This is going to be a very basic tutorial so it is easy to follow it even if you are a beginner.
We start of by using a model that got a body and boobs with seperated nipples, each objects have to be seperated in to a layer or it wont work.
What we do next is to add a keyframe on the fifth empty frame on each layer, you do so by holding down the left mouse button on the fifth empty frame on the first layer and drag the mouse down to the last layer so each frame is highlighted.
Then you right click anywhere on the highlighted area and click on "Insert Keyframe"
This makes a copy of the previous keyframes. On the fifth keyframe we want to make the boobs move the opposite direction as the body moves, im not going to make the body move in this tutorial so lets make them bounce up, down and then in to place. First we want to highlight the front boob by left clicking on it.
Next we want to select the "Free Transform Tool" by either click on the icon with a square, black squares and a pointer on it in the tool panel or you can simply hit the key "Q".
Next thing you want to do is to tilt the boob like in the image below by holding your mouse over the right line of the highlight square so your mouse turn in to something that looks like two arrows and then you hold down the left button and drag your mouse up.
Next we want the base of the boob to be in the same position as in the first frame, to do so we need too move the boob up by either using the arrow keys (hold down "Shift" to move faster) or by holding down the left mouse button anywhere on the object and move it, if you hold down shift while dragging it will only move up so you dont have to worry about it getting out off place. This isnt easy to explain with words only so heres another image.
The orange lines is how the first frame looks (click on the "Onion Skin Outlines" to get that effect, the "Onion Skin" effect is also very usefull). The red circle shows the area where you want the line to end and it is the exact same as in the first frame. After that you want to move the nipple as well.
drag it up so its in about the right possition and then rotate it like in the image above. To do so you want to hold your mouse near one of the corners so the cursor turn in to something that looks like a arrow circle and then hold down the left button and move your mouse.
To make this move smoothly we want to add a "Classic Tween". You do so by highlighting either the first Keyframes or any of its frames and right click on it and then click "create Classic Tween". Hit "Enter" or even "Ctrl+Enter" to see the result.
Do the same for the back boob and nipple as well, both nipples should be in about the same level.
