Overview
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

The world of Gamindustri, where the nations are ruled by the Console Patron Units(CPUs), otherwise known as Goddesses, individuals gifted with extraordinary powers, which grow stronger through the faith of those who worship them. A land filled with powerful monsters from which to defend their people in exchange for glory and faith.

These Goddesses must compete with one another for more faith, to steal each others, so they may grow stronger. This means that each Goddess is locked into an eternal rivalry, though some can be much friendlier than others. In many cases the Goddesses may have to work together despite their rivalry, leading many to sometimes become friends. This creates massive complications in the relationships between the many goddesses.

Explanation:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

In this RP, the player is a CPU who rules over their own personal Nation, commanding their own army, and trying to keep up appearances, while warring against and outmaneuvering their enemies. Players are fighting against each other to claim all of the shares for themselves.

Players are also defending their own Nations against monsters and other enemies as they do this, by accepting and completing quests at the guild OR wandering around and choosing to fight off what they perceive to be dangers. When leaving their city, however, they must also be careful as other Nations would be trying to capture them.

Goddess Perks:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Lavish Party [3 Tokens/Twice/Weekly]: The CPU throws an event for their followers. [+5% shares, decaying over time. When this ability is used, other CPUs may roll a Charisma Check to try to take this bonus away and gain it for themselves. If this check is failed, the CPU loses shares instead.]

CD Hunt [1Token/Unlimited/Daily]: The CPU looks for CDs containing secret skills. [Mentality check, Success means they find a CD of random quality]

Sister Unit [3 Tokens/Once/Permanent]: The CPU gains a CPU candidate, which is also controlled by the player.

Cam Girl [1 Token/Unlimited/Daily]: The CPU may Masturbate on live TV for her citizens, gaining 1% shares.

Support of the People [3 Tokens/Once/Permanent]: The CPU is empowered by the people who believe in her [Boost Share bonus to stats by 25%]

Humiliation [2 Tokens/Unlimited/Daily]: Use a Captured CPU as Rape Bait for monsters in an area to free the Perk Owner’s own units. Can also be used to allow citizens of the Perk Owner’s nation to rape the captured CPU. [+5% Shares. Also works with CPU Candidates. Using your own CPU Candidate for this ability results her being afflicted by “Depression” for three days. This status grows stronger each time it is applied to the same character.]

Monster Bait [2 Tokens/Unlimited/Weekly]: CPU sends a spy with Monster Bait into an enemy CPU’s territory. The affected CPU is now under siege by Monsters. CPU must use a Unit to put the attack down or put it down personally.

Announcement of Challenge [2 Tokens/Unlimited/Weekly]: CPU calls out another CPU for a duel of the challenger’s choice. [Charisma roll against other CPU. Failure means the challenge was utter shit and nothing happens. Success gives the called out CPU a chance to decline at the cost of lowering her Shares. Winner of the duel steals 2% Shares from the loser and has them at her mercy]

The Dark Hand [3 Tokens/Unlimited/Daily]: CPU hires a Trapper to strike at an enemy CPU [Afflicted CPU must pass a Mentality roll to see if they detect the Trapper. Failure means they fight the Trapper in the heart of their territory. The security failure results in a decrease in Shares, though this amount is less if they win the subsequent fight. Success means they figure out the Trapper is coming before they get anywhere near them. They can either have a unit take them out or fight the Trapper personally. The CPU losing against the Trapper results in her capture]

Stalker [3 Tokens/Unlimited/Daily]: CPU pays a Stalker to report an enemy CPU’s movements to them. The Stalker was going to watch them anyway and appreciates pay to go with it. [Afflicted CPU must pass a Mentality roll to detect their Stalker. Success means they figure out they’re being stalked and must decide what to do about it. Failure means they don’t sense that they are being stalked. Each day the afflicted CPU allows the Stalker to go free, the Perk Owner becomes aware of the afflicted CPU’s actions. If the CPU is seen doing anything considered dirt-worthy, the CPU may report it on their news for +1% Shares. If the Stalker sees an opportunity, they may attempt to rape the afflicted CPU.]

Pet Monster [2 Tokens/Unlimited/Daily]: CPU attempts a Charisma Check to tame a monster, which she can then send after an enemy CPU to rape her.[+3% Shares if successful]

Modification [3 Tokens/Once/Permanent]: CPU finds a disc that teaches her the ability to shapeshift a cock onto herself or make it evaporate at will. This gives her the ability to rape other CPUs herself with a cock, increasing the Shares she gets when she does so by +1%.

Sisterly Bonding [2 Tokens/Unlimited/Weekly]: CPU shares a steamy moment with her CPU Candidate. This motivates the Candidate to fight harder for her sister! [+1 to 3 random stats for the CPU Candidate temporarily. Does not work if the Candidate is currently suffering the “Depression” affliction]

Heart of the Cards [2 Tokens/Unlimited/Weekly]: CPU rolls for Charisma. CPU invites the other CPUs for a “friendly” game of Strip Poker. Every other CPU, if they don’t want to accept, must beat the Perk Owner’s Charisma roll in order to decline without consequence. Failing to beat the roll results in either attending or losing 1% Share. Winner of the game gains 2% Share and one lewd command over all other participating CPUs. If the Perk Owner is one of the losers, they lose an additional -1% Shares since everyone thinks they brought the punishment onto themselves.

Rumormonger [3 Tokens/Once/Permanent]: The CPU uses spies to spread rumors that an enemy CPU actually enjoys being raped and tries to let it happen as often as possible. Increase the amount of Shares lost when the afflicted CPU is raped by 2%

Character's Full Name: Priscilla Commons (AKA PC)
Appearance:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Image

How does this character sound when speaking: PC has a strong, loud voice that carries usually even when she’s not trying. She tends to flub words a bit though (i.e. She sometimes forgets basic words like “like” and has to spend a moment remembering or she’ll try to say lovely and it’ll come out “loofly” and she’ll quickly try to correct herself)

Character Personality: PC is brash and outgoing. She knows she’s the best and now it’s a matter of proving it to the rest of the world. To those under her command, however, she’s nurturing and only wants to see the best in those that follow her. She can be a little unreasonable in what she thinks this “best” is sometimes though.

A comprehensive backstory on your character: Priscilla, known by her friends as PC due to her initials, was a street punk before she became a goddess. In the turbulent nation of Enware she led her gang to prominence, becoming one of the most powerful out there. She led her gang to control a water generation plant, causing all others to come to her and exchange goods and favors in return for this essential. She played it smart, attempting to seem benevolent so that fewer people would test their mettle against her gang. She was confident in their ability to win, but always hated to see any of her gang become injured or worse in those exchanges.
Eventually, she was offered a strange medal in exchange for water. She had no idea what it was, but she had to maintain her image so she allowed the bringer enough water to keep their people alive for a week. She liked how it looked, so she made a pendant out of it. While she was preparing for bed one evening, the pendant glowed and disappeared. PC didn’t realize she was a CPU until another gang attempted to take the water plant from her one day and, fearing for her subordinates in a rather grueling battle, she transformed and proceeded to singlehanded stomp the opposition.
From that point on, she figured that if she has the form of a Goddess, she should run thing as a Goddess. She went on a crusade, subjugating every other gang in the nation and bringing them under her rule. Afterward, she declared herself the ruler of the nation and set about rebuilding it into something that she could be proud of. Her efforts seem to be paying off and now she sets her sights on other lands in order to provide her people more land to grow with.

How does this character sound when speaking: Her voice becomes a touch softer, but carries a clear sense of authority usually lacking in her human form. She’s more precise with her words, so her habit of messing them up disappears.

Character Personality: The more nurturing part of PC’s personality becomes the default so overall, Violet Heart is kinder and gentler. She tends to refer to her followers as her children in this form. She does, however, view enemies as direct threats to her children and is much harsher and much less reasonable to them as a result.

Nation Sheet:

Name: Enware
Theme: Futuristic
Appearance:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Image

Culture: Enware is a nation where hard work can take one far and laziness is seemingly punished by living out on the street. Lady Violet Heart does her best to make sure no one ends up homeless, but those who do have to almost literally do nothing in order to do so by which point she won’t help them. Because of this, the nation is filled with motivated individuals willing to do what is needed to get to the top.

Lady Violet Heart, due to her time as a gang leader, also promotes working together as one of her core values so it’s not uncommon to see a set of childhood friends stick together all their lives in order to cover each other’s backs. She dislikes backstabbers though, betrayal being a crime in her nation with one of the highest punishments, so it’s very hard to find disloyal people.

Government Structure, if any: Benevolent Dictatorship

History: For hundreds of years, Enware was a rather advanced nation build on the democracy of headed by an elected official called the Ali of Enware. Under the Ali and their cabinet, the nation was prosperous and while it wasn’t perfect, it was possible for everyone to live a fairly decent life.

For the sixty years before Violet Heart came into power, Enware became a terrible place to live, everyone fighting over what resources there were to have and doing their best to screw everyone else over. No one’s sure what happened, but Ali, Susan Baba, and the heads of her various institutions that maintained order all disappeared over night, leaving the nation in anarchic chaos. It wasn’t uncommon to have street gangs fighting it out over territory or food and water and such. Because of this, the death rate of the nation was high enough that no one else would really bother with it since it seemed like they’d kill themselves.

This came to an end when Violet Heart came into power and frightened the gangs into submission and began rebuilding. She first revived the police force and empowered them to keep gangs from coming back into power, then court systems and public welfare efforts in order to keep order and her people happy. No one’s quite sure where she got the money for it seeing as the nation had spent sixty years doing nothing to increase their capital, but they enjoy the results so none but her biggest detractors question it. Thanks to the hard work of Violet Heart and the people, Enware regained its former glory and continued to build from there.

CPU Candidate
Character's Full Name: Magdalene Alexus Commons (AKA Mac)

Appearance(A solid description and/OR a picture will due): https://i.imgur.com/pVJwygw.jpg
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Image

How does this character sound when speaking: Rough as if always angered whenever she’s not slurring her words due to the drink. For most people, she’s also fairly insensitive since she doesn’t care to choose her words.

Character Personality:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Depends on which personality is out at the current moment.

Her main personality is the one almost constantly drinking, trying to forget what she’s gone through during Enware’s Gang Wars. She’s fairly kind due to her intense understanding of suffering and wishing to inflict it on as few other people as possible, but she still doesn’t particularly care about people so she comes off as rude. This personality calls herself Maggie.

Her second personality appears during combat. Because of the lengths she had to go through to survive the Gang Wars, this personality is deranged and horribly violent. She thoroughly enjoys the pain of her enemies and will try to draw it out as long as possible. Until she falls back into her main persona, she will resent someone for interrupting a fight or preventing her from torturing her opponent. This personality calls herself Mac

Her final personality is proud and unshakeable, carrying herself with an almost noble air. She is decisive and thorough, plotting an action through to its end and then carrying out with almost robotic precision. This is Mac before she suffered the Gang Wars and calls herself Magdalene. This personality very rarely makes an appearance.

A comprehensive backstory on your character:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Maggie has spent the mass majority of her life looking for family. Her first memories are being abandoned to the –at the time- ruthless streets of Enware and being taken in by one of the local gangs to be raised into a foot soldier. Since then she’s wondered what it’d be like to have a family and where her family even was. Were they dead? Were they looking for her? Why was she alone before being absorbed into a gang? These questions constantly plagued her when she was younger. And then the Gang Wars started in earnest and she didn’t have time for such idle thoughts anymore.

She herself did well for herself in the ensuing War, making a name for herself for being such a tough person to take down. The problem, however, is that she didn’t have a gang strong enough to support such a standout fighter and she herself didn’t have the charisma to talk her way out of situations she couldn’t fight her way out of. She was swarmed by rival gangs and held for ransom to be paid by her original gang. They had no interest in paying and told her captives so loudly and clearly. And they decided to take their frustration out of her hide. She was passed around countless times, humiliated again and again, and just broken down over the course of years until she was but a shell of her former self. In one of her few moments of lucidity, she noticed they weren’t even guarding her anymore, convinced she was their broken little cumdump. With what determination she had left, she used this oversight and escaped.

Since then she’s wandered, losing herself to drink to forget the betrayal of the closest thing to family she had and the consequences of that decision. She’s tried putting herself back together, but the pieces she has left don’t all fit right. The result is a jagged, multi-part thing with only a passing similarity to who she used to be. But the amount of time afforded to her by being a lush has opened up an old questions: What would it be like to have family? When she gets a headache caused nothing to do with a hangover and everything to do with a new CPU coming into power, triggering her HDD form she thinks she might finally be able to find out.

How does this character sound when speaking: Her voice becomes quiet, as if she wishes to show rather than tell. Her words become more proper when she does speak, completely changing her demeanor. Unless her more crazed personality makes an appearance. Then instead of blatantly crazy, she becomes creepy, whispering her threats and promises of destruction rather than shouting them at her foe.

Character Personality: Mac’s repressed third personality comes out in force while she’s in HDD form, every bit as proud and strong willed as she used to be in her day to day life. Her second personality cracks through occasionally, making the otherwise noble persona slip into one of bloodlust

Character's Full Name: Seri Odyss
Appearance(A solid description and/OR a picture will due): Image
How does this character sound when speaking(Dialect, voice, etc): Quiet, soft deadpan tone of voice, with a lower pitch than normal.

Character Personality: To her people, Seri's known to be a great leader with an admirable work ethic and determination to succeed for her people. She's strict but caring, kind and honest, the ideal Goddess... if only they knew her personally. Most of her reputation is based on Seri's carefully formed front to disguise her less than friendly personality.

The real Seri is actually quite harsh and apathetic, showcasing a disregard for the feelings of others with her purposefully harsh words and brutally honest opinions. But she's just as efficient as they say, with a focus on practical matters and pragmatism. She's not too imaginative and is inexperienced with improvising, but her plans are top-notch and she can think her way out of most sticky situations. Seri isn't as emotionless as she may seem, however. In fact, it's more common for her to be annoyed or irritated by something than happy or neutral. This makes her a bit hypocritical as her teachings claim that logic is absolute and doesn't adhere to emotion.

Despite how one would think, Seri is actually quite laid-back and unmotivated in regards to her job. She has a simple way of thinking that can be summed up as "I'll do what's possible and fail what's not." It's quite uncommon for members of Odyss to think in such a way, as the teachings there are designed to raise up perfect CPUs who would be focused on being the best they can be. Seri just sort of does it and doesn't feel too messed up if she fails.

She's also quite focused on criticizing and teaching others, with her usual subjects being math, computer science, and strategy. So much so that she offers advice during battle with adversaries to teach them what they're doing wrong. Seri is an author, and has published several books in her free-time designed to teach others about strategy, math, computer science, and even history. Her best sellers are "The Art of War." and "Computer Intro." Sexually, she's disinterested in basically anything of the sort, so much so that her people often wonder how she relieves stress in her hard-working and serious job. Some outrageous claims say her sister stole her libido. She occasionally plays Chess, but doesn't have enough free-time to be too great at it... not that she isn't still very good already.

A comprehensive backstory on your character: The Odyss family is the royal family of Magna. A family so old that it had been around since the beginning days of the nation's creation, and led it ever since. Tradition, integrity, efficiency and power are the most valued traits of the Odyss family, and since being the CPU is truly the most prestigious and responsible position an Odyss could hold, it's only natural the prospective CPU to-be proves herself worthy for the job. And so is where the competition tradition began. Before the end of the current Goddess's term, two children are born to become the next CPU and CPU Candidate. These two children are then pitted against one another from birth to show which of them is the best choice to take over as the CPU. The contest is done via a series of logic puzzles, tests, challenges, and overall growth monitoring, and this process usually takes at least 13 years to complete. This causes a very competitive relationship to form between the children, though their competitiveness usually smooths out when the victor is declared.

Many years ago, Seri became the quickest contestant to win this competition against her twin sister, Cherni, and as such accepted the role of CPU. It was a short contest that didn't come without a price. Her victory soured the relationship between her and her sister, who had always remained bitter for losing to her. Due to this, during Seri's term as CPU, it was common for her CPU Candidate to act like an annoying brat and cause mischief and trouble for her older twin. With them being identical twins, it was easy for Cherni to use herself to defame Seri's good name. She'd usually keep to smaller, embarrassing crimes against Seri, and as someone whose shown herself to be dignified and uptight; nothing embarrasses her more like engaging in the very behavior she's struggled to remove from Magna.

During the beginning years of Seri's term, Cherni had frequently visited Carta during the entertainment period. Many people had mistaken her for her sister, which meant she had to clarify that she wasn't... but that was when the potential to strike at Seri's good name came to her. It started off with short visits to just relax, but she eventually got into playing with herself in public, filming herself masturbate on live television, and doing other embarrassing things with her sister's appearance. Many people were fooled by it in the starting days, so in return; Seri proved her innocence and exposed her sister in public, then proceeded to punish her for her misdemeanors. As Seri is Seri, said punishment simply was extra paperwork and such for Cherni to handle, overworking her for a whole week and not allowing her time in Carta. It was the most she could do, however. The constitution didn't allow her to ban her sister from there.

Seri had been ruling Magna for a much longer time than one would assume, and there's been some rumors that her reign may be close to ending. The people want her to make one more final push towards making Magna the greatest nation, and for their sake, she'll try.

CPU CANDIDATE
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Character's Full Name: Cherni Odyss
Appearance(A solid description and/OR a picture will due): Image
How does this character sound when speaking(Dialect, voice, etc): Cherni's voice is very similar to her twin's, with the exception that hers is louder with more emotion.

Character Personality: Though they may look the same, the Odyss Twins are incredibly different personality-wise. Whereas Seri is cold and apathetic to just about everything, Cherni is emotional, forgiving, and very empathetic to the pain of others. She has a strong sense of justice, as she detests cruelty and unnecessarily rude behavior. But as an Odyss, she's just as pragmatic and logical as her sister, and would be willing to commit terrible acts in the name of Magna.

To the public, she's known as the more affectionate of the two, and also a petty troublemaker who acts too petulant despite her age. Seri and Cherni's rivalry is almost completely one-sided, and most people are aware that it stems from Cherni's inferiority complex... but that's not all there is to it. In fact, Cherni's quite fine with her sister being in charge. She believes Seri was the better choice between them, but her rudeness, crassness, cruelty and apathy clash with Cherni greatly. It's hard to say her exact opinions on her sister with how conflicted she is, but Cherni would sooner say she likes her despite her many faults, rather than hate her.

Much like her sister, Cherni loves to teach. She in fact volunteers at Magna's academies to give an in-depth explanation of the nation's politics and laws. She also has many thoughts on Carta's existence, a part of her feeling like some of the rougher parts of the pleasure city shouldn't be allowed, and she questions why the constitution is still so incredibly restrictive on the monarchy. Cherni is somehow a more driven hard-worker than her sister, and she subscribes to the perfectionist-like way of thinking that most members of Odyss do. She's always striving to better herself, and that's a drive her sister lacks. Even despite her being the CPU Candidate, she's been working hard and studying for the day she becomes the CPU, and she wishes to be better than Seri ever was.

Unlike her sister, Cherni is very... sexually open, and perfectly willing to defy social norms for the sake of her enjoyment. Her frequent visits to Carta had made her much more dirty-minded than one would expect, but she's drawn a long line in the dirt to prevent Carta from corrupting her completely. Her rules; never have sex in public, never do anything dirty while on the clock, and never say anything dirty near children. Loopholes can be exploited and the rules may be allowed to bend, of course. Cherni is very imaginative and loves role-playing, though she has little time to engage in that hobby often.

A comprehensive backstory on your character: Cherni was born as an Odyss, and well, it's already quite well-known what that means. The sister of the prodigious and unfeeling Seri, she became quite used to coming in second behind her. Second out, second finished, second in, second crossed... it was normal for her to lose, and it was always grating on her that she did. Cherni is a hard-worker. She's more diligent on the job than her sister, yet... she continued to lose to her in every competition. She began to feel inadequate, but her spirit wasn't broken. She'd just have to try harder next time. And the next. And the next. So really, losing to Seri wasn't what hurt.

What did was the girl's apparent inability to care for Cherni like she cared for her. Seri was cold from day one, and her harsh words and criticisms made Cherni feel like a child being disciplined. Every loss, she'd be berated and told exactly what she did wrong. Every time she failed, Seri was there to remind her how much better she was at it. It drove her to hate her sister... at the start. Just as much as she hated Seri, Cherni also couldn't help but admire how confidently and powerfully she did what she did. Everything Cherni wanted, Seri naturally had, and though she flaunted it without care for anyone, Cherni was envious of that trait too. She was never concerned about anyone else's thoughts or feelings, unlike Cherni who worried every night. Even at the rare times Cherni pulled one over her sister, she took loss like it was a naturally occurring thing. It just made her love and hate her all the more.

When the inevitable happened and she lost, Cherni didn't know what to think or how to feel. All of her hard work was easily crushed by the natural betterness of someone she already felt inadequate to, and her confidence was at an all time low. Seri had stopped speaking with her too. Now that she won, she had no need to associate with Cherni any further, and never made any attempt to do so. It took her awhile before she could pick herself back up. The Odyss family didn't bother aiding her, either. They usually sever contact with the CPU Candidate to focus on the CPU. In that time she was alone, drowning herself in debauchery was a real comforter.

She was shy at the first few visits to Carta, but the idea of a place where you could go to do anything to relieve your stress was too good to pass up. She felt better there. She made friends who liked her. She was having fun... though it was odd that people kept mistaking her for her sister. Everyone knows Seri wears sleeveless hoodies and that Cherni didn't. But... it gave her an idea. The one thing she missed was her sister. Her attention. Her teaching. She wanted to see Seri, but she knew her twin wouldn't care for a reunion herself. Cherni felt the need to force her hand.

That was when she made her first act of mischief. She went out into Carta, sat on a bench, and fingered herself while a crowd watched... though she got carried away and ended up outright having sex with a number of men, still under the guise of her sister. That incident got her attention from her sister so she didn't regret it... but it did attract a lot of ire from her sister as well. Seri was rather angry that she'd do something so "irresponsible" and "shameful." She claimed it's because she didn't like Cherni doing those things while looking like her... but Cherni liked to think it was Seri's way of caring.

The harsh overworking punishment afterwards was a bit tough to swallow, though. A full week without stress relief... it made her realize she was probably too dependent on sex. But she was fine with it. It got her closer with her sister, so she kept at it... though, it was never anything so far as to warrant another unreasonable punishment.

NATION
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Name: Magna
Theme: Sci-Fi Cloud Kingdom
Appearance(Picture or Description): Image

Culture: Magna is a very uniform and diligent nation. It's a semi-utopia society in which every person works productive jobs, are selfless, and are lawful. As such, crime is uncommon in this society. The system in place has been perfected and reused time and time again, becoming better and more uniform to squash out the remaining problems in Magna's near perfect society. Children are systematically taught and integrated into the work force, from the ages of 3 to 12, though they start off with menial jobs until they're physically matured. Adults work for most of their years until they retire at 65, but even then they're required to weigh in on politics with their elderly experience and wisdom. Every single person works in this well-oiled machine... so obviously, such a society has a secret.

Magna is a very active and diligent nation... but such hard work can build stress. Stress leads to many things, such as crimes and other such undesirables. The government's solution was to offer a way of relieving stress and engaging in all of the animalistic behavior humans are capable of. A city designed specifically for sinful pursuits and other such things, with services provided for hard workers who need a moment to relieve the burden on their backs... that solution was Carta.

Carta is a sky city that has a number of illegal services. From whore houses to arcades - anything a sinful mind could conjure is allowed within Carta, though with some regulation. For the most part, one can do any pleasure-related crime within Carta, or watch other such terrible acts be committed. You can fight or watch others fight in the arena, fuck anyone you please or watch as such happens in the whore houses, play video games, illegally race, engage in the government-approved drugs... it's truly hell on Earth, but it gets the job done. There's an old saying for explaining Carta to outsiders. "What happens in Carta, stays in Carta."

As stated, Magna still does have its rare criminal every few years. There is no real police force designed to deal with these, and as the Voxbots are too heavy-handed; Silver Heart or Magna's citizens often deal with the issue themselves. In most cases, the minor crime is punished with a small penalty of more work hours, Carta vacation hours deduction, and possibly even public service in Carta.

Magna is a land of muted color and little sound. Most of its citizens have either black or silver hair, and usually wear clothes with dull coloring. The machines offer very little noise, and its people are also quite soundless and mute. Magna is also usually quite warm and humid, so revealing clothing is common there. Most of the work Magna does is working on gaming hardware and keeping their machinery in shape.

Government Structure, if any: Constitutional Monarchy

History: Known as the first nation ever founded and governed by a CPU, Magna's origins date back to the ancient ages, and the Odyss family had been in power almost since the beginning of its creation. It began as nothing but three primitive tribes, whose only communication was trading supplies for survival and keeping their borders set. They had no CPU and governed themselves... so all monster attacks were hard fought battles for the people. They had to combat threats themselves, fighting off all manners of dangerous entities to keep their families safe. They had no protection. There was no nation. Just a group of tribesmen trying to survive.

That was when the Odyss family came to be. The three heads of the tribes had a long discussion on a change of ways. Their people were starving and dying. The monsters were growing too powerful for their warriors. They needed a new power... but what new power? That was when their prayers were answered, and they were blessed from above. A holy artifact was found, one that bestowed great power upon those who used it... and one of the tribe leaders could. She became the first CPU, and with her power, the tribes obliterated their enemies and established a nation, named after the name of the woman who ascended. Magna.

The change in the power scale enabled the Magna tribe more influence over the others, but an agreement was made between the three of them to keep their people safe and equal. As the Odyss tribe was very lawful, this agreement was absolute and enforced by them. This was the beginning of the constitution that guides Magna today. Leadership was given over to the Odyss tribe, and they quickly began to amass power as they warred for control over their continent, and established a true nation.

Fast forward into the future, and Magna is still standing today. Many wars and technological advances kept them afloat, such as making their entire kingdom literally fly in the sky, and focusing more on aerial-based combat. Their current leader is Silver Heart, and has been for some many years now. Silver Heart's term may be reaching a close, and for the sake of her people, she has decided to make one final milestone in her reign.

Carta came into being when stress began to build up in this hard-working society and a revolution almost began. With this city, all workers would be allowed somewhere to unwind after a hard day of work, and the constitution was modified to protect this sacred right.

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Character's Full Name: Souma
Appearance(A solid description and/OR a picture will due):
Image
How does this character sound when speaking(Dialect, voice, etc):She speaks in a very sweet and caring manner, though can lower her tone in a more intimidating manner. Otherwise, will probably sound like one of the most carefree, friendliest people one would ever have the pleasure of meeting.

Character Personality: For many, she will be one of the if not THE nicest person they will ever meet. Seeming to want the best to happen for everyone, though she of course prioritizes her own nation first. Regardless of actual relations she considerers every other CPU and their candidate her friend. She also loves to give physical attention, and likes to give big, painful hugs and pat peoples heads whether they want it or not. However, she has a sinister side. She seems to enjoy the struggle of people trying to escape her grasp from a particularly strong hug, and when people are in pain she tends to wait a few moments longer than she should, just staring at them, a smile never leaving her face. However, for many this can go unnoticed thanks to her otherwise extremely friendly personality.

A comprehensive backstory on your character: Souma before she became a CPU was much like she is now, very friendly to everyone she met and loved to help people out and make them happy. She lived in a smaller village in a now long gone nation and was basically everyone's favorite in the village. Because of this she was often taken advantage of and often got hurt for really no reason other than for other people's amusement. She didn't care for a while though, though people eventually did it more and more and in more painful ways. After a few years, she had enough, and left the village to go somewhere where she hoped people would be nicer. Instead of stumbling upon another settlement however, she stumbled upon a strange object which compelled her to touch it. Upon touching it she became a CPU, but the pain from recent events carried over to the transformation, and manifested themselves into her personality. It wasn't long after until she started her own nation and quickly rose to power.

Name: Soumeria
Theme: Future Cyberpunk
Appearance(Picture or Description):Image
Culture: Soumeria's people are generally very nice and accepting people. Thanks to the ubiquitous presence of VR and holographic projectors, people are able to live almost all their wild fantasies and dreams, though content with Souma and her sister is strictly prohibited. People here tend to have a very high standard of living, though this causes standard housing prices to be exceedingly high and thus poverty and homelessness is higher than in other nations. The society is highly classed based, as in those born poor will almost always stay poor, and those born rich will almost always stay rich.
Government Structure, if any: "Benovolant" dictatorship.
History: Soumeria is one of the youngest nations in Terradimension and has thus never really been considerd a threat to other nations, however, its economy and population quickly exploded and before many knew it Soumeria became one of the largest nations in Terradimension. This rise was a combonation of both having the largest deposit of Ladium, a lightweight material with very high tensile strength making building large structures much easier, in the world. As well as having a leader that naturally appealed to large groups of people.

The standard battleship in the Soumerian navy is a large vessel that carries numerous large caliber railgun and missile batteries, it is heavily armored, but very slow at only 25kts max speed. Aircraft carriers tend to be the largest ships in the navy, able to hold almost a hundred fighter jets, and some are even able to launch bombers from their decks. They have point defense laser batteries and missiles but their main form of protection is other vessels of the navy. Destroyers are small vessels that carry small caliber railgun batteries and a few missiles, however, they excel at providing utility, able to provide stealth, EMP blasts, advanced detection systems, and other such things.

Army Perks:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

(Abilities gained through the Perk system are usable once per day.)

Spies[1 Token/Unlimited/Daily]: Allows you to send a squad to a specific location without alerting the enemy.

Saboteurs[2 Token/Unlimited/Daily]: Decrease an enemy squad’s stats by 50%. Owner must spend a Requisition to repair the damage.

Unit Promotion[2 Token/Once Per Unit/Permanent/Daily]: Increases 3 stats of the chosen Unit

Outstanding General[2 Token/Once Per Unit/Daily]: Replaces a Unit with a Named Unit with increased Stats [Five points to allocate, Named Unit named by Player]

CPU Form
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Character's Full Name:Eclair Du'vemua (Simply Eclair or Pastry)
Appearance(A solid description and/OR a picture will due):Image
How does this character sound when speaking(Dialect, voice, etc):There is often an aloof and down to earth sort of sensation to her words. Often speaking of a great lengths to detail what is stuck or caught within her own mind. At times she is a bit whimsical to even change her accent every so often prodding and poking to see whether or not others take notice. Often times she switches between a french, irish, or german accent. However drops the accent's when her thoughts plague her enough to deal with the circumstances seriously.
Character Personality: Among all the other goddesses, Eclair is often considered the whimsical trickster. She is often confusing to read her intentions and her current process of thoughts. Whether bouncing from cheerfully friendly to seductively sadistic the air around her has often been one so thick that it may leave those not attuned to her nature to become quite faint. She is by no means an evil goddess, but she is quite chaotic when it comes to her whims.
A comprehensive backstory on your character: Eclair the Trickster, The mobster, the thief, the crook, the hand that takes from your pockets. Within Machina the city of opportunity and progress it was only natural that it came down to a dog eat dog mentality until a CPU was designated for the nation. Troublesome land filled with idealistic individuals who lead those that follow similar mindsets. Before her ascendance Eclair was con artist with small mafia to her name. In the lowest reaches of the city her crew was known as the Living Dead which secured their territory with such a harsh actions. Through her reputation and her many aggressive acts as their leader, many would never dare to draw their blades upon her unless they wished to suffer as those that opposed did before.

The exact details of just how she came to power were often mixed... no real fact or fiction could be discerned from the many tales that spread in her streets. Few speak of a tale of blood soaked battles and grandiose duels that led her to the top. Others might speak of a betrayal of the true CPU to be and Eclair was her sister unit. Quite seldom of them speak the true tale one rather uninteresting fact on the day she became the city's goddess to unite every bit of power under one banner. Simply it only took luck and a faithful blade to protect her to win her place as Machina's Goddess.

Now it's time to play a new game, the game to control the world and subjugate all within one banner. Eclair couldn't wait to face this next challenge and to break those that oppose Machina.

HDD Form: Obsidian Heart
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Appearance(A solid description and/OR a picture will due):Image
How does this character sound when speaking(Dialect, voice, etc): She starts to lean more heavily on shifting accents as her style of fighting her far more of that of an entertainers. Taunting and mocking her opponents by any means she seems fit.
Character Personality: As Obsidian Heart she is bit more prone to take calculated risks in order to grasp onto the victory she so chooses to achieve.

CPU Candidate
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Character's Full Name: Ophelia Sinclair
Appearance(A solid description and/OR a picture will due):Image
How does this character sound when speaking(Dialect, voice, etc): Sticks with a harsh sort of voice, but always keeps a proper sense of vocabulary. It is an odd contrast to her mentor but it is something welcomed to see talk to someone so straightforward.
Character Personality: Speaks with a more proper regal accent rather than Eclair, In fact her voice comes off as so serious at times its hard to tell if and when she's joking about anything.
Character Personality:Rather timid proper and respectful, but her nature was that of the original Candidate. In the story of truth Ophelia was intended to be the true CPU, but willingly passed upon to Eclair. The mantle of responsibility far too great for even the girl born and raised to lead Machina to handle. She rarely shows a hint of emotion while around others, but is openly vulnerable to Eclair. There is a strong childhood history between the two of them that is almost as intimate as lovers if not best friends.
A comprehensive backstory on your character: Ophelia is a rather odd person, as her story yields far more truth than that of her mentor and best friend Eclair. It was originally intended for Ophelia to be the CPU of Machina, however the strain and role was far too much for the girl to prepare. The daily life of training and expectations were slowly breaking her down mentally, but as fate had it... the one strong tie to her sanity was Eclair the street rat. Who eventually would be given the role of the CPU of Machina by Ophelia's expressed choice. As they grew together she watched and kept note of her every step of growth. Every aspect she had been attempting to build up, she saw Eclair had forged it within the fire of Machina. Now all that remains is the intent to rule the world... with Eclair at Machina's helm there is an uneasy sense of excitement for the future.

Nation Sheet
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Name: Machina
Theme: Industrial
Appearance(Picture or Description):Image
Culture: It is a culture of celebration, accomplishment, industry, creation, and most of all individualism. If you can't seek out your sense of self within this city then you are most likely gonna be swept up by everyone and everything around you. Until you become a slave to it.
Government Structure, if any:
History:Often considered the nation of thieves, sellswords, and mercenaries... Machina has always been a nation involved in the history of others whether it was to sell off industry, labor, resources, and even information. Any actual history is left to the observation of other nations. All that was recorded for Machina was that it was intended to be a city of industry where corporations could focus and farm whatever they deem most valuable. Apparently that would be iron willed minds.

Since KnightVanilla posted just in time to prevent me from making the IC post, he and Nobudi have exactly one week from KnightVanilla's post to complete their sheets and let me know. When that time runs out, all incomplete sheets will be discarded and the RP will begin.

Over the course of the next two weeks, I'm going to be reworking major problems with the Terradimension army mechanics, after which I'll finally update the RP. I've been dealing with finals, so I didn't have time to keep up with this, due to CoR being top priority in terms of RPs.
