Eternal Rain Referance

Based on a story I've been writing (Got a script being worked on as well): In the future, a nuclear disaster had struck, but instead of destroying the world, the weapons were blown up midair, causing clouds to form and storms erupted throughout the world, never to end. Cities, knowing that by staying still they will be destroyed by the ever-destructive lightning, retreated onto Walking Fortresses, turning them into cities from inside of their tortoise-like shell. Most of them are 6-legged, slow, and powerful, some run on Tractions and speed through the landscape. United States and, unfortuantely all of North America, are no more, the storms ravaged them to the point that they became inhabitable and known as the 'Dead Lands'. The remaining americans were hunted down and turned in as slaves or executed, making them extinct.

Summary: The walking cities are hydro-powered, using the rain to power their mighty engines, weapons, and lights, they all have their own borders, the cities goverend by a larger, more powerful city. In each country, the cities move in search of minerals that haven't washed away yet, technology in ancient cities that were abandoned, or prey on neutral cities that wander into their border, destroying them and taking their weapons, ammo, food, and citizens for themselves.

Game: a group (You lot) join onto the only VTOL ship left on the planet captained by Kyle Morris. The group will run into objectives as well as several sub-objectives. Levelin up as they go along, maybe uncovering a plot or 2. Each person will have a class and that class will determine your starting skills and abilities. Each person will also have a nationality that will further determine their character.

Countries:
Great English Empire - The remains of Ireland, Britain, and Scotland, the GEE rely on Tractions for speed and manueverability, they are smaller and weaker armored this way, but faster and can target the enemies weak points quite easily.

Republic of Korman - Those of all other countries decided to leave them and form a new country, Korman, lead by the city of the same name. The are between the English Empire and the rest of the nations.

Kingdom of Sweden - The Industrial Neutral Country, Sweden is small but one of the most advanced nations, their cities are extremely strong, but their weapons are weak.

German Democracy - The last Country in the world to follow the democratic oath that the United States once stood for, their cities are all elected officials and their soldiers are more powerful than their cities themselves, planning more on invading the cities than anything else.

Russian Union - Going back to the marxism they once stood for, the Russians share everything with everyone within their country, no one is poor and everyone seems happy. The Capital, Moscow, is powered by 4 powerful turbines that also power an extremely powerful weapon called the EMP Cannon, which can destroy a City with one hit and shut down all electrical objects around it, but it also shuts their engines down, leaving them dead in the water, so they rarely use it.

Nationalities:

German- Strong-armed, rely more on muscle than intelligence, +2 strength, -2 intelligence

Russian- Power is what they like and killing things from afar with as much power as possible, +2 perception, -2 Agility

English- Speed Freaks, loves to get up close and personal where strength or perception doesn't matter, +2 Agiity, -2 Strength

Swedish- Fucken Swedes love to build things and are the creators of some powerful machinery used by the other countries, +2 Intelligence, -2 perception

Kormanite - A mixed of nationalities that broke off from the major counties to form another major one. +2 Charisma, -2 Endurance

Crew Positions -
Pilot - +3 Perception, +2 Agility, +1 Intelligence, -1 Strength

Radio Operator - +3 Intelligence, +2 Perception, +1 Agility, -1 Endurance

Gunner 1-3 -- +3 Perception, +2 Endurance, +1 Strength, -1 Intelligence

Soldier - +4 perception, +3 Strength, +1 Endurance, -1 Agility, -2 Intelligence

Translator - +4 Intelligence, +3 Perception, +1Charisma, -1 Endurance, -2 Strength
(May come up with more.

Engineer- +4 Intelligence, +3 Agility, +2 Strength, -1 Perception

The Skill set follows the S.P.E.C.I.A.L ruleset. Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, Luck

Edit: 2 changes: Everyone starts with 1 Luck, and there will be an anthromorphic race, AKA Furry, known as 'Project Xeno'. Those in Project Xeno were once Humans but undergone this experiment to gain heightened reflexes and senses. All Furries get +3 Perception and +2 Agility but -2 Strength, although they can sacrifice Agility to gain the strength. Unfortunately, they lose their nationality after the experiment, so they don't get the bonuses for that.
