Actually, I think I'll do a combo of both...

Step 1: Check wanted posters for info.
Step 2: Ask Jo if she knows anything about <insert bounty here>.
Step 3: ???
Step 4: Profit?

I think I might want to drop out of this roleplay.
Sorry, I just can't find the inspiration to post with this particular genre.

Bleh, got busy these last couple days. Reapergod, yeah, feel free to just into post yourself whenever you'd like. I figured people would be happier if I let them decide where to start rather than strong arming them into something. I'm doing what I can to provide the world, then give you guys the chance to play in it.

Joey, I'll send you some stuff for the bounties. Makes sense that you might know a little more about it. I'll be happy to let what you've said thus far stand, and I'll tack on a few other things for the other bounties for you.

Edit : Just as an FYI, I forgot to include it on the first page, each character starts gameplay with 2 gold pieces, 3 silver pieces, and 5 copper pieces.

You are missing entirely any Equipment or Gear your character might have. Might want some of that before you drop into the RP. Other than that, seems to be in order.

Oh, how do you want to keep track of our money, shall we do it ourselves? If so, that puts my money at:
One gold, two silver and five copper.
If we are keeping track of it ourselves, then I'm going to use my Char Sheet to keep track of my inventory, assuming that is alright to do.
By the time you realize this doesn't say anything. It's too late to stop reading.

BlueLight, that looks good to go.

Sortaix, yeah, on your character sheet is a good place to keep track of your character's money.

Did a modification to the deck card. It's now a deck of marked cards.

Oro, I had a question. How exactly would Kayleesa's anti-magic abilities factor into a battle? They aren't really offensive, and since all her combat rolls would logically happen with the d8 from might rather than the cunning d6 (which I assume is what would factor into the anti-magic), how would they actually affect the outcome of a battle?

With the combat system being what it is, basically the anti-magic abilities are flavour. So, when she gets attacked by a spellcaster and wins the fight, what you'd do is describe how she brings her sword down and cuts the spell out of the air, or perhaps how the spell crashes into her body and she absorbs it, or however it is going to work. Kayleesa's 'mage hunter' character class doesn't really give her any special abilities, much like there aren't special abilities for any other class. The system just isn't robust enough to handle unique character classes. It's a very simple rules set to make sure forum combats don't drag on for fifteen poses with people debating rules.

When Kayleesa gets into a fight, she'll probably be attacking people using her Might and her Holy Avenger sword. That means she'll be able to fight most opponents with a roll of 1d8+2. However, you've given her these Negation Gauntlets. If Kayleesa were to do battle with a spellcaster, or someone else using spells to fight her, I'd give you that extra +1, giving her 1d8+3.

Alright, thanks. I just wanted to make sure that the bonus from the gauntlets was actually going to do something, and I hadn't wasted the attribute point.

Good eye, Napsii. A friend of mine has been trying to get that movie so I can watch it, contender for the worst movie ever. (Right now, The Room seems the worst to me, followed by Dracula 3000) I pulled Torgo from the list of characters there. Though, like I say, I haven't seen the movie yet, so don't expect any similarities in behaviour.

The Room is definitely worse, but I think that's only because the guy who directed it was like a professional and he actually thought it was really good, whereas Manos was produced by a numbskull with no past directing experience because he bet his friend that he could make a movie.

The MST3K episode is on Youtube, though.
