Need help with section headings in Games

First let me explain.

I have been creating games for 14 years now. However I have only managed to complete 2 of them in that time. the reason for this is I get Ideas half way through the game that takes it off in a different direction and it just gets bigger and bigger till there is no hope of me completing it. So this time I am setting out to first create a mind map of my idea and then once I have done that I will work on creating the game itself and stick rigidly to the mind map.

I am looking to get your help with headings that will be needed for the designing of the mind map.

I have 6 thus far:
Locations
Characters
Monsters
Creatures
Story
Game Mechanics

The more I detail I can put in the design the less likely that there will be a need for my Achilles Heel, the dreaded redesign.

I have included my mind map as of this post and I welcome any ideas for Heading or for more detailed ideas.

Character and Monster both seem like they would be a entity.

I have moral choices and personally would simplify the game but getting rid of it, however, this is your game.

Game Macanics
how will movement work?
How will attacks work?
Sub set of attacks?
How will entity deaths work?
Will entity drop random stuff?

These are a few things.
Also since you posted on a adult forum i assume your going to add sex.

Yes there will be sex. I was going to add that as a heading under each individual character.

I also added an Items heading last night.

I was going to have more morally ambiguous choices too. I have always liked the what is the right choice intrigue.

Thanks for the Help. I am not bumping this I had another question related to my project do Just thought I would add it on to save having more than one post for it in here. As based on your feedback/answer I may be moving over to the creative corner section with it.

As it stands I have the the story planned out and a lot of the enemies and character basics. Again it is in a mind map.

My question is should I post it on the creative corner (I am going to wait till I have at least some of the levels designed and some of the interactions)
The problem with posting is it will "ruin" all the plot twists (not sure if anyone will care) also it has all the game mechanics (well some of them at the moment) written into it.
The other problem is that it is massive. It will not even fit on an A3 page (printed it out to have a look)

I can add it to a spoiler tag and then people will be able to decide for themselves if they want to see the plot or I can remove the story arm of the mind map and post the rest. I will however need help on how to do the whole spoiler tag thing.

One final Question as I go off and start designing the game (probably in RPG Maker XP as I don't like VX and my programming skills are too rusty for flash at the moment (plus you have to be decent at art for that))
