is soundmaking for adult games exists?

is there a kind of soundmaking for adult games exists at all? As small bits like on freesound.org cannot give you all he needed.
For example, if I need a set of moans / breathing / phrases for sex scenes in my game, is there a place to order it legally?
Because it may sound nice and fun to record some with your girl, but when you need a good quality, some more involvement is required.
