A request section?

Hmm i know this post doesn't contain any tangible creative content but it does contain an idea.
I was looking about and couldn't seem to find any appropriate place that people could post requests or just general ideas that haven't been built upon yet.
I was thinking of creating a new sub forum where people just spit ball ideas in public to allow for everyone's creative input instead of just a PM session.\

What this would entail would be a Topic where people can post their requests for pictures and the like, and a topic where people can post potential ideas for games and flash games. The actually technically savvy or artistically savvy people can pick up the ideas and bring them to life for the requester just out of good will or even pay if they deem it appropriate.

I understand that a majority of the artists and programmers are busy with other projects but should they see it fit to pick up a small side project then we could allow them that.

Its an idea and id love to hear feedback from the Mods, The Artists, The Programmers, and the regular people like me that have the ideas just not the ability.
So Share your thoughts guys and we'll all see what we can do.
