Pokemon: Gotta Fuck 'em All! (OOC/Planning)

So. Will Kana evolve? If so, does the trainer have to stop it from evolving or can Kana stop herself? Can Kana be caught? Will Kana stay in her pokeball? If Kana evolves, can it use special moves? Like if it evolves into Jolteon, can she use thunder? If I throw a thunder stone at Kana, will she be forced to evolve? Will Kana level up? What if I throw a Masterball at Kana? Is Kana more human or more eevee? Can Kana mate with other eevees/ eeveelutions? Will the offspring be human or pokemon or hybrid? Sorry for bombarding you with questions, just curious.

Kana will evolve if she wants to

Yes, Kana can evolve, but if she stops herself or a trainer does depends on whether she's been caught. Wild Kana can stop herself while a Captured Kana is entirely at the whim of her Trainer. Kana can be caught, thought it'd be MUCH MUCH harder to do so than with a normal Pokemon, and she will stay in her PokeBall if she is until the Trainer who caught her lets her out. Kana can be forced to evolve if she's captured and given a Stone, but otherwise, it's entirely up to her. Yes, Kana will level up like any of your Pokemon and if you throw a Masterball at her, she's screwed unless she dodges it. Kana is somewhere in between, having the form and intelligence of a human but the vulnerability to capturing and the strength and skills of a Pokemon. She also has the inbred incapability of harming a human, but since she's human herself, she can override that with enough effort. Kana can mate with other Pokemon and the results will be a mostly Pokemon hybrid since that's effectively making a 3/4 Pokemon and 1/4 Human. If she gets pregnant by a human, then it'd be the opposite way.

But, no problem. These were questions I needed to think of anyway. Actually, now that I think about it, Tsubaki should have much the same pros/cons since she's half-Pokemon herself! So yeah, Zen, watch out! You CAN be put in a PokeBall if you're not careful

But Tsubaki is half a pokemon through birth, not genetic experimentation. Who knows what side-effects there could be from the experiment, screwing up Kana? Even if there aren't side-effects, her mating properties still wouldn't be the same, surely?

If she's half by birth, that should actually make her MORE vulnerable to being caught, shouldn't it? I mean, it's Pokemon DNA that's been with her her whole life and should be recognized by a PokeBall rather than the splicing done into Kana where she's a human with Pokemon DNA forced in. I haven't given much thought into side-effects yet, but now that it's brought it, they should be on the bad side since I can't imagine Team Aqua or Magma splicing Eevee DNA into a human cleanly. That's if I decide to give it any further thought though. It's pretty bad already that she lives with the threat of being trapped in a PokeBall hanging over her head. I think I'll keep the mating properties the same as I've stated for Tsubaki, but for Kana, it's rather luck of the draw since, again she's a human with Pokemon DNA spliced in.

Unfortunately, you'd go on the Reserve List. I'm not good enough a GM to be comfortable with more people than I have already. I'd either need a Co-GM or time to adjust to having so many people before I took on anyone else.

I think I am going to drop out of this thread. Zephyros has been absent for a time and I find that what is happening is far off the mark from what I had expected. There are also far too many people for one person alone to handle and it is having an effect on the quality of the posts. I had hoped to join a thread created and run by Zephyros, not another person.

It also has been rubbing me the wrong way that total control of the thread has been assumed by Misc in the absence of Zeph. The intention was for him to function as a Co-GM to relieve the workload, not to assimilate the thread and start it by himself (discarding what plans Zephyros may have had) because people were feeling impatient. In my opinion, it should have never been started. It is, after all, Zephyros' idea and I am against hijacking other peoples' content without their permission.

Well, alright then. I kinda wish you had discussed your grievances with me so maybe something could've been done about it, but that's your choice and I'll do nothing but respect it. I guess there's a space for you after all, Angel. You'll be written into my next post.

On the subject of posts, it's kind of a gamble on when it'll come out today since I'm in class/at work from 7:30AM to after 8PM with little pockets of time to write in that time. We'll see. At worst, it'll come out at the usual time tomorrow.
