I asked what was needed to make a demo of their game. Spurple said waking, talking, and turn based combat. I was so excited i could barely wait and made my own version of what i thought it'd play like.

Move with wasd or the arrow keys, space to talk, mouse for the combat, only running away you can tell something is happening.

Not bad for a beginner. I'd recommend triggering when the keyboard is released. It prevents the autofire effect that occurs when a key is held down. Still can't seem to get the combat working. Could you explain in detail how to select combat options and stuff?
Other than that, great work on motion controls, You may wanna increase the friction, so maxspeeds and full stops aren't so slick.

As of this moment in time you have proven yourself more capable than S-purple to make a playable game. Keep it up. It's a very good start point.

I guess I'l fix the auto fire and add animation. I'll do it tomorrow, which in my timezone is three minutes from now.
