I've seen allot of good content made by the people here so far and I thought I would post the research I have found to give to the community.

Here you can find books on animation as well as on drawing within the forum post .You can also find flash animator tutorials in there from Jazza witch he has done mostly video tutorials both on drawing in flash,lip syncing as well as animating. Another one to check out would be the Unleash your Imagination by SpikeVallentine which goes in detail in flash about frame by frame animating and using the onion tool in flash effectively. It show the process of a rough animation sketch from start to the finished as well as some othertips to consider when using flash.
You can also find a free program inside the forum called Alchemy Software which can help you come up with idea for Characters, monsters, and props. Both the site as well as the Advice: Alchemy Software have youtube videos on how to get started with the tools and what kinds of stuff you can make.
