Funny you should ask. I was just putting together a list of all the cut-scene pictures we have in the game, and which ones are temporary place-holders and scenes that are completely missing.
(Also adding a link to this post to my signature for easy access)

Like the pokemorph pictures, I've created a mini-website to keep track of these pictures.
When you click on a thumbnail, it'll explain the scene and show a screenshot of that part of the game.
I mainly made this to help the artists keep track of which cutscenes have been drawn/colored so far and whether the pictures match-up with the in-game situations.

Those Goldeen sprites look pretty good.
Although a "walking fish" looks a little odd.

Then again, it works if you imagine she's dancing, or ice-skating.

Misty's breast-expansion doesn't have to be huge. We can just have Misty be small beforehand.
For example, your battle images for Misty will first be seen in the Cerulean city water gym, which is after her breast expansion.

You know how the squirtles threaten to keep Misty if you're not back by the next day? Well there's nothing stopping the player from staying at an inn afterwords and being late. So I'm thinking about how the later squirtle-squad scenes might be different if you do that. I still plan to have Squirtle join you when you get back.
So maybe something like this?
(If you do, Squirtle joins, along with her pokemon, Misty)
(And Misty's pokemon party gets reversed with Squirtle in charge (Misty & squirtle cannot get stored (because they're the 1st & 2nd pokemon in her party)

It's just a funny little event at the Vermillion city hotel. We don't have to have a cutscene picture for it.
When you first visit this hotel room, the maid who guides you on the tour explains that the chair is equipped with vibration features.

The player is very likely to discover this scene right after acquiring Misty for the first time in Viridian city and staying at the nearby inn. That night, Misty feels horny and takes a walk on the streets to clear her head. As Misty, the player can hire one of the hookers outside, who will take her to the bushes next to the pokemon center and make-out with her. Bystanders will comment about all the noise Misty's making.
