LifePlay - UE4 open world free game

The game is called LifePlay. It's an open world life simulator coded in UE4. The game is free, open-source and extremally moddable (pretty sure the game's content is technically a mod as well.)
Now to be honest, it is not good per se - there's still a lot of problems with it and while a lot of fun can be had, it still has a long way to go.

I think it is an exciting idea and Im planning to engage in the modding. I was surprised to see only a few mods for the game, considering it's potential.
Oh, and don't set your expectations too high either - it plays like IMVU mixed with Sims.
