I might just add music to my game to have something.
I personally wont download it this second because i don't want to wait around a minute to click the download. You should use a hosting site like Media fire because MegaUploads gets used a lot of has a restriction on how many downloads a hour for the normal user.

Sounds pretty cool, and pretty video-game-like, but it also sounds like it cuts off in the middle.

Like, there's the first theme, then a bit into the second one it just ends.

That is, if it's really 1:23 long and something didn't screw up in my download.

you should be able to compare the size give by the site and the file you have.

Good call, they're basically the same size. The site says 19.19 kb and my file says 19.1, but I don't think .09 of a kilobyte is going to contain a full expansion and resolution of a musical theme.

Are you completely sure that everything is in the right key, at about 09 seconds in, 22 seconds in, 27-32 seconds in, 43-45 seconds in, and 50 seconds in, and in general?

I definitely like it though, apart from wondering a little bit about the harmonies/melody there.

I'm sorry but why would we be downloading your song then?
If it cut off in the middle of the song it will lower production value.
Do we need to PM you for the whole song?

From a copyright stand point shouldn't you say something like "I the copyright holder of this/these song forbid their use in games that have anything to do with a product called RPG maker or anything similar."

I wasn't just to imply you should have a copy right notice. Just that it might be helpful to keep your music from being used in RPG maker.
