Spoiler (click to show/hide):
This RP is going to be a bit different from the others, as this will be a Structured RP with rotating Dungeon Master status. This can be thought of as an experiment with autonomous RP. Basically, the RP will have rotating Dungeon Master status in the sense that they make the next post, other actions, such as rolling for your loot, your attacks, and your enemy's attacks will be taken care of by easily viewable dice logs, showing everyone what your rolled for all of the various facets of battle, including what enemy you rolled, and such. Players will also be able to alter their sheet based on leveling up and pick-ups as well. For now, the idea will be loosely structured enough that the players in the RP will be able to add their own enemies to the RP, however, if this idea makes it beyond this RP, I'd think that there would be rules and limitations as far as what the Players are allowed to change/add.
All of that said, I'll be MUCH pickier on who joins, which means for the first time(And likely the only time), I'll actually reserve the right to refuse applications. I'll also be posting my own application, since I won't be Dungeon Mastering by myself.
Lastly, if you choose to join the Discord Server, even if you're not in the RP, you may still post enemy proposals in this thread or the designated Discord Channels.

Plot:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):
The people of Twin Falls, in Idaho, were going about their lives, safe in their professions and vices. The day of fate was to be yet another one of those days until the first case broke out. No one's quite sure where the disease came from nor how it managed to spread to this city, they weren't even sure when it arrived. The first victim looked like they were just overcome with nymphomania, jumping from partner to partner even if said partner refused. It was when everyone began dying that anyone figured something was wrong. When those dead came back and continued the work of the first victim, everyone KNEW something was wrong. Now everyone tries to continue their everyday lives while living in fear that, at any moment, they could be next to contract this disease.

Techniques
Takedown - Perform a simple takedown, throwing your opponent to the ground with a chance to inflict Stun. Costs 2 AP.
Precision Aim - Take a moment to dial in your aim on your opponent. While hard to do in a combat situation, the extra second can be the difference between hit or miss
Parrying Position - Take a position which will allow you to riposte attacks with your own. Attack up to 3 opponents that miss an attack against you. Costs 3 AP.
Full-powered Attack - Hit a target as hard as you can manage. Deals double damage and has a chance to inflict Breathless on an opponent, but Stun yourself for a turn.
Berserk - You just can’t take it anymore! Throw caution to the wind and break some skulls in a mindless rage! You’re not being careful to dodge incoming blows anymore though... Your strength and dexterity increase, but your speed drops to 1
Grapple: Grab your opponent and put them into a ‘Bind’ state. While grappled, your opponent can’t attack but you can. Requires Strength Roll to escape.
Arm Bar - Can only be used after successfully using Grapple. Grab your opponent’s arm and put it in position so that the tension on it becomes unbearable. Your opponent usually only has the options of either giving up or having their arm broken. Causes 1 stack of dislocation on the arms if successful
Leg Lock - Can only be used after successfully using Grapple. Take your opponent’s legs and put tension on the knee until it starts bending the wrong way. Causes 1 stack of dislocation on the legs if successful
Chokeout - Can only be used after successfully using Grapple. Place your arm around the carotid artery in the target’s neck and apply pressure. Apply that pressure for long enough and your opponent will fall into cozy unconsciousness. Causes knockout if successful 3 times.
Grapple Strip - Can only be used after successfully using Grapple. Using your proximity to the target, begin ripping off their clothes so you can get to the parts you wanna see. Removes a set of clothing on success, also removing the bonuses from said clothing until it’s re-equipped. 1 success removes half stats (as if you removed their top or their bottoms), 2 successes removes all stats as you have completely stripped them
Grapple Rape - Can only be used after successfully using Grapple and while the opponent is missing lower body clothing. Now that the annoying part is out of the way, you can get to the good part of being so close to someone. Of course, if they’re still conscious or not incapacitated, then they’ll fight back, but that’s part of the fun isn’t it?
Headbutt - Usable during Grapple. Using your hard head, you set out to prove your opponent’s head isn’t as hard. Can cause stun
First Aid - Through your training and/or experience, you know how to patch up a wound. It may not make things all better, but it sure will improve the conditions. Heal 1d6 HP, remove bleeding, 1 stack of dislocated, and disoriented. Costs 4 AP. AP cost halved for Doctor class
Dirty Trick - Because of your will to win no matter what, you’ll pull tricks like throwing dirt in your opponent’s eyes. Anything to win. Causes Blind effect
Status Ailments
Bleed- You’ve been cut, clawed, bitten or otherwise had the outer layer of your skin broken and allowed your blood to spill freely. You probably smell delicious to a Vampire. Or would if they existed. When afflicted with bleed, lose 1 HP per turn. Must take a turn to treat wound and stop bleeding or do so out of combat..
Knocked Out- You’ve taken enough damage that you have completely fallen unconscious. You are completely unable to act until you’ve regained consciousness and even then, you are weakened by the experience of being knocked out. At least your dreams should be nice given less than pleasant things will likely be happening to you while you’re knocked out.
Stun- You’ve taken a rough attack, a bad fall, or otherwise had your gourd completely rung. You’re disoriented to the point that you’re incapable of doing anything else. While stunned, your character can’t act for a turn. Recover the next turn.
Bind- Whether you are tied up, grabbed, or something less pleasant, you are currently unable to move. Your actions are severely curtailed and sometimes you are completely at your captor’s mercy. Have you created a safeword yet?
Blind- You’ve taken a blow to the eyes, are bleeding on the brow so you shut an eye to avoid blood in it, or otherwise have an obstruction to your eyes. You can’t see out of one or two eyes. Often causes disorientation. Reduces dex and speed to 0
Mind Broken- You have lost your will to live, or forgotten how to think. This can be caused by a number of things happening, none of them pleasant. Reduces Willpower, Charisma, and intelligence to 0.
Sleep- You are asleep. Pretty self-explanatory. This acts as a temporary incapacitated status. Being attacked or moved while asleep has a chance to clear the status effect.
Panic- You’ve been thrust into a situation of such intensity that you’ve never experienced before in your life. And it’s freaking you the fuck out. You don’t know what to do or how to react. Reduces stats by a random amount
Excessive pain- You’re in so much pain your body refuses to move, and all you can think about is how much pain you’re in. This acts as a temporary incapacitated status.
Breathless- You’ve had the air knocked out of you. While you can gather yourself enough to do basic attacks, more involved techniques are out of your reach right now. Cannot do Abilities for 1 turn.
Disoriented - For one reason or another, you can’t get a bearing on your surroundings, and vertigo is taking a hold. Reduces dex and speed by -2
Dislocated- A limb has been dislocated, making said limb useless until you receive medical attention for it. Stat reduction depends on the limb dislocated. 1 Arm= ½ Strength, 2 Arms= -All Strength, 1 Leg= ½ Speed, 2 Legs= -All Speed. All limbs being dislocated is equivalent to be semi-permanent bind
Plague- You’ve gone and contracted that disease that’s been going around recently. You know you’ve gotta move quickly to get rid of it or nothing good will happen to you.
