I've recently started to look into programming. I'm pretty new, but I figured I'd start with making a Rags game.

What I'm not sure about, is how to transfer files. I don't really know how to use mediafire, and I don't really know how to use 4shared, however I'm sure I could figure it out on my own if I have to.

Another thing would be more or less legal issues. Obviously this is going to be an adult game, so I'm not really sure if there are any rules mediafire or 4shared has against that.

media fires terms and conditions say you may not use it for porn and they will enforce it.
May i suggest using mega?

Mega? I don't know if I've heard of that one. Should I look it up? Or do you have advice on how to use it?

Thanks Zeus, that link looks really promising. Oh also, do I have to worry about copy-right laws? For Rags I might be using pictures eventually, so will I have to worry about making sure they aren't copy-righted? Then of course there's the issue of people stealing the game and copyrighting it, which I highly doubt would happen, but my paranoia kinda forces me to cover all my bases. I feel like these might be stupid questions, but I'm pretty new to all of this, so I'd want to be careful.

As far as copyright goes: if this is just a small project you're releasing on the web for free and you're using copyrighted images it's technically copyright infringement but 99.99% of the time you're too small of a fish to waste the resources on. The only company I know of that will spend the time and money to stomp out a small project like a RAGS game is Disney. Even then they'll probably give you a cease and desist first so you can just take down anywhere you have your game uploaded and be fine. So steer clear of images using Disney-owned characters and don't expect to sell the game or anything like that.

As far as people trying to steal your game: maybe someone will upload it to a pay-wall file sharing site to make a quick buck off of it but nobody in their right mind will try to claim copyright over it. It's just not worth the liability.
