Hey everyone! Name's Superstick. I'm just starting out as an artist and animator after getting my hands on Photohsop, Illustrator, Flash and a bunch of other Adobe products that I got a discount for. I'm looking to show off my creative skill, and hopefully work on small projects with other people. :3 As of the moment, here is what I have been working recently. I have used references but I just decided to custom make em. Had an idea for this that I might work on later but for now here is what I've got done so far. Please give me your feedback and advice. Will definitely draw more.

If it seems to similar to another person's style, then I apologize. I just did this off the top of my head. ^^

If your planning on doing pixel art their are a lot of good guides on youtube. -example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hFZBUWHVSrM

YouTube is a good resource for tutorials in general.

Gangs n' Whores, is the only game I know of on this forum currently doing a game with pixel art. I'd check with their development team and see if they need any artists.

I don't know about it, but if we can get people to help Pixel out since he is the main artist (with pixel being right in his name), then all is good! It'll be god to get some additional posts, along with showing off some other pics just to show off what you can do... but, there is a particular style for GnW...

Thanks for the links. (though I do like comments on how the design I did is done.) But this will definitely help me improve and minimalize the workload.

I was thinking on doing pixel and sprite art and animation was because I wanted to do a game or a little RPG involving said animations rather than just still pics. No offense to the other guys, I love how they made some of their games.

Well in regards to the pixel art you've created. I'd use a few more pixels, the sex poses of the lady is significantly larger then her front and side view.

But isn't the 20 20 pixel size too small? Be hard to draw buildings or certain items. Err maybe not items but certain characters.

There is no set size, it all depends on the game. The original Mario was less then 20X20. Building are usually done in a grid combining many small pixel art parts together into one.

Take the Super Nintendo version of Zelda for example.
