Just to clear things up. Everyone had 5 health before they lost, so did their opponent, giving everyone a 50% chance of victory or defeat. The violent class characters had a +2 to their combat rolls, to give them a little edge. I don't know what happened for everyone to end up losing so far. Any who, I am going to make my post. I work tonight, so This will be my only IC post for today. If anyone has any concerns, complaints, about things so far, I will listen and attempt to adjust.

And no Bluelight, no unusual tentacle monsters. You can have a normal character, if'n you want to. As for the monsters in game, we haven't gotten that far, yet.

I didn't take it as a complaint. But I did notice that we had a lot of defeats for what should have been 50/50 odds.

It appears that whoever gets the first hit in tends to keep momentum for the rest of the fight. The only time that seems to change is if one person gets ganged up on. I also believe that more damage is done on a crit attack roll, although I could be wrong. I'm not sure what could be done to make the fights less of a downhill battle, maybe more damage variance is in order, or possibly more ways to interact in a fight other than simply attacking or giving up? Maybe special actions for each class for battle so that they can try to swing the fight into their favor?

Maybe someone Violent could have a stun attack, a Rougish person could have more chances to dodge, a Political person could try to dissuade fighting (lowering attack power of target or targets), and an Innocent... dunno, a bribe, perhaps?

Well, things will change a bit, once my big plot twist hits, and people get their hands on a few light weapons. And yes, a 20 is a critical hit and does one extra damage.

OK I doubt I could get in and join in on the fun, if it's too big already, but I do have a few characters that are a bit villainous and could some expanding of their characters. However I'll read along. Prisons aren't my thing, but I could work with good villains and flesh them out more, and it'll be interesting to see how others interact with each other.

I'll wait to see if Sortaix has any hard limit on how many players he wants in his game before I make my sheet, I suppose. Gotta say though that this seems like it'll be pretty dang fun.
