Foreward. Hi Everyone, This is my first time doing an RP here but I have GMed elsewhere. This Idea has been running around in my head for a while and I just wanted to put it out there. At least it feels like I finally got the right Title.

In this world there are being who live in darkness and prey on the evil in man’s hearts. Demons and creatures from the underworld have come to the mortal plane for one reason, to control and conquer. To fight this evil, a group was formed with the ability to slay these monsters. Taimanin or Anti-Demon Ninjas use their abilities to wage a war in the shadows against these Hellish fiends. This war continues even now in modern time.

The new battlefield for this war on darkness is the Tokyo Kingdom. Once envisioned as a bustling satellite city in the Tokyo Bay, it has now become a den of crime and debauchery. With Edwin Black, one of the most prominent figures in the underworld gone, a power vacuum has formed. Many small outfits have popped up over the last few years to fill the gap both human and demonic. Now that the issue of drugs, prostitution and demonic influence has spread to the mainland, the issue can’t be ignored.

Taimanin Side

The situation in the Tokyo Kingdom has been a cause for concern for many years. Most troubling for the Tamanin is how freely demons can move around in the area. You have been assigned to a small task force set up by the Government. The mission: to assess the situation in the Tokyo Kingdom and eliminate any of the major threats coming from the area. The team seems to be made up ninja’s with varying levels of experience from fresh graduates from the Taimanin School to experienced veterans. All of them know how dangerous the Tokyo Kingdom is. In the past year four Taimanin agents have gone missing in the city. However it is their duty to fight against the darkness, where ever it may roam.


Red Mane Side

You received the information from one of your contacts. Word on the street was that the Red Mane, one of the groups on the rise in Tokyo Kingdom was looking for people with a certain skillset. Smuggling, Prostitution, Drugs Trafficking are only some of the illegal activities they’re involved in. To top it off the group has strong ties to the demon world. Demons make up a large part of their ranks from street goon to executive. The only thing anyone knows about the group’s leader is that he goes by the name King. With the group expanding as it is now, they have been seeking new blood. Demons of Hell, Mercenaries, Foreign Soldiers and even Taimanin traitors have received an invitation to join the Red Mane.

The game uses six main stats:

Strength: Physical Ability. For Physical Attacks, Grappling, Physical Feats
Dexterity: Speed & Movement: For Evasion, Sneaking, Throwing weapons
Constitution: Physical Resistance: For Guarding, Poison and Physical Pleasure Resistance
Intelligence: Knowledge and Magical Ability: For Illusions, Magical Attacks, Technical aptitude (Computers)
Wisdom: Magical resistance and mental resilience: For Tracking, Illusion/Magic Resistance
Charisma: Persuasiveness, Person skills: For Information Gathering, Diplomacy,

The success of your character’s actions is determined by a d20 Roll. Most actions use the following scale similar to the XCOM RP:

1-4: Major Failure
5-7: Minor Failure with consequences
8-10: Minor Failure
11-13: Minor Success with consequences
14-16: Minor Success
17-20: Major Success

A natural roll on the dice of 1 is a critical failure (worst case scenario) and a natural 20 on the dice is a critical success (best case scenario).After a mission you get to choose either to:

-Strengthen your specialty by +1
or
-Add a new Specialty (Limit is three)

Combat
Before battle, each player makes an initiative rolls (Dex) to determine the turn order. During your turn you can make one action per turn. You can either attack, use magic, protect another player, or use a sub weapon. Also indicate if you character will evade (Dex) or block (Con) incoming attacks.Each player has five hit points. Once they reach zero, the player is knocked out. You lose a hit point if you are hit by an attack.
In PvP, a players last Hit Point can only be lost to an attack with a main weapon or to a Special Technique. In the event of a critical roll:

Critical Success on an Attack roll: Double Damage
Critical Success on an Evasion/Defense Roll: Counter Attack For Defending Player
Critical Failure on an Attack roll: Counter Attack For Defending Player
Critical Failure on an Evasion/Defense Roll: Double Damage

Poisons: Can be resisted with a Con Roll. If you fall you get a -1 penalty to Str, Dex, Int & Wis

Ninja Arts/Special Skills:
This is your character’s signature Technique. It can be a finishing blow, a powered up state or some type of illusion. Taimanin develop their ninja arts from a young age. While Demons are born with special abilities they hone overtime. However everyone has access to a special technique. For this, describe the nature of the attack and it's effects with as much or little backstory as you want. I'll assign a stat to it based on the description. When ever you perform that technique you have to roll to see if it succeeds. I want to give people a lot of freedom to develop a signature move but keep it reasonable. Include details on the techniques duration, effects and what not.

Ninja Art's/ Special Techniques can be used more then once but at diminishing returns. Using a Technique a second time results in a -3 penalty that stacks by 2 every time you try to use it. So using the skill a third time will result in a -5 penalty.

Backstory:
The Drazinor family's history is seeped in mythology and rumors. As the stories go, the Drazinor were originally human servants of a powerful demon. They worshiped, feed it souls and took part in any act of debauchery they were commanded to. It was said that their life under the demon wasn't great but it was a life worth living, as they never had need or want for anything else. So they served for generations, protecting the demon from other lesser demons and human threats while slowly being dragged futher into corruption and evil by association. It all continued on this downward slope for ages until, like most stories that deal with power, one side took too much from the other. It was said that the Demon demanded the father's twin daughters, the only children he had. That wasn't the request that forced the father to take up arms, but rather that the demon made him watch it impregnate both of them with hellspawn. It was said that once the deed was done, the father had absorbed an incredible amount of demonic blood and power from his slain master and the two daughters of his that he also killed. He was found floating in a crater full of blood, one charred and malformed hand, it and his bloodline forever transformed for the deeds he had done. It was in those moments that Drazinor family was reborn as a Half-Demon Demon Hunting Family. Using demon-slaying tricks and magic passed down through a tainted bloodline, the Drzinors have worked for ages to eradicate demons and anyone who supports their vile cause. Some in the family have given into their demon blood, using it to gain more power through vile acts. It has never been uncommon to find a Drazinor working with demons only to find them slain by another Drazinor.

Almata is just the next in a long line of demon hunters and worshipers. She was trained young to hone her demonic powers and magic but never let them overtake her as she used them to slay demons and family members that had strayed from the past. She has rarely tasted the luxuries of the modern world or exploring one's body or others, seeing them as gateways to baser and more easily corruptible impulses. Despite her feelings on the world, she has trained to be able to navigate the world, especially online despite the many acts of defilement and corruption that can be found on it. That being said, Almata always carefully chooses who she interacts with, never sure who could bring her down the path of corruption. However she does not consider herself to be 'not fun', having found many ways to entertain herself besides killing and torturing demons and morally erroneous humans.

Main Weapon: Catalyst Staff- A family heirloom that was supposedly carved from an enchanted tree and is said to enhance and channel a user's magic potential. Over the generations it has been modified to be used magical or close-quarters combat, with leather grips and a blade attached to one end to allow protection against melee combatants
Sub Weapons: Blowpipe with poisoned darts, Talisman, Flame-Sprayer (Just think a hand-held flamethrower)
Specialty: Magic in the Blood- Magic comes almost naturally to those in Almata's family. Healing, offensive, illusions, elemental, magical barriers and especially demonic magic are easy for her to use, learn and eventually master. +1 to all magic rolls
Innate Magic Shield- Magic flows in and around Almata naturally giving her another defense against those that would do harm to her body and mind. +1 Defense against attacks
Weakness: Demonic heritage- Like others in her family, Almata feels the constant calling of the demon blood in her. The struggle to remain a demon slayer instead of a worshiper is a daily one and only gets worse when around demons. -1 to Demon manipulations/corruption

Ninja Art/ Special Technique: The Gates of My Mind- Called the epitome of demonic and illusion magic, Almata summons weapons out of thin air, hundreds of them to impale a target or multiple ones. Many of thee weapons are illusions, simple placeholders to overwhelm and put fear into the enemy through the amount of weapons they are facing. However usually only three of the weapons are actually infused with any real power, charged with demonic and fire magic to impale and destroy all of Almata's enemies. (Three hits with penalty to success)

Backstory:
Simply named Kal, she has no last name to speak of and was originally found in front of an orphanage, as she grew up the nurse’s felt that Kal was a little strange and didn’t seem to show any kind of emotion in response to what was happening around her. Worried about her they tried to force her to play with other children but she didn’t seem to respond to them, and when left alone the kids would generally ignore her. It wasn’t until one child took an interest in Kal and began to bully her did they realise how dangerous she was, when the bully in question disappeared only to be found dead a week later floating in the lake. When asked if she knew who killed the child Kal simply nodded and with a forced smile said ‘me’ the nurse sent out a dispatch and two days later Kal was taken to one of Taimanin Kindoms secret facilities. Where she was trained for till the age of 17 in many forms for assassination, during this time Kal became a master of Poisons and has been working for the kindom since.

x4 Chakram's (poisoned) (she uses them with her arms and legs and is able to guide them so they return to her.)

Ninja Art/ Special Technique:
Crimson Lotus, Kal throws many beautiful petals into the air that seem to gracefully float down to the ground anything they touch, are hit with a fatally toxic poison that kills them in seconds, the petals wilt to black after they land on the ground rendering the posion inert. (Notes on the poison from Marks changes to how poisons work, it will instant kill NPC's. For players, it will do 1 hit of damage (It's 3 Hits to kill) and a beefed up version of the debuff for poison's (so -2 Str, Dex, Int & Wis). To Clarify things, it is a single burst attack that works like an aoe.

Age: 22.

Allegiance: Taimanin.
Backstory:
Originally born and raised in west Philadelphia, Jill spent much of her early childhood on the playground, chilling out, relaxing all cool, etc. Then, a couple of guys who were up to no good abducted her right out of the neigborhood. She got in one little fight, but someone pulled out a gun and made her scared, which kept her pacified until they reached a secret underground lab in Bel Air.

As it turns out, there was a highly classified (and illegal) cyborg experimentation project going on in that lab, funded by one of the more radical U.S. senators of the time, a Mr. Joseph Headstrong. Their goal was simple in end, yet very complicated in the means: create an army of child soldiers in cyborg bodies, enhanced with demonic blood, so that they could - you guessed it - take over the world. In order to keep the cyborgs from losing their wits on the battlefield, the children's surgically-removed brains were put through a number of VR simulations in training, designed to give them an adrenaline rush when committing acts of violence, while also teaching them how to be horrifically efficient in doing so. Obviously, the ringleaders had a number of fail-safes planned for their cyborg bodies to keep them from going rogue, or at least to easily dispose of those who do so.

Unfortunately for those ringleaders, . Jill never did enjoy the program; her mind was unusually persistent in her efforts to resist the violence-enhancement program, with the greatest cases of defiance coming into play whenever P.O.W. or civilian targets were involved. Perhaps her brain was registering the adrenaline as a painful substance? Whatever the case, when her brain was planted into her new cyborg body, a scientist working on the project felt remorse for his actions, and secretly "forgot" the restraining fail-safes that would have ensured her obedience. From his perspective, she was his last chance at some degree of redemption.

"I know that I've done...terrible things, Jillian. I was brought into this out of my love for science and the chance to improve the human race...but this? This isn't improvement, it's madness! I was constantly being watched up until now, so I couldn't do anything to save the others. It's by sheer dumb luck that you and I are alone in here. Kill me if you want. I would deserve it after all this. Just promise me that you won't let everything in this project be evil. Be the odd one out. Be different. Special. If not for me, then at least for your own sake. You don't deserve the place in Hell that I've earned."

A part of Jill wanted to cry then and there, but her body lacked any tear ducts, and it would not be long before security would bash open the door and label them both as "loose ends" needing to be cut off. There was no time to cry, no time for heartache...and if anyone was going to get cut, it would be those who tried to halt her escape. Her mind may not have been a fan of the "killing is fun" brainwashing in VR, but she still had a taste for revenge, and the given circumstances turned that taste into a more temporary, yet also more terrifying bloodlust.

"Shit, she's too fast!"
"Someone kill that fucking bitch!"
"Where are the cyborgs?! WHERE ARE THE GODDAMN CYBORGS?!
"MY LEG!!!"

Few dared to halt her advance, and none survived to speak of the horror that is the receiving end of her blade. Drones, corrupt Marines, her fellow cyborgs...it didn't matter. If it took one swing or shot at her, she killed it, no questions asked.

To tell the truth, it was by sheer luck that the Taimanin found Jill. The dark, jagged appearance of her armor made some mistake her for some sort of demon, which the ninja organization cleared up rather quickly. Her explanation of where she came from was obviously hard to prove at first, but then she showed them the secret lab she had torn apart a few weeks prior, and all became clear. As it turned out, Senator Headstrong, the man that had secretly funded the project, was a demon in disguise - as evidenced by his haughty proclamation of "demon blood, son!" - which meant the Taimanin were obligated to take him down...but Jill insisted that if anyone was going to rip that bastard apart, it was going to be her. So, the Taimanin capitalized on the situation: if Jill could kill Headstrong in single combat, she could join their ranks and help them hunt down demons elsewhere in the world.

To make a long story short, Headstrong got his ass kicked, and Jill's a Taimanin cyborg ninja now. The demonic blood in her cyborg body makes her a bit more prone to violence when under stress than most, but also grants her an ability akin to the secret techniques practiced by most Taimanin operatives. She calls it the Zandatsu: by ramming her open hand into a demon's flesh, she can siphon its blood through special devices in her fingertips to power her own self-repair systems. So yeah, technically one could think of her as a "half-demon cyborg ninja vampire girl," all things considered. Rule of Cool, ladies and gents, Rule of Cool.

Main Weapon: High-Frequency (HF) Bayonet. By running a high-frequency electromagnetic current through the blade, the bayonet's cutting power is enhanced. As a result, it can cleave through flesh, bone, and most infantry-based armor like a hot knife through butter, though would still take several repeated strikes to breach vehicle-grade armor.
Sub Weapons:
1: Red Phosphorous (RP) Grenade. These grenades contain powdered red phosphorous, which forms an opaque grey cloud upon detonation. The blast itself causes minimal force, registering as little more than a light punch on the average human being. The cloud, however, makes an excellent smoke-screen, as the red phosphorous in that smoke blocks infrared as well as visual detection methods.
2: EMP Grenades. As the name implies, these charges emit a potent, instantaneous pulse of electromagnetic energy, disabling most electronic systems within its area of effect. The designs for this weapon were originally taken from the underground lab in which Jill's life as a cyborg began; while of little to no use against human targets working independent of electronics, the potential for future enemies to use drones or cyborgs of their own got Headstrong to green-light the development of EMP weapons. However, like most humans using a frag grenade, Jill must be mindful of the blast radius on her EMP Grenades, as that energy pulse is powerful enough to mess up her own cyborg body if she gets too close.
3: Incendiary Kunai. Originally, the belt-like rack where Jill stores these weapons on her cyborg body was meant for a set of thermal knives, which would use a flammable chemical supply to heat up the knives' blades, allowing them to melt through heavy infantry and light-armored vehicles. The Taimanin, however, thought this chemical was better used for a sort of incendiary charge; instead of heating up the blade itself, the chemical would burst into a cloud of fiery gas exactly 1 second after impact. After all, the durable flesh of most demons still burns hot when set aflame, not to mention the psychological satisfaction in giving those fiends ye olde "kill it with fire" treatment.

Specialties:
1: The Ripper. Despite her kidnappers' original plans to make her an infiltration operative, Jill has proven impressively well-versed in head-to-head combat. Her combination of a cyborg body and "Zandatsu" technique make her more durable than some anime-style kunoichi in fishnet stockings, and her HF Bayonet gives her all the sharpness she needs to cleave through the vast majority of her competition. Of course, one would be wise to give her a bit of space in a heavy combat scenario, just in case the effects of her old VR training resurfaces and makes her go a little...crazy. (+1 to combat rolls)
2: NANOMACHINES, SON! Jill's cyborg body was created by people with a strange love for nanotechnology. Not only do the nanomachines running through her artificial blood allow her to self-repair via Zandatsu, but they also greatly enhance her immune system, allowing her to more easily resist various toxins that normal humans dread. (+1 to resisting poison effects)
Weakness: A Stranger I Remain. Due to the dark cold metal exterior of her cyborg body, as well as her internal bouts with PTSD and the after-effects of those VR sims, Jill lacks the..."appeal" that most women her age normally would. Negotiation is far from her forte, and if you need a target lured into the kill-zone with sexual temptation? Well, get a different kunoichi for that job, because the only way she'll get blood flowing to a guy's crotch is if she opens a wound there. (-1 to rolls on negotiation)

Ninja Art/ Special Technique: RULES OF NATURE "Zandatsu." A modification made to her cyborg body after joining the Taimanin, Jill's fingertips now have special intakes for literally sucking out the blood of her enemies. All she has to to is get her fingers embedded into the target's internal flesh (though usually done via an open wound), and she can siphon their blood, process it for the electrolytes therein, and use those electrolytes to energize her cyborg body's self-repair nanomachines. The creators of her cyborg body decided this method would be more efficient than simply having some internal pack of electrolytes, as the latter method would cause the aforementioned pack to become useless dead weight once depleted, and refilling it mid-mission would be all but impossible. While she can technically harness these electrolytes from human blood, the blood of demons contains a much higher dose per cubic liter, and doesn't carry the same moral dilemmas that feasting upon human fluids would. When she's feeling dramatic, Jill might even pull out an organ from her target's body - bonus points if it's the heart - and crush it within the palm of her hand.

Icaelus:Aynn Wickes

Name: Aynn Wickes
Age: 19
Gender: Female

Backstory:
The story behind the girl known as Aynn Wickes was normal enough. Born in Florida, lived her whole life there with a rather decent family. Not rich, but ends met and all was usually fine. It was quite the shock to her family when the then nine year old Aynn was arrested on charges of manslaughter, of all things. The Wickes family did all they could, believing that Aynn was innocent.
But evidence was clear. She had been found standing over the corpse of a middle-aged man, bloodied knife in hand. The corpse had an indescribable amount of rather shallow slash and stab wounds, as if the weak-looking girl had mustered the strength to overpower a full-grown adult and then slowly slice away at him, inching him close and closer to death's edge.
But why had she done it? The question was posed to her when she had stood before the court, sworn to truth by an oath. The nine year old, innocence still not yet broken had told the truth calmly.
"I only killed a demon. What's wrong?"
That cold statement had the judge instantly crashing his gavel down, deciding on Aynn's sentence. She was to be sent to an asylum for the mentally ill. Until she showed any signs of recovering, she would be imprisoned there.
With a calm unlike any kid would've faced, Aynn let herself be shackled and led away, only allowing one last look at her tearful family. She could only nod her farewell to them.
The Asylum..it didn't quite pursue the idea of taking care of its' patients. Inmates, rather. Perhaps you could even call them lab rats instead, for that would surely be apt. The Director of the Asylum loved science, you see. Human experiments were carried out willy-nilly and the lives of the patients were worth less than dirt. It was..almost astounding she had survived all of that now, thinking back.
Of all the patients of which the Director had taken an interest in, not one had lived to tell the tale. None save Aynn. It was..horrifying, in short. He had her strapped to a restraining chair, brandishing a rusty and very blunt-looking hand saw before him, his mouth stretched creepily into an insane smile.
"Now then!~ Smile for the cameras!"
His words carried a weight that Aynn could not disobey. This would be the first time she would know true terror, her life in the hands of a madman who had little care of the lives of those he toyed with.
Her lips curled into a trembling smile, the whites of her teeth glistening just right for the cameras to pick up on. She couldn't even scream her agony as the Director slowly sawed her right arm off from the shoulder, taking his time with the bloody deed. She still remembered each of his maniacal laughs with each stroke of that rusty saw, scraping upon the bone of her arm..

She had somehow miraculously survived that despite the massive blood loss, managing to keep conscious long enough to crawl to the Asylum's infirmary which was it's one saving grace..part of a sick game, rather. Anyone who survived one of the experiments had the choice to either die, or somehow make their way to the infirmary where the best medical care would be provided to them.
The Director, immensely pleased with his very first success had visited the bedridden Aynn.
"I just wanted to test out a new toy, you see. Here it is!"
The man held out a gleaming object..a cybernetic right arm. A morbid joke. He had sawed off her perfectly good arm to give her a cybernetic replacement. She couldn't exactly refuse, nor did she have the strength to. The arm was attached to her without any problems..and it was a phenomenal piece of tech. Self-powered by just taking from the kinetic energy of every movement the arm made, it could accelerate to great speeds without overburdening the human body and deliver blows that crushed concrete walls.
Perhaps in his happy little moment, the Director had neglected to think that he had just handed the greatest of weapons over to a very annoyed girl in great pain..

A couple of hours later, the Director sat in a chair among the ruins of what used to be the Asylum. A young girl with violet hair sat on a piece of fallen rubble just beside him, humming a happy little tune as she tested the edge of a particularly blunt and rusty saw against the tip of her cybernetic finger. At her touch, the saw broke in half, leaving them above with just half of a old, rusty saw.
The Director and the girl looked to each other, eyes meeting. The girl shrugged nonchalantly, standing up and placing the broken saw at the Director's right shoulder.
"Hey..smile for the cameras."

The unnatural event of the entire Asylum collapsing had brought Taimanin investigators to the scene, long suspecting the mysterious deaths of the patients within to be the work of demons. Upon arrival, all they found was a young, violet-haired girl sawing away at the last remaining limb of the director of the institute. The leg dropped to the bloody floor with a sickening plop and even some of the battle-hardened Taimanin could not help but throw up at the scene.
The girl introduced herself as Aynn, waving happily at the Taimanin with her cybernetic arm. When asked about what had happened here, her only reply was..

"I only killed a demon. What's wrong?"

Main Weapon: Washizaki. A simple yet razor-sharp implement for murder, this shortened Japanese blade can cut cleanly through most demonic threats. Handles better than katanas in close combat.

Sub Weapons:
Knife Brace - A belt of identically well-crafted knives that Aynn wears on her person, the knives are very versatile, balanced for both throwing and sturdy enough for melee combat if ever needed.

accurately enough to take down her marks with little trouble. Against larger foes that don't go down easily against burning lead, Aynn fires to impair movement. Taking out an arm or leg usually ends the fight there and then.

Glock 18C(Full Auto) - Serving the same purpose as her main firearm, the 33-round extended magazine of the Glock 18 can only add more to Aynn's firepower, capable of emptying it's full clip in a mere two seconds.

Weakness: Emotionally distant- Lassie had little need to make friends cause she only ever needed the two closest to her. This obviously made her more socially inept and prefers to speak through text with those she's unfamiliar with. (-1 to persuasion)
Ninja Art/ Special Technique:

Duration-Infinite until deactivated or all bots are shut down: One day recharge time once deactivated. (Special condition if reactivated in the same day the hounds still retain their damage until the next day any hounds destroyed stay that way till next day.)

The Hounds- With how far technology has advanced each piece of her new tech can transform into a hunting hounds that she can direct and instruct. However these hounds each have their own specialty based on the gear they constructed themselves from.

Tether(Wire trap dog)(Takes 3 hits to kill and it takes two rolls to confirm hits)- the strongest of the mech dogs but slowest. It can shoot off wires that's hook themselves into the target. His armor his rather sturdy and can absorb hits without taking any damage to his vital systems.Tether's bark can stun for a couple of a moment or two. Hook shots remain within enemy until pulled out of or detached from tether (Str check to pull the hooks off). In close range barks can stun a many very easily and it takes a mentally strong person to ignore such things. (Stun Barks last for one turn however each bark goes against a Int check)

Spark(Paralysis trap dog)(Takes 3 hits to kill)- the 2nd strongest physically strongest. His bite can induce an paralyzing agent for non lethal(If hit:Paralysis go against constitution rolls and every consecutive roll after that takes a -1 against the effects of paralysis). Lethal attacks include a bite and tackle that can electrocute.

Arrow(A dog based on one arrow)(Takes 2 hits to kill/His armor and speed allow him to roll and intercept attacks. If roll is successful he takes no damage for intercept attack)- the 2nd fastest dog. Who specializes in harassing and hit and runs.

Toxin(Poison gas trap dog)(Takes hit to kill however his poison is quite lethal in his bite and will ensure that the victim is unconscious.)- the fastest dog that spits out a liquid that evaporates into a poisonus gas. His bite is twice as deadly as his bark/spit. Although the poison is deadly to humans and demons the treating the poison isn't hard. However you can't treat the poison in the middle of combat the poison doesnt ensure death unless special circumstances are met. While poisoned players must make constitution checks if they fail they become unconscious. For a bite characters gets a -3 to consciousness for a gas/spit will give a -1 consciousness. Your Consciousness is determined by the combination of int(if negative it defaults to zero for consciousness) and constitution(Same goes for constitution). If if consciousness reaches 0 or negative players will have to make a will roll to stay conscious and each consecutive roll after the first takes a -1 for remaining conscious.


The Hunt- Once the hounds are on the hunt Lassie can see what they see. With the Hounds spotting targets the hounds each give a +1 to hit for any target they are looking at.( Example: If two dogs are looking at an orc, another is looking at a goblin, and the last an incubus. I get +2 to hit on the orc, +1 on the goblin, +1 on the incubus) Special condition: When all the hounds focus on one prey Lassie gets a +5 instead for the absolute focus and her hits ignore all defense buffs.(Defense buffs are anything that gives you a + to avoid the hit that doesn't come from your raw stats. Ex. Armor, Abilities, and Magic defenses.)

Even as a young girl, Akane was… odd, odd in that she didn’t have the emotional restraint the others she trained alongside did, wanting to make friends and even pranking those whom came off as too overly serious… even when it trouble she gave no shits. She ended up spending most of her time tinkering with any technology and machinery she could get her hands on, being somewhat of a tech-head to the point of even creating her own weapons she uses to this day… and ending up with a fascination of various vehicles, both on wheels and otherwise, even wanting to run her own garage so she can tinker about with such things when not taking on the enemy Red-Manes. The final part of her transformation included a pretty sizeable cock slowly growing out just above her natural female organ, the process should have been terrifying and painful for the woman but by this point all she could feel was the intense pleasures the white hot fires and her own contorting body were bringing to her. Before she began her ascend back into the human world, Yumiko, from the hellfire, reforged the weapons she had once favored in her previous life as a human, a short tanto knife, poison darts filled with paralytic venom, Hellfire bombs to burn, scare and intimidate her opponants and finally, her once treasured and favored weapon of choice, a large menacing looking Kama sickle attached to a weighted chain, able to not only be effective in close combat and strike from afar but the chain was more than long enough to entangle unsuspecting foes and leave them at her mercy if they couldn't manage to escape in time. Yumiko wasn't quite finished yet however as she even engraved markings of servitude into her Kama, forcing those who it touched too many times to become entralled to the succubus, clouding the minds of weakwilled humans and demons alike.

Practiced and prepared, Yumiko made her way to the surface, giving a joyous laugh when she seen just how run down and corrupted this "Tokyo Kingdom" seemed to be. Oh she was going to enjoy slowly spreading her own brand of corruption through this city, however first she needed to set up a base of operations, her preliminary investigations through entralling the first human she had met revealed that the old Taimanin organisation was still up and running and considering they dedicated their life's work to eradicating her kind, Yumiko guessed they wouldn't be so glad to see her. With a wide grin on her lips, Yumiko did the next best thing, headed towards what seemed to be the Taimanin's greatest enemy at the moment, the "Red Mane" orgasnisation that seemed to deal with all the delicious things Yumiko had grown to love in hell; sluts, drugs and slavery, even better, it looked like they were currently recruiting people to help with their operations! With evil joy in her blackened heart Yumiko headed straight to the Red Mane headquarters to get involved with the organisation, this was only the beginning of her plans however, first gain some influence over the city, then work to take down those she had once worked so very hard with with hundreds of years ago specifically to stop the sort of thing Yumiko had become. A succubus' hunger: Being a succubus is great fun, enslaving people and breaking them sexually before warping them into the thing they spend their entire life's fighting has a special kind of pleasure to it. Make the pain go away...: Being a succubus, Yumiko knows just the right lies to tell someone to make them give in to her temptations, even more so if they're hurt and offered the chance to have Yumiko make all the pain go away in favor of feeling much better, all she asks for in return is a little kiss...laced with her succubus's powerful aphrodisiac saliva. When battleing against an NPC, Yumiko may attempt to trick them into instantly giving into their tempations. Hibiki stands 5 foot 8 inches. He possesses a lithe and fit body, not muscled up but certainly healthy. Sharp features combine to give him a handsome face with messy short black hair topping his head. His most defining feature are piercing silver eyes that almost seem to glow.

Backstory:
Hibiki Nakahara was born from a human mother and an incubus, but never knew who they were. Instead he was abandoned and left to the tender mercies of the foster care system. Being raised in an orpanage was no picnic. It was poorly funded, over crowded and bleak. During his early life Hibiki was no stranger to being bullied, going to bed hungry and similiar miseries.

Shortly after his 7th birthday Hibiki began to notice his gift. His words seemed to carry more weight; the children and adults listened to his words, his suggestions and sometimes his commands. Over the years he practiced his gift, learning the limits of this strange ability and how best to apply it. He got better funding for the orphanage by convincing the city inspector, along with donations from visitors who soon felt generous; moved by the tales of Hibiki, of course. The local gang eventually had a change of heart after listening to Hibiki, deciding to keep an eye on the home of those poor kids. And when puberty hit there was no shortage of willing females to help appease his urges and teach him the ways of pleasure and how to pleasure.

The level of change did not go unnoticed. A member of Red Mane went to investigate the change in the behaviour of the gang and traced it down to Hibiki. And recognized what he was immediately; an incubus. Red Mane approached and recruited Hibiki immediately. The recruiting went smoothly; Hibiki would assist Red Mane whenever they needed any kind of negotiation and he would get to operate a brothel however he wished with Red Mane protection on site. When Hibiki left the orphanage to move into his new 'home' many of the girls came with him.

Over the years Hibiki has helped land many good deals for Red Mane, and his brothel has met with much success. It's tailored for upscale clients and has had very few problems. His girls are well trained in pleasure and defense. Should a customer cause any trouble they soon find themselves apologizing, compensating generously for their behaviour and leaving under their own power.

Claws of Raiden; drawing upon the magic and intent of the user the Claws can hurl small globes of lightning, inflicting electrical damage upon impact. If used in melee the claws emit a sonic attack that sounds like a muffled thunderstrike. Damage is the same.

Since Hibiki doesn't intend to kill his foes all attacks are non-lethal, inflicting stunning/subduing damage.

Hibiki's Incubus nature manifested to grant him a supernatural weight to his words. Those he directs his gift towards are more inclined to listen and heed his words, suggestions, etc; especially when playing upon thoughts that are already there. But there are limits.

He cannot suggest someone harm or kill themselves. Breaks the spell immediately.

Sensing the dark knowledge within, Zera knew she should not open it, but she peered inside nonetheless. In an instant, shadows touched her mind, revealing techniques that had long been hidden. Now armed with a secret edge, she challenged the master's son, and this time she defeated the master's son. She expected praise and recognition in her moment of victory, but somehow the master knew Zera had used forbidden ways, and banished her.

Manka is Volcanic Lamia who grew up in a molten pit*volcano*, alone, for fifty years. She seldom traveled from the safety of her spicey home save for the devouring of sacrifices offered to some god that some primitive tribals left on the volcano's lips. Sometimes it was food or items of obscurity, other times it was human sacrifices. She usually just ate them, but sometimes she'd play with her food if she was feeling randy~ She even laid a few eggs this way, even keeping a few of them as pets. Once she was fully grown and ready to leave her birthplace at a whopping eighteen and a half feet long from the tip of her tail to the tips of her horns, she took her harem and left behind her eggs, conquering the tribals as she went, killing the men and taking the women into her harem. This was over forty years ago. Now she is a powerful force to be reckoned with, at least in a one on one fight. Due to her hundred and sixty year seclusion she is fairly unlearned of the world, even after living in it and only holds the knowledge of someone who is about forty and never took a class in their life, enough to live in the world today but not to conquer it. It would be a very long time before she could reach that goal. Currently she works to increase her standing in Red Mane in order to further herself. It's easier to advance in power under the wings of a bigger bird, at least for a now~ Side note: Her favorite things to eat are shiny, polished gemstones~<3

Ninja Art/ Special Technique:

Volcanic Dermis: Manka's natural defense is a special super hot mineral secretion that her body creates thanks to all the minerals molten or otherwise that she eats daily. The secretion appears to burn away her skin from underneath it, it is searing hot and orange like magma. Moments after covering her entire body it begins to cool, expelling a noxious fume that can cause blurred vision and dulled senses if inhaled. This happens only when the ability is activated and when it ends. Once cooled enough, the engulfing secretion hardens into an obsidian colored armor that defends against all forms of attack. -2 to melee/heavy attack rolls made against her and -5 to ranged/light attacks. If an attack is successfully made against her the resulting damage causes a spray of hot miasma, burning and poisoning those that it sprays, much like the toxic fumes that come from a volcano. Given the nature of her technique, Manka is virtually immune to heat based attacks. She can maintain the skin for as long as it maintains it's shape and is unbroken. However after an extended amount of time it begins to crumble away from being cooked from the inside. After 10 turns the armor begins to crumble away and releases the gasses trapped within.

Backstory: Izumi's father owns a sword dojo specializing in battojutsu, a technique that is very useful in assassinations. It's a small dojo that avoids attention, but the techniques are highly valued among ninja and so many students go on to attend the Taimanin school. Izumi was no exception as her own sword skills surpassed even her fathers due to her sheer dedication to the art. Like many of her peers, she went on to join the Taimanin despite her fathers wish that she would take over the dojo. She felt it was her duty to use her sword to protect the people.

Izumi's skills would have made her a strong asset to the Taimanin however a heated sparring session with another student resulted in Izumi losing her right arm. It was her own fault of course, but deep down she had no love left for the Taimanin after the incident. This would cripple most swordsman's careers but Izumi refused to let her honor be soiled by giving up. She spent 2 years relearning her style with her left arm and picked up a few added techniques on the way. She would never be what she was, but she was still more than a match for the rest of her peers.

Izumi went on to have a successful run with the Taimanin, after all, losing an arm hadn't stopped her so there was no way she'd let a demon get the best of her. And indeed, it was no demon that ended her life with the Taimanin but a gang of humans, albeit a rather large gang of over 20, that took her down when she took a turn down the wrong alley. Of course Izumi took them all down with her, but the gunshot and stab wounds she sustained in the process were too much. She collapsed once the battle was done and was bleeding out rather rapidly.

Surprisingly, it was the Red Mane who came to her rescue. They took her in, treated her many wounds, and planned to torture her for information of course when she awoke. Izumi would never give up information of the Taimanin, but she also felt she owed a debt to the Red Mane for saving her life. So she struck a deal. She wouldn't give up any information, but she would work as an enforcer for the Red Mane.

Her life as an enforcer was a comfortable one, but the work left a bad taste in her mouth. Still, it's better than torture or being stuck in a brothel and the debt she owes for her life is a big one. Her honor telling her both to leave and to stay, Izumi has taken up smoking and drinking to cope with the stress. She is still motivated to do good when she can, but there is a certain harshness to her these days.

Sub Weapons: Kunai, smoke bombs, and a specially made chain with an iron claw attached to the end. All of these weapons are concealed in and deployed mechanically from the sleeve of her missing arm.

Backstory: Yumiko, a once female human Taimanin killed in the line of duty many years ago, spent what felt like an eternity being tortured in the pits of hell, slowly warping and corrupting her frail body into something much, much more dangerous; a succubus type creature hellbent on enslaving those she had once called friends...as well as just about every other living creature out there. The final part of her transformation included a pretty sizeable cock slowly growing out just above her natural female organ, the process should have been terrifying and painful for the woman but by this point all she could feel was the intense pleasures the white hot fires and her own contorting body were bringing to her. Once her transformation was finally complete, Yumiko's name and her learned ninja skills and memories was all that remained of the sweet girl she had been before, instead being replaced by a demon who fed of the pain and lust of those around her as Yumiko quickly took to torturing the new arrivals in hell with a lecherous glee, doing to them what had been done to her so very long ago, making them submit to her pleasure-filled whims before either warping them into something like her, or keeping the especially cute ones as her personal concubines, putting powerful demonic magic on them to make sure they kept their humanity. After many hundreds of years, however, Yumiko grew bored of tormenting lost souls and longed for something different, something more challenging, breaking those who couldn't fight back had grown stale and Yumiko loved nothing more than those who put up a fight before screaming out her name right as they broke and entered into her eternal servitude.

Before she began her ascend back into the human world, Yumiko, from the hellfire, reforged the weapons she had once favored in her previous life as a human, a short tanto knife, poison darts filled with paralytic venom, Hellfire bombs to burn, scare and intimidate her opponants and finally, her once treasured and favored weapon of choice, a large menacing looking Kama sickle attached to a weighted chain, able to not only be effective in close combat and strike from afar but the chain was more than long enough to entangle unsuspecting foes and leave them at her mercy if they couldn't manage to escape in time. Yumiko wasn't quite finished yet however as she even engraved markings of servitude into her Kama, forcing those who it touched too many times to become entralled to the succubus, clouding the minds of weakwilled humans and demons alike.

Practiced and prepared, Yumiko made her way to the surface, giving a joyous laugh when she seen just how run down and corrupted this "Tokyo Kingdom" seemed to be. Oh she was going to enjoy slowly spreading her own brand of corruption through this city, however first she needed to set up a base of operations, her preliminary investigations through entralling the first human she had met revealed that the old Taimanin organisation was still up and running and considering they dedicated their life's work to eradicating her kind, Yumiko guessed they wouldn't be so glad to see her. With a wide grin on her lips, Yumiko did the next best thing, headed towards what seemed to be the Taimanin's greatest enemy at the moment, the "Red Mane" orgasnisation that seemed to deal with all the delicious things Yumiko had grown to love in hell; sluts, drugs and slavery, even better, it looked like they were currently recruiting people to help with their operations! With evil joy in her blackened heart Yumiko headed straight to the Red Mane headquarters to get involved with the organisation, this was only the beginning of her plans however, first gain some influence over the city, then work to take down those she had once worked so very hard with with hundreds of years ago specifically to stop the sort of thing Yumiko had become. Because why would anybody not want to live out their lives knowing the true meaning of pain and pleasure?

You hurt the ones you love: Yumiko's main objective in the Tokyo Kingdom, aside from being the queen of everything, is to capture, kill or enslave every Taimanin she can get her hands on. The fact that she was originally trained by them meaning she knows the best way to combat the ninjas. +2 to rolls when fighting a Taimanin.

Weakness:
A succubus' hunger: Being a succubus is great fun, enslaving people and breaking them sexually before warping them into the thing they spend their entire life's fighting has a special kind of pleasure to it. However if Yumiko can't manage to sate her lust at least once a day she finds it impossible to focus on anything else. -1 to ALL rolls if she hasn't had sex in the past 24 hours.

Make the pain go away...:
Being a succubus, Yumiko knows just the right lies to tell someone to make them give in to her temptations, even more so if they're hurt and offered the chance to have Yumiko make all the pain go away in favor of feeling much better, all she asks for in return is a little kiss...laced with her succubus's powerful aphrodisiac saliva. When battleing against an NPC, Yumiko may attempt to trick them into instantly giving into their tempations. If they allow her to kiss them they instantly fall under her spell and become one of her thralls. The roll gains a bonus +2 to it's score depending on how many times Yumiko has hit the NPC. Roll may be made against other player but only once Yumiko has managed to hit them twice already with no added bonus.

Backstory: The Drazinor family's history is seeped in mythology and rumors. As the stories go, the Drazinor were originally human servants of a powerful demon. They worshiped, feed it souls and took part in any act of debauchery they were commanded to. It was said that their life under the demon wasn't great but it was a life worth living, as they never had need or want for anything else. So they served for generations, protecting the demon from other lesser demons and human threats while slowly being dragged futher into corruption and evil by association. It all continued on this downward slope for ages until, like most stories that deal with power, one side took too much from the other. It was said that the Demon demanded the father's twin daughters, the only children he had. That wasn't the request that forced the father to take up arms, but rather that the demon made him watch it impregnate both of them with hellspawn. It was said that once the deed was done, the father had absorbed an incredible amount of demonic blood and power from his slain master and the two daughters of his that he also killed. He was found floating in a crater full of blood, one charred and malformed hand, it and his bloodline forever transformed for the deeds he had done. It was in those moments that Drazinor family was reborn as a Half-Demon Demon Hunting Family. Using demon-slaying tricks and magic passed down through a tainted bloodline, the Drzinors have worked for ages to eradicate demons and anyone who supports their vile cause. Some in the family have given into their demon blood, using it to gain more power through vile acts. It has never been uncommon to find a Drazinor working with demons only to find them slain by another Drazinor.

Almata is just the next in a long line of demon hunters and worshipers. She was trained young to hone her demonic powers and magic but never let them overtake her as she used them to slay demons and family members that had strayed from the past. She has rarely tasted the luxuries of the modern world or exploring one's body or others, seeing them as gateways to baser and more easily corruptible impulses. Despite her feelings on the world, she has trained to be able to navigate the world, especially online despite the many acts of defilement and corruption that can be found on it. That being said, Almata always carefully chooses who she interacts with, never sure who could bring her down the path of corruption. However she does not consider herself to be 'not fun', having found many ways to entertain herself besides killing and torturing demons and morally erroneous humans.


Main Weapon: Catalyst Staff- A family heirloom that was supposedly carved from an enchanted tree and is said to enhance and channel a user's magic potential. Over the generations it has been modified to be used magical or close-quarters combat, with leather grips and a blade attached to one end to allow protection against melee combatants
Sub Weapons: Blowpipe with poisoned darts, Talisman, Flame-Sprayer (Just think a hand-held flamethrower)
Specialty: Magic in the Blood- Magic comes almost naturally to those in Almata's family. Healing, offensive, illusions, elemental, magical barriers and especially demonic magic are easy for her to use, learn and eventually master. +1 to all magic rolls
Innate Magic Shield- Magic flows in and around Almata naturally giving her another defense against those that would do harm to her body and mind. +1 Defense against attacks
Weakness: Demonic heritage- Like others in her family, Almata feels the constant calling of the demon blood in her. The struggle to remain a demon slayer instead of a worshiper is a daily one and only gets worse when around demons. -1 to Demon manipulations/corruption

Ninja Art/ Special Technique: The Gates of My Mind- Called the epitome of demonic and illusion magic, Almata summons weapons out of thin air, hundreds of them to impale a target or multiple ones. Many of thee weapons are illusions, simple placeholders to overwhelm and put fear into the enemy through the amount of weapons they are facing. However usually only three of the weapons are actually infused with any real power, charged with demonic and fire magic to impale and destroy all of Almata's enemies. Backstory: Simply named Kal, she has no last name to speak of and was originally found in front of an orphanage, as she grew up the nurse’s felt that Kal was a little strange and didn’t seem to show any kind of emotion in response to what was happening around her. Worried about her they tried to force her to play with other children but she didn’t seem to respond to them, and when left alone the kids would generally ignore her. It wasn’t until one child took an interest in Kal and began to bully her did they realise how dangerous she was, when the bully in question disappeared only to be found dead a week later floating in the lake. When asked if she knew who killed the child Kal simply nodded and with a forced smile said ‘me’ the nurse sent out a dispatch and two days later Kal was taken to one of Taimanin Kindoms secret facilities. Where she was trained for till the age of 17 in many forms for assassination, during this time Kal became a master of Poisons and has been working for the kindom since.

Crimson Lotus, Kal throws many beautiful petals into the air that seem to gracefully float down to the ground anything they touch, are hit with a fatally toxic poison that kills them in seconds, the petals wilt to black after they land on the ground rendering the posion inert. (Notes on the poison from Marks changes to how poisons work, it will instant kill NPC's. For players, it will do 1 hit of damage (It's 3 Hits to kill) and a beefed up version of the debuff for poison's (so -2 Str, Dex, Int & Wis). To Clarify things, it is a single burst attack that works like an aoe.

Backstory: The story behind the girl known as Aynn Wickes was normal enough. Born in Florida, lived her whole life there with a rather decent family. Not rich, but ends met and all was usually fine. It was quite the shock to her family when the then nine year old Aynn was arrested on charges of manslaughter, of all things. The Wickes family did all they could, believing that Aynn was innocent.
But evidence was clear. She had been found standing over the corpse of a middle-aged man, bloodied knife in hand. The corpse had an indescribable amount of rather shallow slash and stab wounds, as if the weak-looking girl had mustered the strength to overpower a full-grown adult and then slowly slice away at him, inching him close and closer to death's edge.
But why had she done it? The question was posed to her when she had stood before the court, sworn to truth by an oath. The nine year old, innocence still not yet broken had told the truth calmly.
"I only killed a demon. What's wrong?"
That cold statement had the judge instantly crashing his gavel down, deciding on Aynn's sentence. She was to be sent to an asylum for the mentally ill. Until she showed any signs of recovering, she would be imprisoned there.
With a calm unlike any kid would've faced, Aynn let herself be shackled and led away, only allowing one last look at her tearful family. She could only nod her farewell to them.
The Asylum..it didn't quite pursue the idea of taking care of its' patients. Inmates, rather. Perhaps you could even call them lab rats instead, for that would surely be apt. The Director of the Asylum loved science, you see. Human experiments were carried out willy-nilly and the lives of the patients were worth less than dirt. It was..almost astounding she had survived all of that now, thinking back.
Of all the patients of which the Director had taken an interest in, not one had lived to tell the tale. None save Aynn. It was..horrifying, in short. He had her strapped to a restraining chair, brandishing a rusty and very blunt-looking hand saw before him, his mouth stretched creepily into an insane smile.
"Now then!~ Smile for the cameras!"
His words carried a weight that Aynn could not disobey. This would be the first time she would know true terror, her life in the hands of a madman who had little care of the lives of those he toyed with.
Her lips curled into a trembling smile, the whites of her teeth glistening just right for the cameras to pick up on. She couldn't even scream her agony as the Director slowly sawed her right arm off from the shoulder, taking his time with the bloody deed. She still remembered each of his maniacal laughs with each stroke of that rusty saw, scraping upon the bone of her arm..

She had somehow miraculously survived that despite the massive blood loss, managing to keep conscious long enough to crawl to the Asylum's infirmary which was it's one saving grace..part of a sick game, rather. Anyone who survived one of the experiments had the choice to either die, or somehow make their way to the infirmary where the best medical care would be provided to them.
The Director, immensely pleased with his very first success had visited the bedridden Aynn.
"I just wanted to test out a new toy, you see. Here it is!"
The man held out a gleaming object..a cybernetic right arm. A morbid joke. He had sawed off her perfectly good arm to give her a cybernetic replacement. She couldn't exactly refuse, nor did she have the strength to. The arm was attached to her without any problems..and it was a phenomenal piece of tech. Self-powered by just taking from the kinetic energy of every movement the arm made, it could accelerate to great speeds without overburdening the human body and deliver blows that crushed concrete walls.
Perhaps in his happy little moment, the Director had neglected to think that he had just handed the greatest of weapons over to a very annoyed girl in great pain..

A couple of hours later, the Director sat in a chair among the ruins of what used to be the Asylum. A young girl with violet hair sat on a piece of fallen rubble just beside him, humming a happy little tune as she tested the edge of a particularly blunt and rusty saw against the tip of her cybernetic finger. At her touch, the saw broke in half, leaving them above with just half of a old, rusty saw.
The Director and the girl looked to each other, eyes meeting. The girl shrugged nonchalantly, standing up and placing the broken saw at the Director's right shoulder.
"Hey..smile for the cameras."

The unnatural event of the entire Asylum collapsing had brought Taimanin investigators to the scene, long suspecting the mysterious deaths of the patients within to be the work of demons. Upon arrival, all they found was a young, violet-haired girl sawing away at the last remaining limb of the director of the institute. The leg dropped to the bloody floor with a sickening plop and even some of the battle-hardened Taimanin could not help but throw up at the scene.
The girl introduced herself as Aynn, waving happily at the Taimanin with her cybernetic arm. When asked about what had happened here, her only reply was..

"I only killed a demon. What's wrong?"


Main Weapon: Washizaki. A simple yet razor-sharp implement for murder, this shortened Japanese blade can cut cleanly through most demonic threats. Handles better than katanas in close combat.

Sub Weapons:
Knife Brace - A belt of identically well-crafted knives that Aynn wears on her person, the knives are very versatile, balanced for both throwing and sturdy enough for melee combat if ever needed.

FN P90 - The ever famous PDW manufactured in Belgium is Aynn's choice of armament against the demons. Reliable with it's 50-round magazine, Aynn can place shots
accurately enough to take down her marks with little trouble. Against larger foes that don't go down easily against burning lead, Aynn fires to impair movement. Taking out an arm or leg usually ends the fight there and then.

Glock 18C(Full Auto) - Serving the same purpose as her main firearm, the 33-round extended magazine of the Glock 18 can only add more to Aynn's firepower, capable of emptying it's full clip in a mere two seconds.

Specialty: Deadeyed - Aynn's a natural markswoman and has strived to improve her accuracy, never slacking on her training. (+1 to ranged attacks.)

Weakness: Unsociable - While she is a bit of a chatterbox, Aynn isn't too good at saying the right things at any given time. (-1 to persuasion.)

Ninja Art/ Special Technique: Onslaught - Aynn empowers her arm, increasing her battle prowess in melee combat incredibly for a short amount of time. During this time, she moves faster and every hit she's able to connect with is nothing short of devastating.

Name: Jillian Lydias, aka "Jill the Reaper"
Age: 22.
Gender: Female.
Allegiance: Taimanin
Backstory: Originally born and raised in west Philadelphia, Jill spent much of her early childhood on the playground, chilling out, relaxing all cool, etc. Then, a couple of guys who were up to no good abducted her right out of the neigborhood. She got in one little fight, but someone pulled out a gun and made her scared, which kept her pacified until they reached a secret underground lab in Bel Air.

As it turns out, there was a highly classified (and illegal) cyborg experimentation project going on in that lab, funded by one of the more radical U.S. senators of the time, a Mr. Joseph Headstrong. Their goal was simple in end, yet very complicated in the means: create an army of child soldiers in cyborg bodies, enhanced with demonic blood, so that they could - you guessed it - take over the world. In order to keep the cyborgs from losing their wits on the battlefield, the children's surgically-removed brains were put through a number of VR simulations in training, designed to give them an adrenaline rush when committing acts of violence, while also teaching them how to be horrifically efficient in doing so. Obviously, the ringleaders had a number of fail-safes planned for their cyborg bodies to keep them from going rogue, or at least to easily dispose of those who do so.

Unfortunately for those ringleaders, . Jill never did enjoy the program; her mind was unusually persistent in her efforts to resist the violence-enhancement program, with the greatest cases of defiance coming into play whenever P.O.W. or civilian targets were involved. Perhaps her brain was registering the adrenaline as a painful substance? Whatever the case, when her brain was planted into her new cyborg body, a scientist working on the project felt remorse for his actions, and secretly "forgot" the restraining fail-safes that would have ensured her obedience. From his perspective, she was his last chance at some degree of redemption.

"I know that I've done...terrible things, Jillian. I was brought into this out of my love for science and the chance to improve the human race...but this? This isn't improvement, it's madness! I was constantly being watched up until now, so I couldn't do anything to save the others. It's by sheer dumb luck that you and I are alone in here. Kill me if you want. I would deserve it after all this. Just promise me that you won't let everything in this project be evil. Be the odd one out. Be different. Special. If not for me, then at least for your own sake. You don't deserve the place in Hell that I've earned."

A part of Jill wanted to cry then and there, but her body lacked any tear ducts, and it would not be long before security would bash open the door and label them both as "loose ends" needing to be cut off. There was no time to cry, no time for heartache...and if anyone was going to get cut, it would be those who tried to halt her escape. Her mind may not have been a fan of the "killing is fun" brainwashing in VR, but she still had a taste for revenge, and the given circumstances turned that taste into a more temporary, yet also more terrifying bloodlust.

"Shit, she's too fast!"
"Someone kill that fucking bitch!"
"Where are the cyborgs?! WHERE ARE THE GODDAMN CYBORGS?!
"MY LEG!!!"

Few dared to halt her advance, and none survived to speak of the horror that is the receiving end of her blade. Drones, corrupt Marines, her fellow cyborgs...it didn't matter. If it took one swing or shot at her, she killed it, no questions asked.

To tell the truth, it was by sheer luck that the Taimanin found Jill. The dark, jagged appearance of her armor made some mistake her for some sort of demon, which the ninja organization cleared up rather quickly. Her explanation of where she came from was obviously hard to prove at first, but then she showed them the secret lab she had torn apart a few weeks prior, and all became clear. As it turned out, Senator Headstrong, the man that had secretly funded the project, was a demon in disguise - as evidenced by his haughty proclamation of "demon blood, son!" - which meant the Taimanin were obligated to take him down...but Jill insisted that if anyone was going to rip that bastard apart, it was going to be her. So, the Taimanin capitalized on the situation: if Jill could kill Headstrong in single combat, she could join their ranks and help them hunt down demons elsewhere in the world.

To make a long story short, Headstrong got his ass kicked, and Jill's a Taimanin cyborg ninja now. The demonic blood in her cyborg body makes her a bit more prone to violence when under stress than most, but also grants her an ability akin to the secret techniques practiced by most Taimanin operatives. She calls it the Zandatsu: by ramming her open hand into a demon's flesh, she can siphon its blood through special devices in her fingertips to power her own self-repair systems. So yeah, technically one could think of her as a "half-demon cyborg ninja vampire girl," all things considered. Rule of Cool, ladies and gents, Rule of Cool.

Main Weapon: High-Frequency (HF) Bayonet. By running a high-frequency electromagnetic current through the blade, the bayonet's cutting power is enhanced. As a result, it can cleave through flesh, bone, and most infantry-based armor like a hot knife through butter, though would still take several repeated strikes to breach vehicle-grade armor.
Sub Weapons:
1: Red Phosphorous (RP) Grenade. These grenades contain powdered red phosphorous, which forms an opaque grey cloud upon detonation. The blast itself causes minimal force, registering as little more than a light punch on the average human being. The cloud, however, makes an excellent smoke-screen, as the red phosphorous in that smoke blocks infrared as well as visual detection methods.
2: EMP Grenades. As the name implies, these charges emit a potent, instantaneous pulse of electromagnetic energy, disabling most electronic systems within its area of effect. The designs for this weapon were originally taken from the underground lab in which Jill's life as a cyborg began; while of little to no use against human targets working independent of electronics, the potential for future enemies to use drones or cyborgs of their own got Headstrong to green-light the development of EMP weapons. However, like most humans using a frag grenade, Jill must be mindful of the blast radius on her EMP Grenades, as that energy pulse is powerful enough to mess up her own cyborg body if she gets too close.
3: Incendiary Kunai. Originally, the belt-like rack where Jill stores these weapons on her cyborg body was meant for a set of thermal knives, which would use a flammable chemical supply to heat up the knives' blades, allowing them to melt through heavy infantry and light-armored vehicles. The Taimanin, however, thought this chemical was better used for a sort of incendiary charge; instead of heating up the blade itself, the chemical would burst into a cloud of fiery gas exactly 1 second after impact. After all, the durable flesh of most demons still burns hot when set aflame, not to mention the psychological satisfaction in giving those fiends ye olde "kill it with fire" treatment.

Specialty: Despite her kidnappers' original plans to make her an infiltration operative, Jill has proven impressively well-versed in head-to-head combat. Her combination of a cyborg body and "Zandatsu" technique make her more durable than some anime-style kunoichi in fishnet stockings, and her HF Bayonet gives her all the sharpness she needs to cleave through the vast majority of her competition. Of course, one would be wise to give her a bit of space in a heavy combat scenario, just in case the effects of her old VR training resurfaces and makes her go a little...crazy.
Weakness: Due to the dark cold metal exterior of her cyborg body, as well as her internal bouts with PTSD and the after-effects of those VR sims, Jill lacks the..."appeal" that most women her age normally would. Negotiation is far from her forte, and if you need a target lured into the kill-zone with sexual temptation? Well, get a different kunoichi for that job, because the only way she'll get blood flowing to a guy's crotch is if she opens a wound there.

Ninja Art/ Special Technique: RULES OF NATURE "Zandatsu." A modification made to her cyborg body after joining the Taimanin, Jill's fingertips now have special intakes for literally sucking out the blood of her enemies. All she has to to is get her fingers embedded into the target's internal flesh (though usually done via an open wound), and she can siphon their blood, process it for the electrolytes therein, and use those electrolytes to energize her cyborg body's self-repair nanomachines. The creators of her cyborg body decided this method would be more efficient than simply having some internal pack of electrolytes, as the latter method would cause the aforementioned pack to become useless dead weight once depleted, and refilling it mid-mission would be all but impossible. While she can technically harness these electrolytes from human blood, the blood of demons contains a much higher dose per cubic liter, and doesn't carry the same moral dilemmas that feasting upon human fluids would. When she's feeling dramatic, Jill might even pull out an organ from her target's body - bonus points if it's the heart - and crush it within the palm of her hand.

Weakness: Emotionally distant- Lassie had little need to make friends cause she only ever needed the two closest to her. This obviously made her more socially inept and prefers to speak through text with those she's unfamiliar with. (-1 to persuasion)

The Hounds- With how far technology has advanced each piece of her new tech can transform into a hunting hounds that she can direct and instruct. However these hounds each have their own specialty based on the gear they constructed themselves from.

Tether(Wire trap dog)- the strongest of the mech dogs but slowest. It can shoot off wires that's hook themselves into the target. Father's bark can stun for a couple of seconds.

Spark(Paralysis trap dog)- the 2nd strongest physically strongest. His bite can induce an paralyzing agent.

Arrow(A dog based on one arrow)- the 2nd fastest dog. Who specializes in harassing and hit and runs.

Toxin(Poison gas trap dog)- the fastest dog that spits out a liquid that evaporates into a poisonus gas.

The final part of her transformation included a pretty sizeable cock slowly growing out just above her natural female organ, the process should have been terrifying and painful for the woman but by this point all she could feel was the intense pleasures the white hot fires and her own contorting body were bringing to her. Before she began her ascend back into the human world, Yumiko, from the hellfire, reforged the weapons she had once favored in her previous life as a human, a short tanto knife, poison darts filled with paralytic venom, Hellfire bombs to burn, scare and intimidate her opponants and finally, her once treasured and favored weapon of choice, a large menacing looking Kama sickle attached to a weighted chain, able to not only be effective in close combat and strike from afar but the chain was more than long enough to entangle unsuspecting foes and leave them at her mercy if they couldn't manage to escape in time. Yumiko wasn't quite finished yet however as she even engraved markings of servitude into her Kama, forcing those who it touched too many times to become entralled to the succubus, clouding the minds of weakwilled humans and demons alike.

Practiced and prepared, Yumiko made her way to the surface, giving a joyous laugh when she seen just how run down and corrupted this "Tokyo Kingdom" seemed to be. Oh she was going to enjoy slowly spreading her own brand of corruption through this city, however first she needed to set up a base of operations, her preliminary investigations through entralling the first human she had met revealed that the old Taimanin organisation was still up and running and considering they dedicated their life's work to eradicating her kind, Yumiko guessed they wouldn't be so glad to see her. With a wide grin on her lips, Yumiko did the next best thing, headed towards what seemed to be the Taimanin's greatest enemy at the moment, the "Red Mane" orgasnisation that seemed to deal with all the delicious things Yumiko had grown to love in hell; sluts, drugs and slavery, even better, it looked like they were currently recruiting people to help with their operations! With evil joy in her blackened heart Yumiko headed straight to the Red Mane headquarters to get involved with the organisation, this was only the beginning of her plans however, first gain some influence over the city, then work to take down those she had once worked so very hard with with hundreds of years ago specifically to stop the sort of thing Yumiko had become. A succubus' hunger: Being a succubus is great fun, enslaving people and breaking them sexually before warping them into the thing they spend their entire life's fighting has a special kind of pleasure to it. Hibiki stands 5 foot 8 inches. He possesses a lithe and fit body, not muscled up but certainly healthy. Sharp features combine to give him a handsome face with messy short black hair topping his head. His most defining feature are piercing silver eyes that almost seem to glow.

Backstory:
Hibiki Nakahara was born from a human mother and an incubus, but never knew who they were. Instead he was abandoned and left to the tender mercies of the foster care system. Being raised in an orpanage was no picnic. It was poorly funded, over crowded and bleak. During his early life Hibiki was no stranger to being bullied, going to bed hungry and similiar miseries.

Shortly after his 7th birthday Hibiki began to notice his gift. His words seemed to carry more weight; the children and adults listened to his words, his suggestions and sometimes his commands. Over the years he practiced his gift, learning the limits of this strange ability and how best to apply it. He got better funding for the orphanage by convincing the city inspector, along with donations from visitors who soon felt generous; moved by the tales of Hibiki, of course. The local gang eventually had a change of heart after listening to Hibiki, deciding to keep an eye on the home of those poor kids. And when puberty hit there was no shortage of willing females to help appease his urges and teach him the ways of pleasure and how to pleasure.

The level of change did not go unnoticed. A member of Red Mane went to investigate the change in the behaviour of the gang and traced it down to Hibiki. And recognized what he was immediately; an incubus. Red Mane approached and recruited Hibiki immediately. The recruiting went smoothly; Hibiki would assist Red Mane whenever they needed any kind of negotiation and he would get to operate a brothel however he wished with Red Mane protection on site. When Hibiki left the orphanage to move into his new 'home' many of the girls came with him.

Over the years Hibiki has helped land many good deals for Red Mane, and his brothel has met with much success. It's tailored for upscale clients and has had very few problems. His girls are well trained in pleasure and defense. Should a customer cause any trouble they soon find themselves apologizing, compensating generously for their behaviour and leaving under their own power.

Claws of Raiden; drawing upon the magic and intent of the user the Claws can hurl small globes of lightning, inflicting electrical damage upon impact. If used in melee the claws emit a sonic attack that sounds like a muffled thunderstrike. Damage is the same.

Manka is Volcanic Lamia who grew up in a molten pit*volcano*, alone, for fifty years. She seldom traveled from the safety of her spicey home save for the devouring of sacrifices offered to some god that some primitive tribals left on the volcano's lips. Sometimes it was food or items of obscurity, other times it was human sacrifices. She usually just ate them, but sometimes she'd play with her food if she was feeling randy~ She even laid a few eggs this way, even keeping a few of them as pets. Once she was fully grown and ready to leave her birthplace at a whopping eighteen and a half feet long from the tip of her tail to the tips of her horns, she took her harem and left behind her eggs, conquering the tribals as she went, killing the men and taking the women into her harem. This was over forty years ago. Now she is a powerful force to be reckoned with, at least in a one on one fight. Due to her hundred and sixty year seclusion she is fairly unlearned of the world, even after living in it and only holds the knowledge of someone who is about forty and never took a class in their life, enough to live in the world today but not to conquer it. It would be a very long time before she could reach that goal. Currently she works to increase her standing in Red Mane in order to further herself. It's easier to advance in power under the wings of a bigger bird, at least for a now~ Side note: Her favorite things to eat are shiny, polished gemstones~<3

Volcanic Dermis: Manka's natural defense is a special super hot mineral secretion that her body creates thanks to all the minerals molten or otherwise that she eats daily. The secretion appears to burn away her skin from underneath it, it is searing hot and orange like magma. Moments after covering her entire body it begins to cool, expelling a noxious fume that can cause blurred vision and dulled senses if inhaled. This happens only when the ability is activated and when it ends. Once cooled enough, the engulfing secretion hardens into an obsidian colored armor that defends against all forms of attack. -2 to melee/heavy attack rolls made against her and -5 to ranged/light attacks. If an attack is successfully made against her the resulting damage causes a spray of hot miasma, burning and poisoning those that it sprays, much like the toxic fumes that come from a volcano. Given the nature of her technique, Manka is virtually immune to heat based attacks. She can maintain the skin for as long as it maintains it's shape and is unbroken. However after an extended amount of time it begins to crumble away from being cooked from the inside. After 10 turns the armor begins to crumble away and releases the gasses trapped within.

An orphan, Zera was taken in and trained by a great ninja master. Only one other student appeared to be Zera equal - the master's son. It seemed Zera could never win the favor of the master, as every match between the rivals ended in a draw. Frustrated and jealous, she sought an advantage. The young ninja ventured into a sealed part of the clan's temple, where she found an ornate, foreboding box. Sensing the dark knowledge within, Zera knew she should not open it, but she peered inside nonetheless. In an instant, shadows touched her mind, revealing techniques that had long been hidden. Now armed with a secret edge, she challenged the master's son, and this time she defeated the master's son. She expected praise and recognition in her moment of victory, but somehow the master knew Zera had used forbidden ways, and banished her.

Humiliated, the young ninja wandered for years. Her bitterness turned to ambition, but she knew she must make her technique perfect before she could challenge all and avenge the betrayal she suffered at the hands of her old master.

Bending the power of Shadow Zera is able to throw out her shadow as a physical form, allowing it to act as she does, throwing shurikens, slashing at enemies without putting her in harms way of being near them and should they leap to attack her is able to morph herself in it's place, swapping around their positions allowing her to easily out maneuver and even get the drop on enemies trying to bring the fight to her directly.

Izumi Kaitani

Backstory: Izumi's father owns a sword dojo specializing in battojutsu, a technique that is very useful in assassinations. It's a small dojo that avoids attention, but the techniques are highly valued among ninja and so many students go on to attend the Taimanin school. Izumi was no exception as her own sword skills surpassed even her fathers due to her sheer dedication to the art. Like many of her peers, she went on to join the Taimanin despite her fathers wish that she would take over the dojo. She felt it was her duty to use her sword to protect the people.

Izumi's skills would have made her a strong asset to the Taimanin however a heated sparring session with another student resulted in Izumi losing her right arm. It was her own fault of course, but deep down she had no love left for the Taimanin after the incident. This would cripple most swordsman's careers but Izumi refused to let her honor be soiled by giving up. She spent 2 years relearning her style with her left arm and picked up a few added techniques on the way. She would never be what she was, but she was still more than a match for the rest of her peers.

Izumi went on to have a successful run with the Taimanin, after all, losing an arm hadn't stopped her so there was no way she'd let a demon get the best of her. And indeed, it was no demon that ended her life with the Taimanin but a gang of humans, albeit a rather large gang of over 20, that took her down when she took a turn down the wrong alley. Of course Izumi took them all down with her, but the gunshot and stab wounds she sustained in the process were too much. She collapsed once the battle was done and was bleeding out rather rapidly.

Surprisingly, it was the Red Mane who came to her rescue. They took her in, treated her many wounds, and planned to torture her for information of course when she awoke. Izumi would never give up information of the Taimanin, but she also felt she owed a debt to the Red Mane for saving her life. So she struck a deal. She wouldn't give up any information, but she would work as an enforcer for the Red Mane.

Her life as an enforcer was a comfortable one, but the work left a bad taste in her mouth. Still, it's better than torture or being stuck in a brothel and the debt she owes for her life is a big one. Her honor telling her both to leave and to stay, Izumi has taken up smoking and drinking to cope with the stress. She is still motivated to do good when she can, but there is a certain harshness to her these days.

Sub Weapons: Kunai, smoke bombs, and a specially made chain with an iron claw attached to the end. All of these weapons are concealed in and deployed mechanically from the sleeve of her missing arm.

Specialty: No Second Strike Needed - Izumi's battojutsu is second to none, and her first strike is often her last. She gains +1 to rolls on her first strike on a target.
Weakness: Heart of the Sword Izumi despises an unfair fight. She receives -1 to attack rolls in fights where she outnumbers her opponents and -1 to defense rolls in fights where her opponents outnumber her.

The Drazinor family's history is seeped in mythology and rumors. As the stories go, the Drazinor were originally human servants of a powerful demon. They worshiped, feed it souls and took part in any act of debauchery they were commanded to. It was said that their life under the demon wasn't great but it was a life worth living, as they never had need or want for anything else. So they served for generations, protecting the demon from other lesser demons and human threats while slowly being dragged futher into corruption and evil by association. It all continued on this downward slope for ages until, like most stories that deal with power, one side took too much from the other. It was said that the Demon demanded the father's twin daughters, the only children he had. That wasn't the request that forced the father to take up arms, but rather that the demon made him watch it impregnate both of them with hellspawn. It was said that once the deed was done, the father had absorbed an incredible amount of demonic blood and power from his slain master and the two daughters of his that he also killed. He was found floating in a crater full of blood, one charred and malformed hand, it and his bloodline forever transformed for the deeds he had done. It was in those moments that Drazinor family was reborn as a Half-Demon Demon Hunting Family. Using demon-slaying tricks and magic passed down through a tainted bloodline, the Drzinors have worked for ages to eradicate demons and anyone who supports their vile cause. Some in the family have given into their demon blood, using it to gain more power through vile acts. It has never been uncommon to find a Drazinor working with demons only to find them slain by another Drazinor.

Almata is just the next in a long line of demon hunters and worshipers. She was trained young to hone her demonic powers and magic but never let them overtake her as she used them to slay demons and family members that had strayed from the past. She has rarely tasted the luxuries of the modern world or exploring one's body or others, seeing them as gateways to baser and more easily corruptible impulses. Despite her feelings on the world, she has trained to be able to navigate the world, especially online despite the many acts of defilement and corruption that can be found on it. That being said, Almata always carefully chooses who she interacts with, never sure who could bring her down the path of corruption. However she does not consider herself to be 'not fun', having found many ways to entertain herself besides killing and torturing demons and morally erroneous humans.


Main Weapon: Catalyst Staff- A family heirloom that was supposedly carved from an enchanted tree and is said to enhance and channel a user's magic potential. Over the generations it has been modified to be used magical or close-quarters combat, with leather grips and a blade attached to one end to allow protection against melee combatants

Many of thee weapons are illusions, simple placeholders to overwhelm and put fear into the enemy through the amount of weapons they are facing. However usually only three of the weapons are actually infused with any real power, charged with demonic and fire magic to impale and destroy all of Almata's enemies. Both you sheets look good. For your Specials, Reaver will need to make an Int Roll to use the Gate of My Mind. While Cryosabre will make a CON Roll to activate Demonic Overdrive. The way I think I'll assign stats to skills is like this:

Str: Attacks Based in Power
Dex: Attacks Based in Speed or using ranged weapons
Con: Defensive abilities or Buffs to the body
Int: Magic or Illusionary Abilities
Wis: Tracking skills or buffs through magic
Cha: Techniques based in Seduction or Trickery.

Simply named Kal, she has no last name to speak of and was originally found in front of an orphanage, as she grew up the nurse’s felt that Kal was a little strange and didn’t seem to show any kind of emotion in response to what was happening around her. Worried about her they tried to force her to play with other children but she didn’t seem to respond to them, and when left alone the kids would generally ignore her. It wasn’t until one child took an interest in Kal and began to bully her did they realise how dangerous she was, when the bully in question disappeared only to be found dead a week later floating in the lake. When asked if she knew who killed the child Kal simply nodded and with a forced smile said ‘me’ the nurse sent out a dispatch and two days later Kal was taken to one of Taimanin Kindoms secret facilities. Where she was trained for till the age of 17 in many forms for assassination, during this time Kal became a master of Poisons and has been working for the kindom since.

Ninja Art/ Special Technique:
Crimson Lotus, Kal throws many beautiful petals into the air that seem to gracefully float down to the ground anything they touch, are hit with a fatally toxic poison that kills them in seconds, the petals wilt to black after they land on the ground rendering the posion inert. (Notes on the poison from Marks changes to how poisons work, it will instant kill NPC's. For players, it will do 1 hit of damage (It's 3 Hits to kill) and a beefed up version of the debuff for poison's (so -2 Str, Dex, Int & Wis). To Clarify things, it is a single burst attack that works like an aoe.

Your character sheet looks good. For Crimson Lotus, you can activate it using a dex roll since it's a projectile weapon.

If there is one word that does describe Jacky, it is trouble. No matter what she tries to do or say, trouble just seems to keep finding Jacky, but as ol' Jacky says, "What the hell."

The story behind the girl known as Aynn Wickes was normal enough. Born in Florida, lived her whole life there with a rather decent family. Not rich, but ends met and all was usually fine. It was quite the shock to her family when the then nine year old Aynn was arrested on charges of manslaughter, of all things. The Wickes family did all they could, believing that Aynn was innocent.
But evidence was clear. She had been found standing over the corpse of a middle-aged man, bloodied knife in hand. The corpse had an indescribable amount of rather shallow slash and stab wounds, as if the weak-looking girl had mustered the strength to overpower a full-grown adult and then slowly slice away at him, inching him close and closer to death's edge.
But why had she done it? The question was posed to her when she had stood before the court, sworn to truth by an oath. The nine year old, innocence still not yet broken had told the truth calmly.
"I only killed a demon. What's wrong?"
That cold statement had the judge instantly crashing his gavel down, deciding on Aynn's sentence. She was to be sent to an asylum for the mentally ill. Until she showed any signs of recovering, she would be imprisoned there.
With a calm unlike any kid would've faced, Aynn let herself be shackled and led away, only allowing one last look at her tearful family. She could only nod her farewell to them.
The Asylum..it didn't quite pursue the idea of taking care of its' patients. Inmates, rather. Perhaps you could even call them lab rats instead, for that would surely be apt. The Director of the Asylum loved science, you see. Human experiments were carried out willy-nilly and the lives of the patients were worth less than dirt. It was..almost astounding she had survived all of that now, thinking back.
Of all the patients of which the Director had taken an interest in, not one had lived to tell the tale. None save Aynn. It was..horrifying, in short. He had her strapped to a restraining chair, brandishing a rusty and very blunt-looking hand saw before him, his mouth stretched creepily into an insane smile.
"Now then!~ Smile for the cameras!"
His words carried a weight that Aynn could not disobey. This would be the first time she would know true terror, her life in the hands of a madman who had little care of the lives of those he toyed with.
Her lips curled into a trembling smile, the whites of her teeth glistening just right for the cameras to pick up on. She couldn't even scream her agony as the Director slowly sawed her right arm off from the shoulder, taking his time with the bloody deed. She still remembered each of his maniacal laughs with each stroke of that rusty saw, scraping upon the bone of her arm..

She had somehow miraculously survived that despite the massive blood loss, managing to keep conscious long enough to crawl to the Asylum's infirmary which was it's one saving grace..part of a sick game, rather. Anyone who survived one of the experiments had the choice to either die, or somehow make their way to the infirmary where the best medical care would be provided to them.
The Director, immensely pleased with his very first success had visited the bedridden Aynn.
"I just wanted to test out a new toy, you see. Here it is!"
The man held out a gleaming object..a cybernetic right arm. A morbid joke. He had sawed off her perfectly good arm to give her a cybernetic replacement. She couldn't exactly refuse, nor did she have the strength to. The arm was attached to her without any problems..and it was a phenomenal piece of tech. Self-powered by just taking from the kinetic energy of every movement the arm made, it could accelerate to great speeds without overburdening the human body and deliver blows that crushed concrete walls.
Perhaps in his happy little moment, the Director had neglected to think that he had just handed the greatest of weapons over to a very annoyed girl in great pain..

A couple of hours later, the Director sat in a chair among the ruins of what used to be the Asylum. A young girl with violet hair sat on a piece of fallen rubble just beside him, humming a happy little tune as she tested the edge of a particularly blunt and rusty saw against the tip of her cybernetic finger. At her touch, the saw broke in half, leaving them above with just half of a old, rusty saw.
The Director and the girl looked to each other, eyes meeting. The girl shrugged nonchalantly, standing up and placing the broken saw at the Director's right shoulder.
"Hey..smile for the cameras."

The unnatural event of the entire Asylum collapsing had brought Taimanin investigators to the scene, long suspecting the mysterious deaths of the patients within to be the work of demons. Upon arrival, all they found was a young, violet-haired girl sawing away at the last remaining limb of the director of the institute. The leg dropped to the bloody floor with a sickening plop and even some of the battle-hardened Taimanin could not help but throw up at the scene.
The girl introduced herself as Aynn, waving happily at the Taimanin with her cybernetic arm. When asked about what had happened here, her only reply was..

"I only killed a demon. What's wrong?"


Main Weapon: Washizaki. A simple yet razor-sharp implement for murder, this shortened Japanese blade can cut cleanly through most demonic threats. Handles better than katanas in close combat.

Sub Weapons:
Knife Brace - A belt of identically well-crafted knives that Aynn wears on her person, the knives are very versatile, balanced for both throwing and sturdy enough for melee combat if ever needed.

FN P90 - The ever famous PDW manufactured in Belgium is Aynn's choice of armament against the demons. Reliable with it's 50-round magazine, Aynn can place shots
accurately enough to take down her marks with little trouble. Against larger foes that don't go down easily against burning lead, Aynn fires to impair movement. Taking out an arm or leg usually ends the fight there and then.

Glock 18C(Full Auto) - Serving the same purpose as her main firearm, the 33-round extended magazine of the Glock 18 can only add more to Aynn's firepower, capable of emptying it's full clip in a mere two seconds.

Specialty: Deadeyed - Aynn's a natural markswoman and has strived to improve her accuracy, never slacking on her training. (+1 to ranged attacks.)

Weakness: Unsociable - While she is a bit of a chatterbox, Aynn isn't too good at saying the right things at any given time. (-1 to persuasion.)

Ninja Art/ Special Technique: Onslaught - Aynn empowers her arm, increasing her battle prowess in melee combat incredibly for a short amount of time. During this time, she moves faster and every hit she's able to connect with is nothing short of devastating.

Originally born and raised in west Philadelphia, Jill spent much of her early childhood on the playground, chilling out, relaxing all cool, etc. Then, a couple of guys who were up to no good abducted her right out of the neigborhood. She got in one little fight, but someone pulled out a gun and made her scared, which kept her pacified until they reached a secret underground lab in Bel Air.

As it turns out, there was a highly classified (and illegal) cyborg experimentation project going on in that lab, funded by one of the more radical U.S. senators of the time, a Mr. Joseph Headstrong. Their goal was simple in end, yet very complicated in the means: create an army of child soldiers in cyborg bodies, enhanced with demonic blood, so that they could - you guessed it - take over the world. In order to keep the cyborgs from losing their wits on the battlefield, the children's surgically-removed brains were put through a number of VR simulations in training, designed to give them an adrenaline rush when committing acts of violence, while also teaching them how to be horrifically efficient in doing so. Obviously, the ringleaders had a number of fail-safes planned for their cyborg bodies to keep them from going rogue, or at least to easily dispose of those who do so.

Unfortunately for those ringleaders, . Jill never did enjoy the program; her mind was unusually persistent in her efforts to resist the violence-enhancement program, with the greatest cases of defiance coming into play whenever P.O.W. or civilian targets were involved. Perhaps her brain was registering the adrenaline as a painful substance? Whatever the case, when her brain was planted into her new cyborg body, a scientist working on the project felt remorse for his actions, and secretly "forgot" the restraining fail-safes that would have ensured her obedience. From his perspective, she was his last chance at some degree of redemption.

"I know that I've done...terrible things, Jillian. I was brought into this out of my love for science and the chance to improve the human race...but this? This isn't improvement, it's madness! I was constantly being watched up until now, so I couldn't do anything to save the others. It's by sheer dumb luck that you and I are alone in here. Kill me if you want. I would deserve it after all this. Just promise me that you won't let everything in this project be evil. Be the odd one out. Be different. Special. If not for me, then at least for your own sake. You don't deserve the place in Hell that I've earned."

A part of Jill wanted to cry then and there, but her body lacked any tear ducts, and it would not be long before security would bash open the door and label them both as "loose ends" needing to be cut off. There was no time to cry, no time for heartache...and if anyone was going to get cut, it would be those who tried to halt her escape. Her mind may not have been a fan of the "killing is fun" brainwashing in VR, but she still had a taste for revenge, and the given circumstances turned that taste into a more temporary, yet also more terrifying bloodlust.

"Shit, she's too fast!"
"Someone kill that fucking bitch!"
"Where are the cyborgs?! WHERE ARE THE GODDAMN CYBORGS?!
"MY LEG!!!"

Few dared to halt her advance, and none survived to speak of the horror that is the receiving end of her blade. Drones, corrupt Marines, her fellow cyborgs...it didn't matter. If it took one swing or shot at her, she killed it, no questions asked.

To tell the truth, it was by sheer luck that the Taimanin found Jill. The dark, jagged appearance of her armor made some mistake her for some sort of demon, which the ninja organization cleared up rather quickly. Her explanation of where she came from was obviously hard to prove at first, but then she showed them the secret lab she had torn apart a few weeks prior, and all became clear. As it turned out, Senator Headstrong, the man that had secretly funded the project, was a demon in disguise - as evidenced by his haughty proclamation of "demon blood, son!" - which meant the Taimanin were obligated to take him down...but Jill insisted that if anyone was going to rip that bastard apart, it was going to be her. So, the Taimanin capitalized on the situation: if Jill could kill Headstrong in single combat, she could join their ranks and help them hunt down demons elsewhere in the world.

To make a long story short, Headstrong got his ass kicked, and Jill's a Taimanin cyborg ninja now. The demonic blood in her cyborg body makes her a bit more prone to violence when under stress than most, but also grants her an ability akin to the secret techniques practiced by most Taimanin operatives. She calls it the Zandatsu: by ramming her open hand into a demon's flesh, she can siphon its blood through special devices in her fingertips to power her own self-repair systems. So yeah, technically one could think of her as a "half-demon cyborg ninja vampire girl," all things considered. Rule of Cool, ladies and gents, Rule of Cool.

Main Weapon: High-Frequency (HF) Bayonet. By running a high-frequency electromagnetic current through the blade, the bayonet's cutting power is enhanced. As a result, it can cleave through flesh, bone, and most infantry-based armor like a hot knife through butter, though would still take several repeated strikes to breach vehicle-grade armor.
Sub Weapons:
1: Red Phosphorous (RP) Grenade. These grenades contain powdered red phosphorous, which forms an opaque grey cloud upon detonation. The blast itself causes minimal force, registering as little more than a light punch on the average human being. The cloud, however, makes an excellent smoke-screen, as the red phosphorous in that smoke blocks infrared as well as visual detection methods.
2: EMP Grenades. As the name implies, these charges emit a potent, instantaneous pulse of electromagnetic energy, disabling most electronic systems within its area of effect. The designs for this weapon were originally taken from the underground lab in which Jill's life as a cyborg began; while of little to no use against human targets working independent of electronics, the potential for future enemies to use drones or cyborgs of their own got Headstrong to green-light the development of EMP weapons. However, like most humans using a frag grenade, Jill must be mindful of the blast radius on her EMP Grenades, as that energy pulse is powerful enough to mess up her own cyborg body if she gets too close.
3: Incendiary Kunai. Originally, the belt-like rack where Jill stores these weapons on her cyborg body was meant for a set of thermal knives, which would use a flammable chemical supply to heat up the knives' blades, allowing them to melt through heavy infantry and light-armored vehicles. The Taimanin, however, thought this chemical was better used for a sort of incendiary charge; instead of heating up the blade itself, the chemical would burst into a cloud of fiery gas exactly 1 second after impact. After all, the durable flesh of most demons still burns hot when set aflame, not to mention the psychological satisfaction in giving those fiends ye olde "kill it with fire" treatment.

Specialties:
1: The Ripper. Despite her kidnappers' original plans to make her an infiltration operative, Jill has proven impressively well-versed in head-to-head combat. Her combination of a cyborg body and "Zandatsu" technique make her more durable than some anime-style kunoichi in fishnet stockings, and her HF Bayonet gives her all the sharpness she needs to cleave through the vast majority of her competition. Of course, one would be wise to give her a bit of space in a heavy combat scenario, just in case the effects of her old VR training resurfaces and makes her go a little...crazy. (+1 to combat rolls)
2: NANOMACHINES, SON! Jill's cyborg body was created by people with a strange love for nanotechnology. Not only do the nanomachines running through her artificial blood allow her to self-repair via Zandatsu, but they also greatly enhance her immune system, allowing her to more easily resist various toxins that normal humans dread. (+1 to resisting poison effects)
Weakness: A Stranger I Remain. Due to the dark cold metal exterior of her cyborg body, as well as her internal bouts with PTSD and the after-effects of those VR sims, Jill lacks the..."appeal" that most women her age normally would. Negotiation is far from her forte, and if you need a target lured into the kill-zone with sexual temptation? Well, get a different kunoichi for that job, because the only way she'll get blood flowing to a guy's crotch is if she opens a wound there. (-1 to rolls on negotiation)

Ninja Art/ Special Technique: RULES OF NATURE "Zandatsu." A modification made to her cyborg body after joining the Taimanin, Jill's fingertips now have special intakes for literally sucking out the blood of her enemies. All she has to to is get her fingers embedded into the target's internal flesh (though usually done via an open wound), and she can siphon their blood, process it for the electrolytes therein, and use those electrolytes to energize her cyborg body's self-repair nanomachines. The creators of her cyborg body decided this method would be more efficient than simply having some internal pack of electrolytes, as the latter method would cause the aforementioned pack to become useless dead weight once depleted, and refilling it mid-mission would be all but impossible. While she can technically harness these electrolytes from human blood, the blood of demons contains a much higher dose per cubic liter, and doesn't carry the same moral dilemmas that feasting upon human fluids would. When she's feeling dramatic, Jill might even pull out an organ from her target's body - bonus points if it's the heart - and crush it within the palm of her hand.

Anyways I just have a question. Effectiveness of bullets vs throwing stars and such. Are they basically the same chance of hitting starting gear wise? Like if I pick shurikens over a silenced pistol will that put me at a disadvantage on a roll since bullets move faster or is it all the same?

Hibiki stands 5 foot 8 inches. He possesses a lithe and fit body, not muscled up but certainly healthy. Sharp features combine to give him a handsome face with messy short black hair topping his head. His most defining feature are piercing silver eyes that almost seem to glow.

Backstory:
Hibiki Nakahara was born from a human mother and an incubus, but never knew who they were. Instead he was abandoned and left to the tender mercies of the foster care system. Being raised in an orpanage was no picnic. It was poorly funded, over crowded and bleak. During his early life Hibiki was no stranger to being bullied, going to bed hungry and similiar miseries.

Shortly after his 7th birthday Hibiki began to notice his gift. His words seemed to carry more weight; the children and adults listened to his words, his suggestions and sometimes his commands. Over the years he practiced his gift, learning the limits of this strange ability and how best to apply it. He got better funding for the orphanage by convincing the city inspector, along with donations from visitors who soon felt generous; moved by the tales of Hibiki, of course. The local gang eventually had a change of heart after listening to Hibiki, deciding to keep an eye on the home of those poor kids. And when puberty hit there was no shortage of willing females to help appease his urges and teach him the ways of pleasure and how to pleasure.

The level of change did not go unnoticed. A member of Red Mane went to investigate the change in the behaviour of the gang and traced it down to Hibiki. And recognized what he was immediately; an incubus. Red Mane approached and recruited Hibiki immediately. The recruiting went smoothly; Hibiki would assist Red Mane whenever they needed any kind of negotiation and he would get to operate a brothel however he wished with Red Mane protection on site. When Hibiki left the orphanage to move into his new 'home' many of the girls came with him.

Over the years Hibiki has helped land many good deals for Red Mane, and his brothel has met with much success. It's tailored for upscale clients and has had very few problems. His girls are well trained in pleasure and defense. Should a customer cause any trouble they soon find themselves apologizing, compensating generously for their behaviour and leaving under their own power.

Main Weapon:
Claws of Raiden; drawing upon the magic and intent of the user the Claws can hurl small globes of lightning, inflicting electrical damage upon impact. If used in melee the claws emit a sonic attack that sounds like a muffled thunderstrike. Damage is the same.

Since Hibiki doesn't intend to kill his foes all attacks are non-lethal, inflicting stunning/subduing damage.

Sub Weapons: Flashbang, Smoke Bomb, Bola

Specialty: Cunning Linguist: Hibiki is well practiced at the art of socializing. He listens, reads body language, etc. (+2 to social situations)

Weakness: No women, no children: Hibiki prefers to not kill. On top of that he doesn't like fighting against women or children, even if they are actively trying to kill him. (-1 to any attack vs women and/or children)

Ninja Art/ Special Technique: Silver Tongued Demon
Hibiki's Incubus nature manifested to grant him a supernatural weight to his words. Those he directs his gift towards are more inclined to listen and heed his words, suggestions, etc; especially when playing upon thoughts that are already there. But there are limits.

He cannot suggest someone harm or kill themselves. Breaks the spell immediately.

He cannot enslave someone outright. But enthralling is possible after extensive use, depending on the will and strength of the subject. Typically only works on normal humans. (doesn't work on PC's)

It's weird, I never thought about actual Red Mane members as possible charaters and mainly though it would be people hired from the outside. But your character makes it work. Plus I like how your character is based in mind control. Silver Tongued Demon will of course be based on a Cha roll

There is no penalty for using shurikens over bullets.

Due to pretty much everyone going Taimanin I'll swap sides to even things out! Give me a little bit to rewrite things.

Also a quick question, in terms if attacking with katanas and knives ect, is that calculated as a speed or power attack?

I'm kind of surprised how many people were interested.

Attacks in general use a Str roll since it's a Physical Feat

Dex is for evasion, throwing weapons and Ninja Arts/Special Techniques based around speed.

Backstory:
Manka is Volcanic Lamia who grew up in a molten pit*volcano*, alone, for fifty years. She seldom traveled from the safety of her spicey home save for the devouring of sacrifices offered to some god that some primitive tribals left on the volcano's lips. Sometimes it was food or items of obscurity, other times it was human sacrifices. She usually just ate them, but sometimes she'd play with her food if she was feeling randy~ She even laid a few eggs this way, even keeping a few of them as pets. Once she was fully grown and ready to leave her birthplace at a whopping eighteen and a half feet long from the tip of her tail to the tips of her horns, she took her harem and left behind her eggs, conquering the tribals as she went, killing the men and taking the women into her harem. This was over forty years ago. Now she is a powerful force to be reckoned with, at least in a one on one fight. Due to her hundred and sixty year seclusion she is fairly unlearned of the world, even after living in it and only holds the knowledge of someone who is about forty and never took a class in their life, enough to live in the world today but not to conquer it. It would be a very long time before she could reach that goal. Currently she works to increase her standing in Red Mane in order to further herself. It's easier to advance in power under the wings of a bigger bird, at least for a now~ Side note: Her favorite things to eat are shiny, polished gemstones~<3

Specialty:

Ninja Art/ Special Technique:

Volcanic Dermis: Manka's natural defense is a special super hot mineral secretion that her body creates thanks to all the minerals molten or otherwise that she eats daily. The secretion appears to burn away her skin from underneath it, it is searing hot and orange like magma. Moments after covering her entire body it begins to cool, expelling a noxious fume that can cause blurred vision and dulled senses if inhaled. This happens only when the ability is activated and when it ends. Once cooled enough, the engulfing secretion hardens into an obsidian colored armor that defends against all forms of attack. -2 to melee/heavy attack rolls made against her and -5 to ranged/light attacks. If an attack is successfully made against her the resulting damage causes a spray of hot miasma, burning and poisoning those that it sprays, much like the toxic fumes that come from a volcano. Given the nature of her technique, Manka is virtually immune to heat based attacks. She can maintain the skin for as long as it maintains it's shape and is unbroken. However after an extended amount of time it begins to crumble away from being cooked from the inside. After 10 turns the armor begins to crumble away and releases the gasses trapped within.

Sorry, one more question! Will we be unlocking more techniques as the game goes on or will we be locked to the one for the entirety of the game?
