Bio: A quick witted girl who ended up dropping out of high school once the glowing eyes kinda came to be. Although it wasn't the main reason she left the educational facility. Taking after single father she helped him in his auto parts shop even eventually taking up the proffession herself. Out of guilt, for her decision to drop out of highschool, her father had kept in contact with government agents. Informing them of what he knew of her abilties and natural intelligence and aptitude for machines. Hoping maybe they had a better future to provide than he ever could.

Angelic Vision- Eyes glow piercing white allowing her to see through any blinding light or darkness in all directions. (All directions being no surprise attacks while this is activated)
Magnetic Field- Controls the polarity within her vicinity allowing her to manipulate metal with ease.

Okay, let me add an addendum to skills, so everyone please alter your character if this applies.

Skills cannot give you pure stat bonuses.

Skills are there to give your character unique abilities, and they can give you situational roll bonuses (like martial artist getting a bonus to rolls in hand to hand combat), but they cannot add a bonus to entire attributes, such as a skill merely giving you +2 STR. I'm not allowing this simply because it's too powerful and kind of takes advantage of the skill system I setup.

Powers are different, merely because powers can be suppressed by other demons, or your concentration can be broken, or they can otherwise inhibit or drain your psychic energy. As well as I'd really prefer anyone using a stat bonus power also receives some kind of minus unless the stat bonus power only adds a minor bonus. Also, powers are meant to be something... powerful.

made a slight alteration to my first power, Tessa takes a full turn over-charging an item with an element so it can be used as a thrown explosive with a 10m blast radius and has additional effect the next turn if that's alright?

Knight and Reaver, you're both good.

Knight, your powers are acceptable, just thought I'd make something known, and I'll add this to the first OOC post too. The more broad a power's scope, the less strength it will have in the beginning. So, for example, the ability to manipulate metal is fine. But it won't be strong enough to rip buildings apart by tearing out steel I-Beams and what not, at least not to start. The more specific you can be with a power's purpose and abilities, the more strength it can have.

A note for everyone, the bio's are all adequate, but it would help me a lot for the first post to have more on your individual backgrounds. A lot of you only have personalities and I would really like your background (did they go to college? What is their job? what is their motivation or dream?). In the beginning, you'll each sort of have your own intro-encounter in which I'll be addressing these things, and the more detailed the background, the more RP depth I'll have to work with.

EDIT: Cryo, I'm fine with the power to imbue ammo, and having armor as a second one, but creating explosives is a bit of a third power. Vintage, you're good too.

Quick question regarding the Arcana school, since they are descendants of angels/demons would they have their powers all along? Or does the blood only awaken after the monster attacks have begun?
