.io so you can take a look.

tl;dr: here's a quick playable footjob scene. This won't be in the final game, but the next one will be better anyway.

Sorry man, looks like Unity can't do .swf files anymore. I put up another version, a webGL which you can run in firefox. (the 5mb version)
