Well I'm taking that response as it will probably not be a problem... And so posting a CS:

Name: Ray Renden

Gender: Male

Appearance:
A 25 year old male with a muscled build and is about 190 cm tall. He has ruffled dark blond hair and green eyes.

Loosing his parents at an early age Ray had to do what it took to survive. Roaming the streets as a teenager, working when he could and stole when he could not. He eventually caught the attention of a good willed cop who helped him back on his feet after slowly gaining his trust. Problems from his past caught up with him at the age of 25, and people Ray owed money to found him and wanted their money. Ray not wanting to involve Nick, the cop, with people like this needed a way to get cash quick. Not wanting to return to his old life of crime he looked for other options. Finding an application for a test subject for a blind study which where looking for people at the age of 25. If he got accepted he would get more then enough money and all his troubles would be solved.

Ray applied for a spot in the tests and got accepted. Things didn't go according to plan though and he wasn't heard from after showing up for the tests. He spent his time as a test subject in a drugged haze with memory of little else then pain, people in lab coats, and more pain, he eventually regain consciousness. Ray found himself laying strapped to a table in an else empty room with white walls, ceilings and floor, and a single door. Ray tried his best to struggle against the restraints eventually feeling a tingle surge through his body and blue lightning sprung from his hands and lashed across the room severing his restraints. He felt strange. His body felt a lot quicker and stronger then what he used to be, or at least he thought so, except that he felt a bit drained at the moment. He instinctively reached towards one of the to lights in the ceiling and draw a surge of current from the lamp. The bulb burst and left the completely white room a tad less bright, and leaving Ray utterly confused.

Just let me know if anything needs to be fixed. Do I need to explain the powers more or can we have them evolve over time?
