Samantha's good but for two things: a) Where do I start her from? She doesn't have a hometown and her bio doesn't specify, so I have no idea where she is right now. b) I'm in the United States, so the age she's at right now is a little... yeah, I don't wanna get into any legal trouble so either I'll have to exclude even the possibility of nasty things happening to her or the age needs to be a little higher.

Personally, I don't give a rat's since she's at least at the age of consent. It's just potential shit storms I'm worried about. I don't think anyone on the site would do something like that since I think we're all relatively cool peoples, but I've thought that before about others and had that bite me in the ass, so... yeah.

I'm in the EST timezone. To be honest, my sidenotes on the hours were more for Icaelus than anything. We leave wildly apart from each other and I feel like a fool when I say a specific time and then we have to translate it into his time. So I just started making those sidenotes.

I figured she could start from littleroot, or whatever the name of the Hoenn starting town is called. I can edit that in if you want.

As for the second...Zhul? Of all the things I expected could/might be a problem, age was not one of them. How young is the youngest player in the game so far? I went for 16 because the game does include sex, so putting her at the average age of setting out on a pokemon adventure (which seems to be between ten and thirteen as far as I can tell) would be out of the question.

Besides, how exactly could you get in trouble? I mean, if that was the case, wouldn't all the people out there who draw R34 pokemon art involving the main characters of the
series get in really really big trouble?

I can adjust the age to 18 if its really that much of an issue...

Writing characters under the age of 18 could, if someone were inclined to push the issue and take it to court, be construed as child pornography. That can get someone into a massive amount of trouble, if things go that way. Can't blame MiscC for that. If the age isn't important to you, I'd urge you to bump her age up to 18 for their sake.

The people who draw pokemon art involving the main characters get away with it because either 1) they haven't been caught by people who want to prosecute yet, or 2) because the artists claim to draw the charecters 'years in the future when they become 18'.

Interesting to see Kuragari trying to keep the sexy stuff in mind when I was going to point out my complaint! This game is titled with Gotta Fuck 'em All, but the closest thing we've seen is a nude picture of the extra horny maid! Remedy this problem immediately! I order it. Oh, wait, I only get godly powers in my own thread..... Well then, I request you fix it.

And also ask if your player load is full. I might be inclined to make a trainer here to help fix the problem.

I choose 16 primarily because of the idea that this is someone just starting their pokemon journey, and from what I recall in the series, almost everyone whose just starting out on their journey is younger than 18 (or at the very least, the grand majority seem to be) Oh sure, there's people who own pokemon and are older, but I believe some of them aren't 'trainers' in the same sense as those who purposely go around battling and leveling their pokemon up. Now, if it wasn't a requirement that your starting pokemon be a tier 1 on the evolutionary scale, I might have instead had her be over 18, and have a Houndoom be her pokemon which she got at an earlier age as a Houndour.

That said, if there's been effectively nothing sex related or triple xXxy, why the complaint? Besides, sixteen is the age of consent in the United States, so I don't see where the problem would be. Now, I could understand it if she was younger than that, or that I made it seem like she looks younger...

Oh, and Oroboros, 2 that can't be true at all because I've seen enough art depicting them as younger (heck, I've seen some hentai that has May's little brother Max or whatever getting in on the action, and he's definitively not being portrayed as older. 1 is far more likely.

I'll state this, my preference is to keep her at 16, but if absolutely necessary I can bump it up to 18 if that's going to be absolutely necessary for any eventual naughtiness.
