Hey thanks for the appreciation, and yes, let's fix those bugs. I'll strive to let it better over time, its a constant 'getting up to full speed'
1) Running animation: Ask Biles. He may help. But I'm thinking here, hmmm...Maybe Peach needs a DIFFERENT running animation that doesnt spread her legs so much, because her dress restrains her for doing so. Or maybe Peach should not run in the fly state, when in Dress and Fire Dress, because:
- Its only those two dresses that restrains Peach
- Peach has different abilities than flying anyway (Dress-> not much, only to cover herself, Fire Dress-> fireballs).
2) I will see if I can let the speed increase quicker.
3) I've been into problems with jumping/turning around lessening only one arrow bar of speed. But, again, I will strive to let it working.
4) As for the speed never running out, when Peach is running, I will check that too. I think its possible to fix it still tonight.
5) I will check the filling up meter while in pipes/walls.
6) I will see if I can increase ascending height for each jump key presses.
7) I will see if its possible for her to descend slower, once jump key is kept pressed (instead of pressing AND releasing tons of times).
8) I will see if I can get another sound, or correct its volume

I meant that your running stops after a while if you keep running forward without jumping or stopping. And that is exactly how SMB3 didn't work. You kept your running speed as long as you held the run button down.

Having a Level Select option after one beats the game would actually be a good idea.
