Not from what I've read so far, as long as it stays within the banlist and certain cards stay at 1 in the entire game...

So basically keep to what not only the ban list has but also what's considered restricted...

Pretty much, just with a few tweaks to make it more like the current Anime. Like, for example, attacks will actually hurt because the monsters are actually there.

He wants to become a Lord of Dueling.

Question about the dueling in and of itself. Noting that we will need the gm to inform us of what cards we draw, how will we be dueling? Will it go turn by turn in posts (which will take considerable time), or is there another method you wish to use?
