EDIT: I'm wanting the character to be the head of his own faction, a sort of Dark Jedi Warlord on the edge of Imperial Space, in the outer rim. He seeks to use the full power of the force to bring real change to the galaxy. He wants to rid the galaxy of crime syndicates and the corruption of the Empire. He doesn't wish to fight alongside the Alliance, primarily because he see's them as wanting to bring back a government that was corrupt and inefficient in the first place. He briefly fought in the clone wars as a member of the CIS, but left when he came to the conclusion that the change the CIS sought was nothing more than the corruption in the Republic wanting to openly become the Government.

He doesn't believe the best thing for the galaxy is have it united under the Empire or the Republic, and instead believes that each region should be on its own, working to ensure that all its inhabitants live decent lives. Whether done by peace or force, freedom or oppression, he does not care.

When you finish your sheet make sure to include more details on the faction itself and what kind of presence they have in the galaxy. Feel free to create your own planet if you need to. You might want to base yourself in the unknown regions if you plan on having a large standing military force since the Empire probably wouldn't tolerate that sort of thing if they could help it.

I'm working on his bio trying to lead up to such first. As for military size, I wasn't thinking it'd be all that large. Maybe large enough to make the Empire (or anyone else) think twice about attacking it, but that'd be about it. (or its large enough that, combined with the factions remoteness and small size, its not worth the time or resources trying to pacify it)

A question: I'm wanting him to have a companion, though I figured said companion would be more of an NPC than anything. Would I need a sheet for the companion as well?

If you look under the social merits section there is something called retainers which would essentially function as NPC companions. The difference between retainers and normal NPC's you may meet that would join you in your adventures would be Retainers in some form or another will always be with you where as other NPC's may come and go depending on how their treated. The key with retainers is establishing some reason they are loyal to you when you create them. As for a character sheet, no you don't need one I generally create quick sheets for all of my NPC's but retainers will gain experience as you do.

I don't say this for a lot of RPs, except for Thaes and Tarias, but I'm really having fun with this and can't believe I missed so much, I hope I can get back into the grove of things. :B

I'm going to have to for the moment say I'm not joining, though I'm keeping the unfinished character sheet saved in case I change my mind. I've come up with something that I might have more fun with anyways.

You're in what I would refer to as 'downtime' at the moment, this would be where you pursue your characters own interests and/or spend experience or just talk with NPC's. Sorry if I didn't give you much direction, I'll try to avoid that in the future if its a concern.

As for who we're waiting on Losdiablo and Knight have not posted either.

Knight, you might want to doublecheck that post with Hazard. If I'm reading it right your crystal DIDN'T shatter - he caught it just before it hit the floor.

I'll be putting the 5 XP awarded to me awhile back in soon, I've had a hectic month and lost all my data in both this laptop and my computer, so I'll need to reinstall everything.

I'm taking a permanent leave of absence from the site, so Hazard, if you could just let my character quietly fade into non-existence, that'd be good. xD

Anyway, really good thread, excellent GM, and most of all I enjoyed roleplaying with you guys. Good luck with your future roleplaying ventures.
