Biography: Rilienne had always been an adventurous sort, even from a young age, toddling about the small town that she lived in with a stick in hand and an overly active imagination. Though she was weaker than most of the other kids, she made up for her shortcomings (no pun intended) with sheer bravado and force of personality. She was a boisterous girl, a healthy mixture of arrogant and charming, and she was always more agile than the other kids. She could squeeze into tighter spaces, jump further, tumble more gracefully... Which, of course, brought her towards her bardish profession. She was always a bright girl, though easily regaled by tall tales of do-gooding and derring-do, and when she was young, she apprenticed herself to a local bard- whether they wanted her to or not. They were a human, who was wide-travelled and knew much, and for the longest time she considered him more of a father than her actual father, a simple cobbler.
He didn't consider her a daughter, however.
Their relationship, though brief, was certainly fulfilling to Rilienne. He'd been her first time, after all. Under a starlit sky, when she was but sixteen, he took her after wine and song had loosened her up. He showed her the greatest pleasures that a woman could possibly have, then spirited himself away after a short goodbye. Ever since he'd left, the halfling had craved adventure more and more. Her town was too small for her, and finally, she decided to simply leave without a word. Along the way, she picked up a weapon or two, along with several songs and tales, paving her path with the copper pittances that she received at inns and towns.
Personality: Rilienne is a thrill-seeker, simply put. She's always up for a gamble, for fun and mischief, though she's naturally a good person at heart. If something she did was to directly harm someone, she would, at the very least, apologise and try to make up for what had transpired. She's always willing to lend a hand to a friend- and she makes friends quite easily- which has lead to her being burned at times. Literally, or metaphorically. She's also a very sexually open individual, especially for a halfling, and not afraid to give a compliment to someone who deserves it. Or flirt with someone who catches her eye, lady or gent.
