Super Star Saga Hentai game?

Been playing a lot of Mario and Luigi RPG games and was thinking of trying to use game maker to make a clone of that game. I'd like it to be as similar as possible so the main key points to make it the same:

1. Make a similar interactive combat system with 2 different characters bound to two different keys
2. Have a somewhat linear story with bosses and an ending
3. Have an assortment of team attacks and different co-op puzzles
4. Try to have a somewhat original story that doesn't just have cameos running around everywhere.

Things I want to add to this project

1. Add combat system with hentai features. This could include foreplay and such.
(I want it to be non-penalizing for the most part... maybe add a horny meter which differs from health? When the horny meter reaches max, add a debuff or maybe increase debuffs as the horny meter increases? I'll have to think about this more)

2. Have two similar knock off characters called (Plum and Rose) which is an obvious Peach and Daisy knockoff. As much as I would like to do peach and daisy, I always like adding to a franchise rather than just taking everything... maybe have skin swaps though... also it doesn't interfere with people's perceptions of characters

3. Maybe hentai scenes outside of combat also.

Overall I want to keep the game to reflect super star saga or the Mario and Luigi games as best as possible. I'm not the best artist but my main focus would be to try to replicate the game first. If you have any suggestions or ideas please let me know. I'm pretty lazy and get distracted easily so I'm really hoping that pushing myself into a community will give me some resolve to work on something.

Edit: As I was bored, I decided to brainstorm a bit.

Plum:

I thought Plum should be kinda ditzy or naive in a way. She carries the classical parasol... which is equivalent to mario's hammer and has the same capabilities such as jump, use item, team attack and run away.

I figure her action command could be attacking with a closed umbrella and then pressing (combo key) to open it up to do more damage.... much like the mario RPG weapon I believe.
In terms of puzzles in the game, I think Plum can use her parasol to descend slowly if she uses rose as a way of jumping higher maybe.... something like that... maybe to help jump over walls or reach something in a weird position.

I want plum's hair to be a dark blue or maybe her dress be dark blue. Maybe pale skin as well.

She might be the more "Luigi" character as she seems more goofy than her counterpart.

Ideas for team attacks

Gets a boost from Rose and then floats over to enemy and proceeds with a downward screw attack with umbrella?

Rose

Rose will probably be more domineering as she carries a whip. I believe her hair should be red and her dress, a dark green. I see her more as the person who will take charge of a situation with sadist tendencies.

Her whip combo will probably be some sort of sweet spot timing thing probably.

In terms of puzzles, probably use her for vine swinging or maybe spin Plum like a top to clear cliffs.

I looked at sprites ripped by AJ Nitro from Super Star Saga, changed the hair a bit and then changed colors to what I was thinking. Sprite was pretty small and the enlarged was very blurry, made a quick copy paste of it.

It's just a tentative idea and probably will be used for filler until I can design something better. The battle sprites will be much bigger so I can implement zoom for sex scenes that will be a long ways off.

Well I do have ideas for my own hentai take of Superstar Saga and it's been in the back of my head for some time, never really expanding upon it. Although since this is here, I could lay out the very beginning of it.

Simply put, after many years of going off and rescuing the princess, Mario and Luigi get themselves a much, much needed vacation away from the madness. This in turn led Peach to step up her security since she's not only having Mario gone for the time being, but she's going to be away for some foreign dealings with other kingdoms. This includes Daisy, who decides to hang out with Peach and crash with her until things get underway for the meeting to take place. As expected, once everyone got comfortable with Mario gone (although many of the residents are rightfully scared that their plumber hero isn't there to protect them), Bowser takes advantage and makes his move and start taking over things.

Like the other Mario RPG titles, this is your set up to the combat and the like, letting you control Peach, who is taking the chance to actually defend her kingdom from Bowser by fighting for herself, and introduce the mechanics of the battle system. Do the same with Daisy later on and all you have left is figuring out the larger narrative of things, and then adding in the sexy bits for fun. If anything I figure Daisy will be more accepting of things and Peach will be reluctant at first, but will be more open to the ideas. I do know that the standard jumping will be an attack, probably with more power due to the girls having heels, but then there's whatever to deal with spiked enemies. Umbrellas might do the trick. Heck those can be used defensively if timed correctly. Of course there does come some balancing to prevent the girls from being too powerful when progressing through the story, so there will need some strategies to mix up the combat and leave the player on their toes.

I'd love to hear any suggestions that you might have about it. I'm really still just brainstorming ideas to make sure it is something doable while writing a half back script of what I want to do.

I was thinking of doing something silly for the story such as a mushroom that increased libido amongst the toads as reference to the "Blorps" in bowser's inside story and mario and luigi are away.

Maybe have bowser stealing the star spirits and then making a wish such as making mario and luigi unable to fight somehow. (Turn into a baby, increased libido, somehow trapped? I dunno.

Generally in the games, jumping always did more damage than the hammer ever could. I want to get out of the conventional have the same weapon which is why I had two different ones. Maybe involve E.Gadd with this idea.

In terms of overpowered, there could be enemies that flip upon being step on or maybe rock like enemies to prevent jumping.

I thought of maybe making an assortment of basic special attacks (Not Lewd). Team special (Not lewd) Basic sex attacked and Team sex attacks which would require different button combinations as reminicent of the rpg games. Though I don't want to make it too hard, I rather just give the player the option to make it hard by including stat boosting equipment that can change the difficulty much like the game.

My worry of using peach and daisy as the main characters is the fear of being out of character with those characters. I rather have my own set of characters to introduce. Maybe have Mario, Luigi, Peach and Daisy visit a different kingdom of some sort. But that's all tentative stuff that's not too important right now anyways.

Peach and Daisy: Super Sex Saga

Introduction
Synopsis:

Princess Peach and Princess Daisy are invited for diplomatic talks with Princess Plum of the Vegetable kingdom. Mario and Luigi were asked to protect the mushroom kingdom in the absence of Peach. With a group of Toads and Toadsworth, Peach and Daisy travel to the Vegetable Kingdom to meet with Plum.

Since Mario and Luigi are staying home, E. Gadd creates an invention to help the princess defend herself called the Hero Belt which gives her jumps a super boost, about as good as Mario's.


As Peach and Daisy make it to the island and make their way to Plum's Castle. Shortly after they meet with Plum, Bowser enters and engages a battle with Peach. Bowser is defeated and retreats.

E.Gadd, using a communication device that is in the hero belt, informs that he has finished a 2nd Hero belt for Daisy so that she can also fight along side Peach and has sent it to the port. Plum informs them that they need to clean the castle up after the incident and allows you to explore the town.

After getting Hero Belt 2 for daisy and exploring the town, (Evil Villain) enacted a plan to attack the Vegetable kingdom. A bunch of minions appear and attack the town. and Peach and Daisy make their way back to the Castle

Peach and Daisy end up back at the castle after fighting through the town only to discover that they arrive seconds too late and Plum gets kidnapped by the (Evil Villain). Evil Villain tells them to bring (Insert mystical item) in order to save Plum and bring it to (location) or else the vegitable kingdom is doomed! Dun Dun Dun

Peach and Daisy make their way to (Location) to find out that it was an unfortunate trap and with (insert mystical item) and Plum, (Evil Villain) can inact his/her plan to make the vegetable kingdom and the whole world fall into a sex crazed frenzy. However, her spell is interrupted so mostly only males are affected by the spell. Because of this, (Evil Villain) retreats to try to re-establish his/her plan. As peach and Daisy get back to the Vegetable town, they realize that the town is in chaos, after defeating a few citizens, E-Gadd takes a sample from one of the toads to analyze it and see if there is a cure, he suggests you then go to (Insert next destination here)

Just a little plot summary that I'm trying to come up with. Been super busy at work so I've just been really sleeping and working for the past few weeks. Anyways, I think this is enough to get me started so I'm probably going to go and work on the actual game now that I have a bit of direction. It'll probably be a while before I release anything but I'm trying to keep myself motivated, let me know if you have any suggestions.

On a side note.

I think I am going to make the evil villain an Omnibus (A female succubus with a dick)

There will probably be game mechanics like bowser's inside story which will allow control of Mario and Luigi or bowser... potentially.

I am thinking of giving Peach a Parasol, Daisy a Hammer and Plum can use magic of some sort. I might not use rose at all or maybe make her the Omnibus.

On the regular map, you will only control peach and daisy as jumping with 2+ people is annoying as shit. I will add commands for Plum to help out with certain puzzles.

Many enemies such as Goombas, koopa troopas, magikoopa, boo and etc will be added as they are part of bowser's army.

I will probably exclude many old good characters from this like Goombella, and etc

I plan on adding new characters and a cast to this.

When I do release a demo, the art will probably suck as I am terrible at it. I hope it gets popular enough where an artist is willing to put up with my bullshit or I just learn to draw better har har.

Mario RPGs are the shiz, so a game like this would be really fun to play. The porn stuff is just to add some variety.
