Kurth gave a chuckle at Oliver's explanation. "I'll make sure to be careful then. It sounds to me like that rose may have a few thorns to hear you tell it." He'd have to see for himself what made Oliver feel was off about this Servia but maybe she would be worth a tumble. He doubted the Marauders were too bothered with the mixing of business with pleasure.

Mounting his steed Kurth is off. Along the way, he found himself passing by a farm. Looking up at the fresh delicious apples. His stomach growled at the sight, and he felt the fresh fruit was more appealing than the rations he'd been given. In his younger days he'd have filched one or two without a second thought, but his mission would probably bring him enough trouble without haphazardly inviting more. With a sigh he continued on his path seeing if he could find someone to buy from. If no one was on his path he would just have to settle on the rations for now.

Sonya- No, she reminded herself. Eleneir. She had lost the right to that name years ago, and there would not be any turning back now. Not that it made things any easier. She snapped out of reverie when the door to the command room had swung open, and she was greeted by her new Guild captain. "Lady Emilia," she greeted curtly with a dip of her chin. Underneath her confident exterior and bangs, she felt a bead of sweat ride down the side of her hairline. She was terrified that people would discover. She had to hide it, pretend to be normal, to- She blinked, and barely caught the fact that she was being given her assignments.

She didn't want to go at one alone, being a newbie and all, but the thought of another one with a pact with Lillion deterred her from picking that one either. So there was only one course of action. "I'll be joining our druid in the Temple City then."

Xie had been silent, she was not happy with these people, but the armband would not let her voice that. She crawled up into the cart, dismissing the demon for now. She twirled her spear as she sat in the cart, then she spots the golem. "I don't mean to interrupt, your royal pain in my ass. But that thing will eat our horse. We could go abandon the mission and go somewhere sensible like my homeland, wouldn't that be lovely?"

Max let out a sigh. Great, this was what she needed, distractions on a mission where time was of the essence. Sadly the knight couldn't ignore the construct as it posed a danger anyone else passing nearby.

"I am well aware how much damage that thing could cause. Which is why you and i are going to stop it." she replied to Xie, ignoring her provocations.

Max stopped her horse a safe distance away from the golem. She dismounted quickly, tying the reins of the horse to a nearby tree before turning to Xie.

"Follow me. If things turn violent, i might need your help."

Drawing her greatsword, she returned her attention back to the bone golem, approaching it slowly, stopping just out of the range of its reach. MAx was hoping against all odds there being a way to solve this matter without violence. She knew that was less then likely, and was readying herself in case the construct decided to attack, which it probably would. Yet as a knight of the realm, it was her duty to try out the peaceful solution first no matter how unlikely it was. As such, Max took a deep breath before calling out.

She gave the family a kind smile, and moved off her horse. Lulu was being rather friendly with them, it appeared. Always the loving, trusting canine. It relaxed her... ever so slightly. In truth, she was surprised that the family of humans were so trusting and welcoming. She got the feeling they weren't native to the Northern Range.

Said feeling was confirmed when the man began to speak. A traveling merchant and his two daughters, selling rather valuable looking pelts. Were she one of the harder Crimson Marauders... they'd be in for a rude surprise. Luckily for them, it was her they ran into. And they were rather polite (though, that was most probably due to naivete), so she can be civilized. She walked a bit closer to their campfire, flashing a playful wink at the older man's daughters. "Very nice to meet you all. I'm surprised to have found such polite company in a place as dangerous as this."

She walked over to their campfire, sitting down on the offered seat and taking the bowl of stew with another smile, before immediately placing it on the ground next to her for Lulu. She wasn't hungry, and she still had a job to do. She had to settle business quick. She gave the pelts another brief look-over, and turned her gaze back to Mathis. "How much for a few of those wolf pelts?"

Kurth sighed as he failed to see anyone he could get an apple from. Considering the lack of people he probably could have taken one no problem, but it was too late. Pulling out a trail ration he began to eat the mostly tasteless food.

His ears perked when he heard the rattling sound, but he just couldn't place where it was coming from. He kept his eye out looking for anything, and it served him well in ducking under the tail that snapped out at him revealing its owner. "What do you want?" He looked the Snake up and down wondering if his mission had become known until he noticed drooling and deranged look. "Guess words are a waste on you then." This was just a poor feral he'd have to put down.

Deciding to make this quick, Kurth decided a quick one two punch. It would either finish this quick, or help him assess what he was dealing with. Drawing his sword, Kurth took two swings. The first was held purposely short as wind wrapped round the blade and launched at the opponent. The second swing would be a normal strength swing to the torso.

Max let out a sigh as she watched golem turned hostile. She didn't relish the idea of getting into close combat with the damn thing but she couldn't allow the golem to run amok either.

"Target its head! Try and distract it if you are able." Max ordered Xie. Then lifting her sword, the knight charged towards the golem's left leg, aiming to damage the ankle in an attempt to bring it to its knee. If she could make it fall, taking it apart would be lot easier.

Fenrir never got used to this part. His bones snapped and crackled as they started morphing. When his flesh and muscles shifted and grew it was accompanied with a strange pricking sensation. He wanted to throw a wicked grin at the demons, but with his now fully formed bear muzzle it came out as a soundless snarl. These two monster's were not going to hurt anyone else. They were the ones who were going to be hurting now. He answered their horrible cry with a viscous roar (not ability). His prey was now right in front of him and nothing was going to stop him from taking them down. He started a Charge at the horrors before attempting to Cleave them to pieces.

Elenier supposed that the good Lady was nice enough. Enough that when she took her clawed hands into her tender ones, the Whispers immediately returned, reminding her of how tender her flesh was, how beautiful she was, and wondered aloud in her mind how much more beautiful she would be naked and sweating, begging her in a sweet tone to shove her tail deeper into her cu- The Dragongirl immediately retracted her hands and grimaced nervously. Her heart hammered in her chest and everything below her core felt like jelly. Beneath her hooded cloak and the sole leotard underneath, her crotch was beginning to stain her sole piece of clothing. "A- apologies," she murmured as she backed up to the door. "Not used to such intimate contact" Liar. The voice of Lillion whispering that once before fading away in a slow chuckle.

She quickly left flustered and headed down into the stables, and got all the preparation done. She immediately rode out, intent on meeting her new comrade on the rode, only once the Cathedral was out of sight, she slowed down her ride. She scanned the road on both ends. Empty as far as the eye could see. She bit her lip, contemplating. She had been practically edging since Lady Emilia had taken her hand, and the saddle rubbing against her hadn't helped. A quickie would be out of the question... right? She quickly made up her mind, dismounted, and lead her ride into a small, sheltered grove, intent of relieving herself of this... itch.

Mathis' eyes perk up when you show some interest in his pelts. "Oh you have a keen eye. The black wolf pelts are each 5 coins a piece. Four of them and you'll be able to make a nice new outfit. But if you want something special, take a look at this." Reaching into the cart, the trader pulls out a large beautiful silver pelt. "This my friend is a pelt from a Silver Dire Wolf. 30 Coins. But you only need one of them craft a new piece for yourself." He says, flashing you a wide smile.

Kurth attempts to strike down the feral beast. First with magic, then with his sword. But the snakeman proves too nimble as he weaves around both Kurth's attacks. This nimbleness proves to be fatal as the feral beast swerves around the foxkin. Within moments, it's long tail wraps around Kurth, binding his arms and legs. The feral beast hisses as his tail constricts around the foxkin. He can feel the life being squeezed out of him.

She stared at the silver pelt, adopting a look of awe as she played up her reaction for the man. "Wow, it looks beautiful!" Although she seemed enchanted by the silver pelt, in truth she simply saw it as something that could hold a mere bit of potential, than something she absolutely needed. But one thing was definitely certain; she wanted it.

Still, 30 coins was a little much for that. Elisa knew she could pay thrice over the price, but why do that when she could get it for free with the five-finger discount and a little show of aggression? Were these humans aware of what she could do to them and what crowd she associates with, they'd be a little more grateful for her mercy. So much so, that she bets they'd give her all the pelts they had for free. Even so, she did like the man's daughters. They were cute, and it'd be a shame if she had to hurt them.

"I'm sure my mother would love this as a present!" She exclaimed, before she suddenly paused and sighed in dejection, visibly coming down from her excitement. "Oh, but... I can't afford it. What little coin I have must go into our 'protection fees' for the Crimson Marauders..." A clever lie, she figured. She showed a brief visage of anger, before said anger molded into a resigned look. She looked over to the other pelts. "Well, then I can just take 3 of those." She said, smiling with just a tinge of sadness. Worked every other time for her.

Kurth sent shot out the blast of wind and quickly followed after it with his blade surprised when hs opponent not only dodged both of them but also danced around him. He'd clearly underestimated his opponents speed coming into this, and as he was wrapped in the snake's coils he realized he was paying for it. He could feel the wind pushed from his lungs and pain course through him as the thick tail squeezed around his midsection.

He gritted his teeth in frustration at how badly this had turned in such a short time. He couldn't deal with this opponent on his own, so with a flick of his wrist, a small fox sprit appeared beside him to help deal with this feral. Bending his knees into a crouch and pulling his sword into position, Kurth took a more defensive pose to try and keep himself protected of further surprises. "C'mon then, let's see what you've got."

Xie seems to not listen to you. Instead, she allows her familiar to fight in her steed. The large, six armed demon walks by you. "The Mistress has no need to fight such a creature, I should suffice." She said as she approached the golem. With her sabres, the Arch Succubus attacks as her swords meet the creature's body. But to no avail. Your attack proves to be a bit more fruitful. Not only do you cut away at it's ankle, you hack of a far bit of it's leg. It stumbles for a bit but the bone golem maintains it's stance.

Enraged, the creature slams it's large fist into the ground causing the earth to crack. Stray bits of rock and dirt are sent flying. While they bounce off your armor, they present a greater threat to Xie and her familiar. The shaking of the earth becomes so intense that the three of you almost fall. Luckily, you all retain your footing.

Looking down for a bit, Mathis scratches his hair. "Those Marauders are a piece of work. One of these days they'll get whats coming to them. For now we have to look after each other." Wiggling under the beast's constraints, you manage to make the necessary hand gestures to summon a fox sprite. From a puff of smoke, a small white fox comes floating to the ground and lands beside you. You also manage to adjust yourself to take a more Defensive Stance. However, until you break free you can't go on the offensive.

Seeing this, you ephemeral companion gets to work. Using it's tail, the fox sprite uses it's tail to fling dirt into the eyes of the Feral Snakeman. Crying out, the creature covers it's eyes in pain. When the Feral Snakeman removes his hands, the fox sprite is right in front of him. It's eyes shift to varying colours and shapes. The Feral Beast sways, dizzy from the spell. She inwardly smiled at yet another easy play, but definitely didn't show her amusement. Instead, she looked at the man with surprise and gratitude in her eyes. "You really mean it..? Th-thank you!" She added in a stutter for more effect, "You're too kind! If you truly mean it, then I'll take your generous offer."

She gave the man 15 coins, taking the pelt and giving him another grateful nod. She made sure to do so to his daughters, her eyes lingering on... Debbie, was her name. Shame they weren't alone. She'd have given the girl a more special show of her gratitude. She turned back to the man, "I'm sure my mother will love this! I'll get it to her straight away! Thank you again!" She said quickly, conveying her false excitement. She would have given the man a hug (for her own amusement), but he seemed a little too old to be too affected. But...

She quickly moved over to Debbie, giving her a tight hug which just so happened to push her impressive bust against the other girl's, before she released. She mouthed 'thanks, cutie' before she turned around and moved over to her horse, Lulu following her after he had finished his meal. She waved behind herself to the family as she got on her horse, after putting the wolf pelt in the cart. "Thanks again!"

Kurth smirked as the snake flailed as the dirt got in his eye making it hard for him to see. Better yet, the spirit's signature trickery made the creature release it's tight grip from Kurth giving him some breathing room. After a few deep breaths to center himself, Kurth turned to the beast and taunted it despite how lost the verbal jabs likely were on a mindless, and also confused, feral like this. "Not your best moment. I think you've used up enough of my time though." His face set into a grimace as he pointed his blade toward the feral. "Let's finish this, sic him." With that, the fox spirit leapt at the snake digging his claws into the feral's chest and neck trying to do as much harm as it could. "Enough!" He shouted and the spirit jumped back off the opponent just as Kurth launched another blade of wind at its chest. Kurth charged in ready to cut his opponent up if possible with a swing of his blade after the wind made its impact.

Max swore under her breath at Xie's little act of rebellion. Unfortunately she had to deal with it later as there were more pressing problems in form of a giant golem made of bones which she had to deal with all by herself considering how effective Xie's familiar had been. Yet all was not lost. Max had been able to damage golem's ankle quite a bit. If she could bring it down, then she could finish it off.

"Take your master and get back to a safe distance!" Max ordered the succubus, her attention focused on golem. She couldn't afford to distract herself by checking if the demon decided to follow her order or not, not in the middle of a fight. Instead she raised her two handed sword and swung, this time putting all her weight and strength behind it, aiming at the damaged ankle.

Elenier was getting into the groove of things before the woodsman caught her sight. Her heart leapt into her throat as she immediately shrank behind the tree. 'Don't notice. Please, don't notice.' She thought furiously as she began to masturbate. With her other hand, she brought her finger up and gingerly bit at the knuckle to muffle the sounds of her getting off. She went as fast as possible, trying desperately to finish quickly and be on her way.

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

You make your way through a small forest just north of White Swallow Port. Your destination is within striking distance. As you ride by you here yelling and shouting. Just when it thinks it can rest, you send wave after wave of wind at the feral snakeman. Finally, with a single thrust you impale the beast through it's mid-section. It lets out a blood curdling cry before it falls limp.

Spot Check [WIS, Hard]: Natural 20

Looking over the slain beast you notice something strange. The tattered clothing it was wearing bear the symbol of the Order of Ouroboros. Looking to it's tail, you could see bite marks circling the tip.

With the battle over, you continue to Servia's Camp

Experience Gain: 8 exp

Traveling past the the Temple City of Jörmungandr, you move closer to the border of Faunaflora and Nightvale. As the land becomes swampier, you begin to see banners for the Order of Ouroboros. Following the banners, you reach the camp of the cult. On the outskirts you see two lizard men with spears pointed at you. "State your business outsider" One of them asks. Looking at both their tails, you notice bite marks, just like on the Feral Snakeman.

Bone Golem Attempts to Retreat [Dex Roll]
Bone Golem: 17
Maxmillian: 15

You bury your greatsword into the golem's ankle one more time. You remove even more of the golem's outer shell and ankle. Though the monstrosity proves to be rather resilient as it continues to stand. But most of the bones making up it's outer shell have been removed. At it's core was a strange purple object. It shone with an unholy aura that caused you to shrink back.

Sensing it's imminent death the Golem began to retreat. You give chase but the creature manages to escape your grasp. However, in it's condition it won't be hurting anyone. It will most likely return to its master for repairs. You could give chase but you had a princess to rescue.

Experience Gain: 8 exp

Encounter 2: Peaceful Encounter

You and your companions continue west to the port. As you ride along you notice another caravan riding by. Looking at the banner they bear, you can tell they're Starlight Knights just like yourself. You could stop and talk for a moment or continue to your destination.

Eleneir the Dragon Mage:

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Stealth Roll [DEX, Average]: 20

Your muffled moans don't seem to attack the lumberjack, but your fingers seem to work harder then before. Lewd whispers fill your head until you finally climax. With a mild sense of relief, you continue on your journey to The Temple City of Jörmungandr

Experience Gain: 3 exp

(GM Note: I'm just going to move you to the Temple City and have Voff/Fenrir met you when he posts)

You bring the horse up to the gates of the temple city. Long flowing rivers seemed to cut through the town acting as means of transportation. At the centre was a large Ziggurat with a statue of a snake curled into an the symbol for infinity. As you peek past the gate you see various reptilian and marine beastfolk going about their day.

Re: Tales of Luxaria (IC)

Kurth put his blade away now that the feral was slain and dismissed the sprite before looking over his fallen foe. It seemed strange to see the Order of Ouroboros' symbol emblazoned on its tattered clothes, but it was also clear that something had bit the tip of this particular feral's tail.

Moving through the swampier lands around the Order's territory Kurth finally reached his destination. Outside their camp, two guards pointed spears at him, but his eyes couldn't help but glance at the tip of their tails where another teeth marks could be seen as well. The similarity in the mark made it seem likely it was ritualistic in some manner. He kept his calm about the weapons pointed at him and spoke with authority. It would be best to make the best impression he could. "Now is that how you treat those who come at your own request? Tell Servia that Kurth Fleetfoot of the Crimson Marauders is here to complete this job of her's."
