Also, guys, I might not be a wise idea for my character to be the captain, it doesn't really fit her :/

Lol everyone who should we put in charge. Oh I know the person who receives negatives when giving orders what can go wrong lol.

Also I wanted to say we should have a specialization mechanic. Considering our stats are vague. Like in ye show the mechanic understood how the serenity worked inside and out but she couldn't spot a liar for the life of her while the companion could.

The way it would work is we get bonuses for using a stat the way we want to run our characters while using that same stat for a different kind of skill causes it to go into the negatives.

At the moment I've been doing blind rolls (i.e. I don't show you the roll, just the result) and have been taking those factors into account.

If none of you guys want a be the "Captain" but still want a "Captain" figure head for the ship I'll make a few NPCs for you meet planet side.

Well it would need to be someone that ain't me. I'm a mechanic, I sit in the ship and make sure everything is running smoothly. I'm the type to take orders, not make them XD

None of us are the type to make orders, if you noticed my char falls asleep in the engine room and spends days at a time in there, obviously not the best candidate, we really need another person XD

Sammy could be captain, but I don't think you would want the OCD medic to run things...

Sammy seems the more suited, since she is alot more organised and such.

Organization isn't quite the issue here. I think it's more along the lines who's willing to do the dirty all the while also being somewhat capable of flying. My Yeuna isn't one that would surrender without a fight and besides the harmony is her home and the crew her family.
