Tools for use (where can one buy/get this or that)

Just not to flood other threads I've decided to start a very useful one, where everyone can look or advise dev tools.
Answering question addressed to me, one can either buy Delphi from Embarcadero or get Lasarus for free. The last one is like old Delphi 7 but can also compile unix apps.

Regardless, I'm trying to find some place that I could download 3D Custom Girl but can't find one, would someone be as kind to show me a SAFE download link? I would also appreciate MikuMikuDance (MMD), but that's secondary, my primary concern is 3D Custom Girl.

The is no legal way to pirate the program, 3DCG can be distributed freely as stated in the copyright notice; however, I do apologize for putting a torrent link as it is against the rules. I must have over looked at it, will re-read the rules ASAP. I do not want to repeat a similar incident

If the software is free, then I advise that you only link to an official site to download it. Torrents and other unofficial uploads can potentially be poisoned with viruses.
