Little question about Corta´s platformer

Hi all!. I have a question that worries me a little. I would love to create a new game based on these drawings (I am planning to do it in java + spine 2d) but I don't know if Corta's keeps this templates opensource.

if this is the case, do you know where they can be obtained? i find a post where he share the links, but the links are dead
