What sort of limit is put on our characters' ability to wield magic? Y'know, something that keeps it within reason, so we don't have fire mages burning down cities, ground/stone mages literally burying whole settlements, and lightning mages nuking everything around them, all at level 1.![]()
For example, take the Electric mages. On what sort of scale can we expect to earn abilities such as, say, an electrical pulse that zaps everything in a certain radius? Or perhaps a multi-target lightning arc spell? Remember, I'm thinking of balance here.

like kaleah is no newbie to fire magic she can use it proficiently. wouldnt make sense if she just suddenly decided to only use tiny spells in battle (since most of her spells involve blowing up/setting aflame some part of the area around her)
