Indeed it is not in the core book. Most unfortunate. Most of what I enjoy about pathfinder comes from the base classes instead of the core classes. I'll prepare another version of the character I guess. That makes me a bit sad.

Biography: Saralyn was born to an elven mother many years before Zozz made his appearance. Her father had been a human but Sara was never given the chance to meet him, always given the excuse that he had gone off to campaign in the king's army or some such. She grew up believing that her father was a soldier of much importance and she often dreamed of going off to battle to find her father at her side in combat. Unfortunately as she grew older she found she had no talent for melee combat and as such spent the entirety of her adolescence dreaming up ways to counteract that deficiency. Eventually she stumbled upon gun powder and thought up the method of stuffing a metal ball on top of the explosive inside a tough metal tube. After further experimenting she created her first firearm, a crude pistol. She set off almost immediately in an attempt to bargain her way into the northern kingdom's army despite her physical weakness. Zozz's attacks upon the elves changed her goals when news of pillaging made its way to her and she decided she needed to see if there were enough humans in the northern kingdom that she could rally to the elves' aid and perhaps even use her knowledge of firearms to further arm them in repayment for whatever assistance they could render.

Personality: While she's a bit reserved about sharing feelings she's unashamed of her body, often moving from one place to another in various stages of undress. She finds that she has more talent at tinkering with gunpowder and flintlocks than in conversation. She stutters a fair deal when spoken directly to and will tend to let others speak for her even when her opinion doesn't exactly match up with the speaker's.

Yes, I apologize for not mentioning it again, but we are only using the core book. Don't want to complicate things since we have some people who are completely new to this type of system.

When she came of age, Saralyn made to travel to the northern human kingdom in a bid to join their military in hopes of running into the father she'd never met. When Zozz came to power and attacked the elves she was in the middle of her travels and when news reached her of the pillaging she turned back to find her home devastated. She went to the elven leaders to ask what she could do to lend any aid and joined in the search for allies and assistance for the elven realm. She set off again for the northern kingdom to see what help she could find among their army's leaders.
