So I'm actually going to make a hardcore, legit, professional role play \o/
Now when I say professional, I don't mean only people who write books like Napsii, but people who make decent posts like Sugar, Misc, Icaelus, Zender, Reaver, etc. Basically if often you make posts under a paragraph, you may want to skip this or I'll kill you off early and be probably mean about it. I'll try to give your character a lot to do so that doesn't happen, but roleplaying is an art that is made by everyone, players and GMs are both vital aspects and both need to be good at what they do or the roleplay is going to suck.
Earlier I made a post in the recruitment thread, but it kinda sucked, so I'm just going to decided to make the OOC and gather a bunch of players, and maybe a coGM or two. I thought it out, and I have a bone structure for the story, but anything can happen. Mechanics are simple and will be explained in the first few pages, from there we flesh out a full story with a deep characters, a complete plot, and twists that make sense while avoiding new mechanics to dues ex machina you guys into a good ending.
I will kill off characters in a horrible, sometimes unavoidable way, and unless your really good at roleplaying, I might decline you making a second sheet. Regardless of what I said above, good roleplaying wont save you, but intelligence and good planing might. I'll throw you a few curve balls, but at the same time piles of shit to throw your characters into hell. There won't be a lot of erotic play, so if you're here for the sex, wrong place!
Now, time for the actual story. You are a normal person, a human being trying to survive in a world that is slowly but surely collapsing. Some of you have it easier than others, but regardless you are human, and you are not perfect, which is why you willingly or not, assisted in the world collapsing. Now you have to survive against a world gone wild, and yourself from stupid mistakes and possibly depression. Remember that you don't have to carry your burden alone, but also remember that you can't trust anyone.
Being a survival RP, but an artful one, the character sheet is left vague on purpose. You can add what you wish to it (name, appearance, history, exact variables, etc), but the only things actually needed are your gender, age, and some basic skills and weaknesses like how strong or smart you all. Try not to be an all rounding Mary Sue or you'll get killed off quicker. Mistakes and weaknesses might actually keep you alive longer in this
When actually roleplaying, try to think ahead and plan using the mechanics given to you. which you will figure out shortly after everything goes to hell. Don't be afraid to assume reactions on things (not people), because chances are the same thing will happen more then once under the same circumstances. I'll try to keep hidden factors to a minimum, but I'll make it obvious when there is one.
So go ahead and post if your interested in a deep thought survival RP, and you can maintain professionalism.

Just throw in some random information, there isn't really a character sheet. Just make sure you include a list of weaknesses and strengths, and know that your weaknesses will actually save you more in this than your strengths will.
