Hiring a RPG MAKER developer.

Hiya everyone ^-^,
Well to start with, I made a game a while back called "Playboy Adventures" but sadly I didn't commit since I was dealing with some problems. But now I'm back and fully committed to develop the game more and that's why I'm trying to hire someone to help me with the RPG MAKER side of the game (I use MV). The work will involve using some simple plugins and of course eventing and I will send a detailed scenario about the "missions" that will be created each version.
I know RPG MAKER might be easy to use but I want to focus more on the 3D art and have someone handle RPG MAKER.
