Alright, so which one of you crazy fucks did this one? I was browsing rule34 when I found it.
It loosely resembles something that would come off of here, so that's why it caught my eye.
Too much has been posted since my last visit to this site, and I don't feel like going through it all, so I'll just ask.
DID this come from someone here? It would be awesome to see something bioshock-esque come out of this forum.

This looks like some one was building the model from paper up.
Normally people use flash but this looks like some one had a idea put on paper, scanned, and started painting over it.

Also if you look at the feet. more so at the heel you've notice it's flat to the ground. No model based off of playshapes model is flat to the ground. it has the heel hover in the air.

Well, the site is a bit funny, so sometimes you have to refresh a few (Maybe 10-15) times.

Not sure why people were saying it looked jacked up; just looks weird.Then again I've never played Bioshock.
