As we have respawing enemies, and the ability to replay the same level later (in the case the player want Peach to get screwed there), fireballs and veggies will 'pop' enemies out instantaneously.

Got another glich.
if you jump and at the last second when another enemy is at ground level, Peach will fuck that enemy, but get's stuck in a weird pose.
You can move around, but you can't jump. Getting into a sex scene doesn't help, but picking up a veggie does.
Her pose changes to her masturbation pose if she orgasms.
Killing yourself also helps to become normal again.

Bugs I cant reproduce so far (I require more information to duplicate these);

1) QuizmasterBos- If you jump and at the last second when another enemy is at ground level, Peach will fuck that enemy, but get's stuck in a weird pose. (which enemy? which costume was she using?)
2) Biles- In watery level, Peach is not being able to masturbate or lactate (actually, Peach is not able to masturbate in the water, but I will let her masturbate if she's on the underwater ground).

Costume has no effect. I did it at the forest level, but I'm pretty sure it can be done anywhere.
The glitch requires you to jump so you hear the jump sound effect, but then get into a scene with that enemy.
I'll try showing you with a couple of pictures. First find an enemy at ground level.

This goomba will do.

Next jump so that you hear the jump sound effect and Peach will get off the ground, but still touches the enemy so that she gets into the scene. The goomba has to be pretty close to do that.

Then you'll get into a scene. Doesn't matter which one.

Then finish watching it.

If you hace done it correctly, Peach should be stuck in a single pose now and can't jump.

If she orgasms she'll get stuck into her masturbation pose. To get out, you can kill yourself or grab a veggie. Peach can still partake in sex scenes during this glitch.

Remember that enemy sex scenes are not random until all of them are played. If the player get , say, scene 5, Peach will pop her cherry. That's not random, as Peach will have new sex scenes until scene 11. After scene 11, though, all will be random, but Peach will be no virgin anymore.

As for the lock problem, I still cannot reproduce. I think I've updated it without being aware, yesterday. I will upload a new version tonight.

As you can tell, I believe I got her idling very accurate. Not only was I able to add additional detailed movements and elements such as masking and another color to add to the swatch for her blonde hair, but I managed to bring the file size down even further. The original swf was 5447 bytes, but this version was reduced down to 4801 bytes. The number of anchor points does make a big significant difference. I'm considering redoing the striker outfits, but I suppose that could wait. If we were to optimize every single graphic pieces in this game, it'd take forever. So I think it only makes sense to do this methodically, starting with graphic elements that gets used often such as goombas, because they're always multiplying.

No problem. Hmm, I guess Goombella's blinking might be a tad too much, as if she had some spec of dust in her eye. I'm sure you can fix that. I'm gonna see what I can do about the generic goombas. Hopefully this will definitely put a positive dent in the performance for the next update version.

Well Ivan, all this awesome Paper Mario stuff makes me want to play it again. Only problem, I don't own it.
So I've been tracking down a copy since an hour ago (and it's late), so let's hope I can find a good one.
That stuff is pretty rare. Have you gotten any luck yet?

I've found one! Hopefully it's in by Friday.

By the way, have you managed to perform the glitch yet?

The other problem in the watery level is that Peach can't break the blocks anymore, so she can't get the coins or powerups.

Emulators and Roms for pretty much all the old games. The Nintendo 64 and earlier will run on almost any computer, but the gamecube emulator is pretty taxing on some systems.

Only problem is: There are no good N64 emulators.
Even the Gamecube/WII emulator is better than the so-called best N64 emulator.

Just a quick Flash question, is there a way to force Flash to use only 4 anchor points when using the oval or circle tools to draw those shapes?

i use project 64 it works well enough for me, I have played through Ocarina of Time completely, and it runs Mario kart perfectly well

None that I can think of :/
But you can create a circle (perfect one, indeed) using 4 bezier curves, then saving it as a 'prototype mc' (or better, putting in the main timeline layer, without creating a mc for it), then it's only a matter of copying and pasting it. http://www.adobe.com/designcenter-archi ... d0037.html

Or you can try to optimize the 6 or 8-point circle right away. If it does not work, try to smooth out the curves first, then optimize it.

Thanks but I was hoping to avoid having to jump between Illustrator and Flash. Also, the optimize option doesn't seem to reduce the number of anchor points of a simple circle in half. If there's no other way than to do it painstakingly manually, then that's the only option for me. Reason I asked was because I figured from time to time, I could choose which common MC graphics to work on in optimizing it, but seeing those grossly excessive number of anchor points is a freaking nightmare!

It'd be ideal that if anyone wants to contribute some vector graphics to this project, they learn how to vector draw out pieces in the most efficient manner, whether it's in Illustrator or Flash. It should be encouraged if they want to be concerned with keeping the file size down to a minimum as possible.

And the game levels and enemies could be implemented faster!
Interesting areas I want to include in MIM:

1) tech area (X-NAUT and Sir Grodus level): a corridor with an elevator, lab1 (with those cocotions), lab2 (with a computer table and a stove) and lab3 (with a large computer screen). Dont need to be so detailed. Reference: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OilA5tdJHVQ (from 2 min 30 seconds towards the end)

2) inner dweeling improvement (like that dark green living room in level1), and inner dweeling being brown color
3) inner dweeling furnitures (table, chair, books, maybe a wooden barrel, those things).

I've not forgotten Soda contribution (his Toads are really nice!) I plan changing them later. First to be changed and improved: the chancellor. I even plan adding new toad styles, like one with an apron. Peach with an apron should be interesting too (oh, a new costume)... but lower priority!
