I like the idea of a Digimon game, but how does it play? Would it work like Pokemon, but with Digimon settings? (I've never played one of those Digimon games before...)

The first Digimon world was great!!! It was for psone. the only part that sucked was the lifespan of digimon. All that work to watch ur digimon in the blink of an eye.

no they havnt really. when i was in my editing class we used CS1. CS3 isnt different at all

Also if i understanded correctly, you want only lineart, you colour and/or shadow them yerself?

Yeah, hand-drawn is fine. That's how I do it.
Preferably without any pencil shading, since it'd be hard to remove.

I still use Photoshop CS2 and Flash 8.
Newer versions slow down my computer, so I stick with what actually works.
In my opinion, it's a waste of money to buy something slower.
Speed = high quality.
Photoshop always has the option to save files in compatibility mode, and I think it's usually on by default.

Sounds good to me.
I figured that Ninetails could have sort of an elegant and classy personality, so these pose ideas more or less fit with that.

Anyway, I'll see what I can do with the first drawing you posted.
That way, you'll get a sense of how it'll look in the game,
and the process I put it these though on my end.

Hey, just wanted to chip in and say the game's looking great right now and looking forward to future updates.
Only thing I have to complain about is the occasional black screen when exiting a building. Also, if you don't force an opponent to walk far enough you can block yourself off from grabbing an item in between 2 buildings in the first town outside of Pallet. I have no idea what the item actually is and it bugged me every time I walked past it.

It's just some money. Nothing crucial.
That part is deliberately set up as a puzzle.
If you're careless, you won't be able to get the item.
The original pokemon had some setups like that as well.
