Yesterday I completed Noxian Nights and a few days ago I finished Ouroboros and I really loved the games. I want other similar games, I don't care about the gender of the character, I just want a game with a good lore and good sex scenes. But I don't want unfinished games like The Last Sovereign.

Very little we can do about that, I would thou suggest a came called Conquest, created by STR. It is in all sense complete, but one sneak sequence and the drawings for the scenes where never made/put in. other than that it has a full story, multiple ways you could play, even will let you do a save plus kinda file to keep some of the rare lot for you re-runs.
Another great game that I had fun with that is 100% complete, would be overwhored by crypress_z
