so i was here in the forums and saw a couple of good threads, and then i came upon Dlabyrinth and harem, and i have absolutely no idea how to play it.

i get the rtp, install it, then i get the files, and try to open one of the games, and it says some kind of error (rts something)

so the real question is:

how can i make these rtp games work?

Maybe this is the place? Maybe not? Nevertheless, you need to download the RPG maker source of XP and/or the others..I dunno but for me, I downloaded the XP and others, just to be sure.

probably just dont have rpgmaker. my guess is that if i went and checked the first post of those threads i would find that info... dunno man...

so basically there are 3 RTPs you care about.
Each one is for a specific version of RPG maker. I believe people here use RPG maker XP so you would need to download the XP version.
Check each thread and see what version they require and download it.

This is not about the same problem but it deals with RTP of RPG MakerVX; therefore, I downloaded the RTP (and installed it) and Dlabyrinth but I cannot play it because I find no way to use the RTP program to open the RAR file (whatever that is, I looked for a definition but that just confused me more about what a RAR file is). So my question is, how do I use the RTP to play the game (I have WIndows 7, if you want to know).

So .Rar is a achieve format. Think of it as a zip file. I use this software http://www.7-zip.org/ to unzip archives..
