Looking for a H-game collection site thingy or....

Probably a bit inappropriate to ask here but can anyone possibly tell me the name of the site I am describing. I remember downloading a game a while ago and I only found this site via a text document with a link to the website, also I do remember the site having a lot and I mean a lot of RPGmaker type games.

It was kind of a forum type thing like this, I remember it was called one of the largest collections of h-games, I think it had about 10 entries-ish per page and about 180 pages. There were a lot of repeats, giving me the impression that it is uploaded by multiple people but there is download links for every game on the list. I know that it is also constantly updated, possibly 2-3 times a week.

or...
If people know the site/forum/collection thing I am looking for and can suggest a better alternative that would be cool.
