Story: (This is based off the recent game far cry 3)
Jason Brody is on vacation with a group of friends on a tropical island in the Pacific when they decide to take a skydiving trip. But they all land in different parts of a pirate-infested island, and are taken prisoner by a pirate lord named Vaas. Vaas plans to extort ransom money from their parents, then sell them into slavery. Jason breaks out of captivity, but his brother is killed in the escape. Jason is rescued by a man named Dennis, who is part of the Rakyat, the island natives who suffer under the boot of the pirates. The leader of the Rakyat, a priestess named Citra, initiates Jason into their tribe and he is given warrior tattoos. He runs a series of missions where he rescues his captive friends one by one while simultaneously helping the Rakyat retake their island, helped at times by Dr. Earnhardt, a man who is an expert on fungi and various native remedies and drugs. Throughout the adventure, Jason matures into a fearsome warrior and is revered by the Rakyat, though his old friends are disturbed by his transformation into a killer.

Jason goes to the island with 6 friends, two of them being his brothers. Unlike the original story I was thinking of changing it quite a bit, you (the roleplayers) can decide the fate of the friends/family that go to the island with Jason. The only character that will die however at the start will be Jason's older brother Grant Brody. Jason/Jason's friends can end up having sex with each other or with different characters in the story. Yes there will be sex, yes there will be rape, and yes there will be drugs, lots and lots of drugs (but I'll get to that shortly).

Bio: Jason Brody was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, alongside his brothers, Grant Brody and Riley Brody. Throughout his youth, Jason received good grades in school and even became a skilled college athlete. Jason's father died sometime after Jason graduated from college.

Important Notes About Jason:
Grant Brody and Riley Brody are Jason's brothers. Grant however will die at the beginning during the escape, what happens to Riley is up to you guys. Liza Snow is Jason's girlfriend at the start of the story, what happens to her is up to you guys, does she escape with Jason? Does she get raped by the pirates? Does she die? I'd like to hear your feedback.
Jason is the protagonist in this roleplay therefore he will be in most of the story, the story is all about Jason saving his friends and becoming a Rakyat warrior, however, if we all decide Jason escapes with some or all of his friends this could slightly change the story and we will have to come up with a different story to compensate for this.

"Everything Grant does, he does well. All-American good looks, a killer work ethic and nuanced social skills carried him easily to the team captain position on the high school and college swim teams. After graduating, he joined the army reserve while training for the national swim team. As the eldest son of a household missing a father, Grant protects his friends and brothers."

Bio: Not much is known about Grant's past life except that he was in the United States Army and was a captain on his high school and college swimming teams. While he was in the army, he was training for the national swim team.

Important Notes About Grant: During an escape attempt with Jason in the early stages of the campaign he is shot in the neck. Jason fails to stop the bleeding with his hands and is forced by Vaas's surrounding gunfire to abandon his dying brother in the jungle.
Daisy Lee is Grant Brody's girlfriend (ofc after he dies what happens to her? up to you).

Since Grant will be dying near the start I'll control his actions leading to the part where he dies so no worries.

Riley Brody

Important Notes About Riley: Riley is the younger brother of Jason and Grant Brody and the tritagonist of Far Cry 3, Riley is an experienced pilot and he helps Jason throughout the story.

Important Notes About Liza: She is Jason Brody's kidnapped girlfriend.

Bio: Liza was born an only child to dysfunctional parents, hardening her into a responsible woman. Some years later, she met and fell in love with Jason Brody. She had a part to become a Hollywood star, but she missed her part when she and her friends was kidnapped.

Vaas Montegenegro is the main antagonist of North Island. After spending too long on the island, Vaas has become crazy and sadistic. He has a sister named Citra, who wants him dead.

Hoyt Volker is the main antagonist of the Southern Island. He is a slave trafficker operating on the archipelago, and has hired his own Privateer army to defend him and his business

Dr. Alec Earnhardt arrived on the island 6 years ago and is now a major supplier of drugs on the island. Despite his drug habit, he will provide valuable information for Jason to find his friends.

Citra Talugmai is Vaas' sister and one of the sane people of the island, as well as the leader of the Rakyat.

Dennis Rogers is Jason's guide to the Rakyat people, and helps Jason become a warrior. He is an ally of the Rakyat, and helps guide Jason towards the Tribe.

What the roleplayers do:

With all that said here are a few things you have to know. You start on the North Island with Vaas (as he is the man that kidnaps you and your friends). Once you escape Dennis Rogers will be your guide and teach you how to survive the island.

You will need to hunt! Wild life is all over the island and its very dangerous! Things from just simple deer, to sharks, tigers, and komodo dragons. (I guess there could be "animal rape" of some kind but its up you guys).

Weapons are very important, guns, knifes, bow and arrows are all at your disposal. BUT Jason (and his friends) are not Rambo super heros. None of them have ever held a gun before as well as never killed somebody before, its not going to be very easy for them just to be killing machines.

Drugs seem to be a very important factor in the far cry story, used as medicine, poison, to who knows what they are a very fun and interesting thing to play with. There's just about everything from shrooms, injections, you name it. Most of these drugs are new and mysterious so of coarse some can kill you and others will make you trip balls.

This roleplay is in its very early stages and feedback is always great. If you want to take part or whatever you know what to do.

It seems quite obvious, but we're supposed to take up the roles of the main characters, right? May I suggest an addition of personal characters and not just playing the aforementioned cannon characters?

That would be a good idea. I think either adding more "initial" characters or changing some of the current ones would be a good idea. If we add more I think either we have some of these new characters be either of the following:

1. Natives of the Island - Either they escape with Jason (and his friends) or they show up at a certain point in the story.
2. Captives - They escape from captivity, they can either be natives or other foreigners such a Jason and his friends.

These are currently the only people I could think of adding that would make sense. The story can end up so that maybe there isn't Jason and his friends at all, maybe its just a bunch of foreigners captured for ransom and they don't even know each other.

I'd like to hear what you guys think though or which characters to add and to be played as. For sure there needs to be more people

I agree with the Natives/Captives thing about other characters. Perhaps some can also be..say, Hoyt's private military or maybe even agents under Willis. Either way, having the possibilities for OCs to join definitely makes me want to join this quite a bit more :3. You should write up a character sheet for that, though.

Any ideas on the character sheet? By character sheet I'm guessing your meaning the rp'ers make their own characters and replace current set right? If so I'm totally cool with that.

Alright, last few days I've been pretty busy but I think I have time now to try and get this thing rolling.

So what I'll do is make a character sheet for you guys to use as a template to make your characters. I think what I will do is allow you guys to either make your own character that shows up at a certain point of the story or gets captured at the beginning. Once I have the character sheet up I'll explain everything in more detail.

Hope you guys are still interested in this RP as much as me.
