hey i did a quick pokemorph, is was having trouble making backgrounds for the event pictures so i decided to make a different gastly, no offence to Bubba but i didn't like his gastly, i like all the other ghosts though!
lets me know if there's anything i can do to make it more reminicent of gastly, or just improve in general (i'd really like to make different hands)

Hey I like your picture ^^. You captured Gastly's face and traits well. It is just Gastly doesn't have arms or hands. Well his hands are smoke seen in the haunted mansion episode. But for the most part arms and hands aren't points of interest. Bubba did it very well, in maintaining the sorta Gastly feel while changing it to suit it's purpose.

I don't wanna step on toes here...I like your head better than bubba's, and I like bubba's body design including the smoke better than your body. That's my opinion on this. Maybe explain your design a tad bit more? if your body was formed out of smog it would make sense, but the picture isn't clear for me if it is ghost matter with smog in the back or if the whole body is smog that is condensed. This isn't aimed directly at you, but It would be cool to see a Gastly design that stuck super close to the original where the head is only the ghost matter, and the body and hair or whatever was a formed of a more formed smog, still loose, but readable as woman's body.

It's always good to see variety of designs, so keep it up ^^ your work is good.

let's start (may I can sound a little sharp, don't take it personal xD, English isn't my first language).

hands:

arms:
I'll put money that she can't reach her pussy. make her arms longer, then also thicker.

nipples:
Here we are entering on personal likes but I think they should be pointing up.

tail:

hair: try to sharpen the curls a little bit and make them in different directions: 1 up, 2 down, 2up, 1 down, 3 up...random.

eyes: one eye is bigger, and it's higher than the other, and it's a frontal view, fix that.

Also I have in mind highlight pictures from pokemon battles. Like if you use some concrete attack on a concrete rival, you'll get at the end of the fight a fan_art picture. Like pikachu playing/electrocuting rival's nipples. stuff like that.
