Permission to use the LoK animations

I like very much the LoK game and I would like to share you the flash game project that I am making.

Can I use the LoK animations for it ?

hey, hey! Personally i need to know if i should start moving my download links to another source? Careful what you say, because, I as someone with a love of looking at legal documents, see nothing that says, anything here is public domain or open source.

LoK is for public use. Most of the content you find here is free and people are willing to let you use it for your project. However you might want to contact the author or look though his thread to at least see if you can use his stuff. I believe on the front page of the site, (before the forum.) there is a notice basically begging people to do what they please with the game.

He said the LoK animations, not the dusty's castle animations or anything like that. I fail to see your problem.

I think there is subtilities when we talk about animation, it can contain or not the character.
The main page of the website said :

As the original flash source-file was released to the public it is now possible for anyone to get involved and use Legend of Krystal as a basis for their own animations, or make changes to the existing game.

I understand that the animations ares free to use only if we change the skin. So my question was about the animation + character of LoK.

LoK is completely open source... thats the whole reason this site was created, that was 0.1 and renara didnt change much in 0.2 but i think the huge assed krystal and stuff are still open source
