Firstly, thank you for ceding the fact that fighting fire with fire is dumb- you only end up with a bigger fire which is burning right now. I'll like to put that fire out a bit so secondly, I apologize to you for directing that comment. That was my original intention because I still felt that you were being antagonistic.

About dice, I feel that it isn't so easy at time like just tossing a dice. Many RP rules are made up on the fly and I've had experience with that with my short time as a GM. Many things you don't account for happen and sometimes it's not just a dice roll. Just like what happened. You summoned 20 clones, but Mark could really only roll for 11. Again, sorry for the example involving your Ninja Art.
But truly, let's talk things out properly. There is absolutely no need for this to become a slugfest. PvP in RPs has always been a touchy thing and things need to be made clear.
The tone of my argument here might come off wrong, but I do want to make peace and do what we signed up on this RP for. Roleplay. Not squabble among ourselves. I don't want to see someone get annoyed with the entire thing and just up and leave, which obviously harms the RP. I feel like we have a good lineup of players with good literary skills and this could turn out to be a really good RP, y'know?

And it's fine. I tend not to hold a grudge unless your Reaver(fuck you Reaver), and even then it's only for so long. Me and Reaver often bicker and bitch at each other but it's never anything serious and usually the only time we're not is when i'm trying to convince him to get him and his better half to run a train on me.(fuck you Reaver) what I and probably he failed to do was put a stop to it before it effected others and more important the gm who is trying to run a fun game for people. So for that I do apologize to everyone that's been forced to read this and to Mark. I know it's not nice and can annoy people having this go on in the thread so as a start i'm going to stop mentioning anything related to what caused arguments or what they were about.(fuck you Reaver)

Question, how does this work? You give the attack an AoE charge up but then allow for a second attack on the same turn? O.o What's the point of a two turned attack when you can attack twice in two turns anyways? x.x Unless like, being attacked or something disrupts the AoE? x.x

Yea I was wondering the same. I assumed when you commited to charging an AoE attack you spent the first round charging it then actually utilizing it the next round and then you were free to attack the turn after that. With the way it is now its not so much of a charge up attack rather than just carrying your action over to the next round to stack on top of another attack.

That was just because of how I imagined Goryo's attack worked. Goryo's petals are cast into the air at once and they drift to the ground. There isn't really a way to make that a charge attack. But I came up with the AOE rule after I sorted everything out with Goryo's. Calling it a charge won't fit so I used a delay instead. I could say that instead of a charge Zal has to use a turn to setup the petals while next turn she guides them to her enemies. I just don't want it to sound forced or out of place.

Because i thought you put the charge up for that very reason....
