Looking for a good sprite making software.

Hello there! Until I finish my current project I'm not (re)starting my action game. Howeve,r that doesn't mean I'm not doing stuff from time to time. This is where I need your help. I'd like to know of any good software oriented towards sprite making. Things I'd need in it are:

-Grided, fixed pixel by pixel drawing.
-General view + zoom view at the same time.
-Ability to choose any resolution/size at the start.
