One Piece Game

Hello everyone,
Im new here but, I am working on a litle game.
My idea is that your a sailor in the One Piece World and you get on Ruffy Ship.
Your Goal is to collect Gold and other itmes to trade for picturs of the girls.
I will be able to write a story in the next 2 weeks but i still need some pictures of the girls.
My questions are:
1. Is it ok if I download pictures and use them for my game or is that against the rules too?
2. If it should be against the rules is there any other way then drawing stuff myself?
3. Is anyone interested to help me out with some drawings?

It will be a very simple game you just have to go from point A to point B and sometimes search for items.
So please dont expect to much:D.
It would be nic if I could get a feedback if you guys are interested in playing a game like that?
If that is the case which of the girls you want to see? Nami, Robin, Boa Hancock and Vivi are the ones i can think of.
And my last Question: What do you think: Who is the best looking girl in the One Piece World?
