hmm ill keep in mind you possibly stabbing me in the back and decide to help you or not should a situation should go bad. Part of our objective is to keep the soldiers alive as they can hold spots we are not present at besides I just want to lessen the amount of guns that shoot at our guys before focusing on he big baddie. Especially since you're not inspiring our soldiers in any way round one two guys died round two another two died. I'm pretty sure we need these guys to help us pinn the beserker down. He's like a tank that can be taken down easily by a group. Problem is how do we take him down of we have no group to back us up.

I read one. That and im on my phone I can't see the east side of the map. That and if there are four then we definitely need the soldiers to provide suppressing fire. They are our current equivalent to sectoids and seem to be the only thing backing us up.

I don't think you understand, whether or not you disable the weapons, it will come to zilch if those berserkers get to the front wall. They will only need to stare hard enough at the soldiers for them to fall over dead, but the soldiers should be able to be evenly matched against the sectoids and hold off the mutons for a bit. in short, get out your rifle and start shooting the things that will fuck us over the most!

Also you are a soldier disobeying your superior... you're at fault regardless of your intentions. that is why you're getting threatened

I got no perks for rifle if I end up critically failing it equal to me doing absolutely nothing and take another post just to unjam my rifle. Something I find a far bigger risk if I were to try. But eh if you guys go in a uproar about this sure ill switch to my rifle just dont blame me if things go wrong.

Also its called strategy im taking priority for thinking its better to have a barrage of bullets over just two people trying to kill beserkers

we won't we'll blame your superior officer... it's not about what's best mechanically. it's about the fact you're intentionally disobeying your officer in the field in a firefight... which is just a big no no in any form of military regardless of if it's for a government or not. that's what my character is having an argument with yours over. no because a pistol is less effective.

Kill zerkers first. Always kill tank like melee monsters first. Guns do didley squat when a huge spiked fist is shoved up your asshole. If the berserkers don't die those soldiers will. Spriter is right, ignore the flies and kill the scorpion. Seriously, its not rocket science. Also, with the berserkers dead and the sectopods down your guy's job to hold out will be made ten times easier or better. And stratagey means nothing f its the wrong strategy. Also disabling their weapons is only a temporary fix/rebuff. They can still fight. I would have focused more on aiming for their faces.

Edit: Also everyone should be targeting zerks while soldiers suppress the sectoids.

Hmmm big no or should I care........ game caring level.... a bit to none. Besides some training in the first X-com my rp my character does have very little reason to trust anyone in the squad. In fact I'd say she doesnt trust any of you no offense and its not whether who or what is right I did make my character and I'm just rping her the way I see that she would react.

Even if its a military our characters are human and before this event have spent time away from x-com. How this military runs depends on its lore and how are characters behave is up to us. If I get bitched at for doing something the way my character would do it then I'll just have her transfered out of the squad after the mission I don't see a reason to stick around where I dont belong and neither does she.

Also I don't quite care for most of your opinions I do what I think is best and I do put those perks I chose in to apply on how the character partly behaves. Even though in the first x-com I played very little my character was in fact for heavy part of the game alone with no squad.

Oh yeah Alanea mind if you can transfer me out of the squad after the mission I dont see this working well.... like at all. I just believe it would be better than more future arguments occuring and I'd rather not defend my reasoning and be bitched at enough to change my post just because I want them to stop bitching... no offensce it is rather annoying.
