I'm starting up a Pathfinder RP and am looking for folks to be my players! (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/ will give you the info you need.)
We'll be starting the game off with characters at level 2. Core and base classes are allowed. No third party races allowed. Everyone starts with 1000gp to spend on equipment (unless you choose the rich parents trait in which case you start with 1900gp). Everyone is allowed up to two traits.
I want people to post their sheets using http://www.myth-weavers.com/. It's quite a nice little tool. Make sure to write a bio explaining your experience adventuring so far (nothing massive, you've all done something to reach level 2 but you're not conquerors or dragon slayers yet!) and include a description of how your character looks (pictures preferred but not demanded)
This game will have a Maximum of 6 slots. One slot has already been claimed by Spriter1 so 5 are still available. I will be asking people to keep a fairly active post frequency. A lack of posting for two days will see your character standing idle while whatever you were involved in moves along if you're involved in a scene involving multiple players. Not posting for 4 days will see your spot opened for new recruits if there are any interested. If you give me advanced notice of your inability to post I'll hold your spot for you.
Now for the information about the setting!
The land you all find yourselves in is called Gaelion. The kingdom is one of the largest on the continent and covers the entire eastern half of the land from the frozen wastes of the north to the warm tropics of the south. Trade from across the sea has made Gaelion rich but has also brought foreign plagues to the kingdom. Recently many have died from sickness and the survivors have found that the dead are restless in their graves. Beyond the growing undead problem, the orc kingdom of Kruug to the northwest has become increasingly hostile to Gaelion after trade negotiations broke down. The likelihood of an all out war seems to be growing greater with each passing day. Still worse is that the Drow under-kingdom has seen increased activity. Bands of drow appearing from time to time to capture and enslave entire families or convoys.
Each of the players have made their way to Crossroads, a fairly well known trade post that borders the divide between Gaelion and Kruug lands. Whether they came for the trade opprotunities, traveling through, responding to the call for aid of the various businessmen, or simply grew up there is up to you. Whatever way you came to Crossroads you find the place abuzz with activity and full of people wanting to pay for strong men and women willing to brave the dangers that the kingdom now faces.
I look forward to your posts!
