MiscChaos - Aislinn Desmond
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Chiyome remained stoic as you got dressed.
A pair of brats, probably around the age of 8 or 9, a boy and a girl, snickered as you attempted to dress before them. "Naked boobies."
Well, they appeared to be a boy and a girl. The boy had a pair of gray feathered wings, off colored versions of the Angel's tonight. The girl had a pair of pointy animal ears above her head and a large, bushy tail hiding under her skirt.
Chiyome glared at the children dully, "What have I taught you about interacting with humans, you two?" she asked sternly.
The boy and girl avoided eye contact o the glaring scary woman as they recited in unison: "Humans require privacy."
She grunted at the response. "Well? Shoo. Have your homework ready for your parents to look over tonight.
The brats looked at each other with a look akin to terror, then made off as quickly as possible.
As you finally got dressed (everything was incredibly tidy, and even labeled for size, and it had every type of apparel.), Chiyome gave you a once over and nodded appreciatively.
"So," she continued. "Shall we get to business now?"

Albedo28 - Roland Ernstein
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Just as you expect, the blade shatters when the snake woman bit down, leaving her writhing with a mouth full of metallic splinters.
Just as you're about to discard the broken blade, something about it catches you attention.
Right where the guard of the blade is, like a tooth shooting out of the gums, a new blade is pushing its way out, lengthening and sharpening.
No less than ten seconds after you wrecked the blade, it repaired itself.
What the Hell?
On in the background, the duo fight, but it's only a matter of time before the snake lady recovers.

exalted - Samantha Brown Colt
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

When the cops finally came, in less than a few minutes time, they came in force. A SWAT team had entered, and you were placed under arrest until you were identified.
After a few more minutes of radio chatter, they finally let you go.
As the SWAT team left, the regular cops swooped in on you and asked as much as they could.
Luckily, the rehearsed words, as well as security cameras, confirmed your alibi.
One of them, a young woman, sighed as she id'ed the body, "Poor guy's name is Wilson Wells. Nothing special about him, but apparently he was a volunteer here for some sort of experiment. Signed confidentialities and everything."
She turned to you and said "The company just reported a missing piece of inventory. Funny thing is, they won't say. Know anything about it?"
Right at that moment, Wells' last words came back to you, right before he scrambled his brains.
'Don't... let 'em find the gun. Don' let 'em find... you...'

Harcin - Sofia Häyhä
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

At your touch, the girl winces, and coughs out a great deal of blood.
It gets on you, but the way you're hauling ass, you either really don't mind or don't care.
Suddenly, a polite voice gave way. So did the ground.
"Excuse me, but she'd one of ours. We can look after her. But, we'd also like to talk to you."
The voice came from a young man in a hooded trench coat. In one of his hands was a large white apple.
He was below you, now that you were floating a good few feet in the air.
He pointed a finger at the other guy, and with a 'come here' gesture, somehow dragged him over and made him float too.
With the trio floating in tow, he began to walk away from the museum.

Earthsage - Guinevere Smith
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Some of the scattered sheets were diagrams of how some women... 'contract' demons.
It's quite graphic, mainly tentacles and all that. Quite realistic, despite the age of the paper.
It almost makes the vibrator tame by comparison.
Searching the internet doesn't help very much, but cross- referencing Massachusetts and the time the letter said it was published by, the 1690s, it gave a single name.
Salem.

That_One_Guy - Garian
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Try as you might to run to the sounds of a fight breaking out, you don't actually get anywhere, which is utterly bizarre.
Then, you realize that you've been stuck in front of a shattered case the entire time that you tried to escape.
In it is a single ear ring. It looks to be solid gold, and it 's in the shape of the sun.
And oddly enough, its undamaged, despite its surroundings.

CrimsonNutcase37 - Edward Gordon
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

The monster wound up again, to strike you with the same punched at probably killed that woman that protected you.
However, it was cut short once again by a blur. A new woman, dressed much like the other one, wore a black trechcoat. She either dyed her hair blue or else wore a cosplay wig.
With a look of something close to ecstasy, she leapt at the creature, latching onto the neck.
With a single swipe of her hand, she slit the throat horizontally with ease. The creature's roars sank into a gurgle.
As she continued to cut up the beast with ease, something tugged at you, making you fly up and away from the fight, to where a young woman was with the injured/ dead one. In one of her hands was a rifle.
With the trio floating in tow, he began to walk away from the museum.

Voff - Jan Sigurdson
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Unluckily for you, you're deep in the docks, and the only places you can call shelter are the various warehouses that dot the district.
The walls are sheet metal, but are decaying to the point where a good punch would punch a decent sized hole into it.
So, no surprises when an entire pack of the wolf people had cornered you in one of the warehouses.
They seemed ready to jump your ass, but stopped.
The reason was a Little girl, probably around ten years old, blonde hair, looked average, except she seemed to be dressed in rags like she was homeless.
As the sight of her, the monsters recoiled, and scattered.
Now it was just you and her. She just smiled at you, innocently.

Guinevere looks at the book, and grimaces in distaste. A book from.. Salem? If this had been there, then no wonder people had been accused of witchcraft. This thing was so drenched in that kooky stuff it's a shock that it's survived this long. Surely the Salem residents would have burned such a thing on site? Especially given the.. Strangely arousing and profane imagery inside. Guinevere shuts the book quickly, and then decides to look up things from Salem that might help her translate the book a little more easily. Otherwise.. She could try doing it herself again. It's an interesting read, after all. It'd be a shame to just give up on it..

When she heard the SWAT team breaching Sam immediately hit the deck, crossing her arms behind her back in anticipation of being arrested and made no effort to resist. She didn't take the arrest personally, it was just SOP.

She yawned her way through the interviews, wondering how much longer her very long day was going to get.

"Lady, I just work here." She replied, stretching her neck as she was asked about the missing inventory. Even if she did know what the missing mystery item was she was in no position to give away that information... hell, considering what she'd seen in the floor it was probably stuck up someone's ass and then forgotten about. "Can I leave now? When will I get my weapon back?"

Her mind suddenly flashed to the revolver the man had given her. Fuck, she wondered what the cops had done with it after arresting her. If she was allowed to leave she would try to collect her personal items that weren't kept for evidence (hoping the the revolver was among them) before heading home. The company could give her the rest of the day off she decided, hell, tomorrow she'd call in sick and put in a workers comp form, get some payed stress leave.

Aislinn starts as she tries to figure out how two brats got into the room without her noticing. She feels a bit weirder about them seeing her topless than Chiyome since, well, they're kids. Besides that, the boy kid puts her on guard since the last time she saw something with angel wings they tried to top her. Still, it's a kid and she's pretty sure her host would let her know if the brat was homicidal. So she merely covers her breasts with her arms until Chiyome scares the twerps off. She's not sure why though. They hang out at a brothel, they probably see more tits than Chiyome!

Shaking the thought off, she puts the bra and shirt she found on and put's Cu's coat on top of it since she doesn't want to lose it. When Chiyome talks about business she sighs and shoulders the fishing rod holding her spear, hoping she won't need it soon. "Ay. Wot ken ah do fer ya?"

Jan stared at the kid. How is this possible? The fact that he was lucky to stand here still breathing after facing just one of those things was one thing, but why they completely ran, more or less litterly with their tail between their legs, from just seeing her had him dumbfounded. His heart was still pounding from his frantic attempt of an escape through the docks, but he did his best to stay calm. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, Sigurd's words ecchoed through his mind helping him stay calm.

"Are... Are you alright?" Jan's question was aimed at the little girl, but his words where hollow and rang with disbelief. The question in it self was more or less meaningless, but the complete strangeness of the night had him against the ropes. He tried to keep a distance from her remembering what happened last time he approached someone unaware. Still, she had technically saved him from the wolf. The question beeing whether or not being saved by something that manages to scare of a pack of crazy wolf people is better then being chased by said wolf people. Jan kept his eyes fixed on the girl as he tried to spy an escape route with the corner of his eyes and prepared himself to dodge and run if anything went wrong.

Edward blinked, unsure whether or not to feel cursed and surprised that this displaying woman cut it's throat easily with a bare hand, or pissed off that she interrupted his fight. He opened his mouth to speed when SOMETHING started to tug at him, forcefully pulling him away from the beast's body and the new arrival as well as a few feet off the floor towards some weird cloaked douche in a cloak, Edward struggling in the air "Oi! What the bloody hell!? Put me down!" He yelled as he kicked his legs in the air, trying to fight whatever was holding him up

Sofia was dizzied by the sudden lack of solid earth under her feet. Looking around, disoriented, and noticing the man, she nearly does a double take. He can make people fly? Clearly whatever is going on here is above her, but deep inside, she's thrilled. Who knows what could happen here? That said, she was still panicking. A creepy guy in a trench coat wants to "talk" with her? She doesn't care how polite the man might seem, this never goes well. With all the crap that's going on tonight, she's not likely to trust anyone right away, except maybe the guy with the sword who seemed to be in the same kind of situation. Sparing a glance over to him and his struggles, she gets pissed. What kind of person just walks over and makes people helpless without so much as a 'How do you do?'

"Hey asshole, we still got legs! She's the hurt one, use whatever crap this is on her!" She'd point her rifle towards his head, "Put us, and the hood, down, and I might be a bit more willing to trust you."

Garian continued trying to run to no avail, wondering to himself what sort of magic is this to keep him here of all places, the fire looked as though it was spreading and he probably wouldn't be able to escape from it at this point. Looking around, he spotted the ear ring and stared at it. it looked like the fire didn't touch it, even played around it. He thought about it for a moment and then moved up and took the earring, thinking that he might as well save something in the museum, if he ever escapes that is.

Things were getting a bit too strange for Roran. When the blade broke in the Lamia's mouth his hopes died with the sword's integrity. Then as the monster reeled back in pain another blade grew from the hilt of the broken weapon in a matter of seconds. The snake woman in front of him had attacked him with no explanation as to why and that meant there was only one proper response: force. He brought the newly repaired sword to bear on the lamia and struck at her, trying to aim for her exposed upper body. He yelled out as he attacked, "Bite this, bitch!" When his attack was completed either successful or not he'd speak again, "If you'd tell me what's going on instead of attacking me I might be less inclined to try murdering you, you know?"

MiscChaos - Aislinn Desmond
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Without blinking an eye, she said, "Well, for starters, you could join the Society."
Aw damit, the sales pitch.
"To be honest, this job is quite hazardous, but if we are to continue the work of the prior five centuries of defending humanity, we need new guardians," she said.
"In exchange of your services, we are willing to offer you everything and anything in the Society's disposal. Simply put: What would you like in exchange for working for us?"

Albedo28 - Roland Ernstein
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

If you were expecting to get a proper response from her, you're sadly mistaken.
Watching the blade grew back into place, her hisses became deeper and more menacing.
"Lore Keeper," she hissed angrily sounding. "DIE!"
Rather than attacking you directly, she almost took you're head off with a swipe of her massive tail.
The blade shattered once more on impact... towards you. Luckily, the shrapnel flew over your head.

exalted - Samantha Brown Colt
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Taking your holster back, it doesn't appear that the antique pistol wasn't removed.
However, the officer who returned it to you said something odd as he said, "Well, since the video and accountable evidence match up perfectly, the higher up decided to return your pistol to you. I've taken the liberty of putting it back into the holster."
His partner, the woman who questioned you, popped back to his side from elsewhere and said, "Company's still refusing to tell us what exactly went missing. Kind of worrying, since... well, this place is mainly funded by the DoD."
The officer grunted before putting the your gun holster in your hands before the teams finally left.
And, it's almost time to clock out.

Harcin - Sofia Häyhä
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

The man paused, and looked at the floating man with the sword.
"You didn't take my comrade's advice. Why should I listen to yours?"
To you in particular, he said, "You're in just as much in danger as her. You were lucky that Jack decided to target the Ogre first. You wouldn't be the first to be killed because someone she cared about got hurt.
The direction he was walking to is back into the Entertainment District.

Earthsage - Guinevere Smith
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Before you realized it, it's closing time!
How time flies, doesn't it?
Also, you do have to take the vibrator. It kinda has to do with the fact that Lucy's going to be the next head librarian and helped you get your job, so that's why you put up with her shenanigans and all.
Best to pack everything up and close for the night, yes?

That_One_Guy - Garian
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Picking up the earring, you can feel that the metal is hot to the touch, but a pleasant hot.
Much like a nice sunny day.
Clenching your hand around it, if felt soft, malleable. Too malleable, as the earring gives way like a piece of putty.
Surprisingly, the mushed piece of metal snakes and worms around your arm, before turning into a wicked- looking golden gauntlet.
It also faintly glowed in the light.
Now, the sounds of fighting are now a lot closer, as if the fight has come to you.

CrimsonNutcase37 - Edward Gordon
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

The man pauses, and looked at you.
"You didn't take my comrade's advice. Why should I listen to yours?"
To the conscious woman, he said, "You're in just as much in danger as her. You were lucky that Jack decided to target the Ogre first. You wouldn't be the first to be killed because someone she cared about got hurt.
The direction he was walking to is back into the Entertainment District.

Voff - Jan Sigurdson
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

The child looked at you in a moment of pure confusion, and much to your's, she started laughing.
"Oh, I've forgotten that there's a more pleasant side of humanity," the tiny girl chuckled mirthfully.
She looked into your eyes, and truth be told, you don't like those kinds of eyes. It's like those eyes make your whole life a book to be looked at freely.
"... Let me guess," she said slowly, taking a seat on a nearby splintered, rotting crate, crossing her arms and legs like a woman thrice her age, "You, have a problem that you feel is out of your control, no?"

Sam frowned slightly as the antique was handed back as her weapon, imagining the paperwork she'd have to fill out to find and kept back the one she'd been issued. Ah, fuck it, she thought, her supervisor could deal with that when she called in sick tomorrow. Wrapping the drop-leg holster and revolver up with belt, she stashed the bundle inside her windbreaker and headed down to locker room to grab her stuff and head home.

Guinevere sighs, realizing she has to shut down... She's glad for Lucy's help, but it takes her a moment to remember she's slated to be the next head Librarian with all of these silly pranks she pulls... but she's not going to throw her friend under the bus like this. She stuffs the vibrator away into her bag, burying it deep so than no-one finds it, and she also places the book into her bag as she has yet to finish with it. She also goes to the computer... And then, on a whim, decides to delete her browsing history. She gets a strange feeling that she won't want Lucy to have a laugh at her for looking into this book so much. It's probably nothing besides old, fanciful tales and a very detailed book from a crazed, witchcraft obsessed era.
... Hopefully it's just that. Hopefully.

A problem? Jan couldn't be sure to which problem she was reffering. There had always been some sort of problem popping up in his life, but they all seemed more or less trivial after the nights events so far. The girl sitting in front of him definetely was a mystery, a mystery of the really creepy sort, and even though she had technically saved him that was by no means a garanty for his safety. Maybe trying to find an exit strategy would be the way to go. "Well it seems those things are gone now so... Not to be rude, but it is probably time for me to take my leave..." He kept his eyes on the child as he backed towards the exit.

Garian gasped, feeling the heat from it which surprised him, and then watched as it snaked onto his arm and formed the gauntlet. He looked at it for a bit, wondering what it is that he just did or grabbed before realizing the battle was now being heard closer than before. Looking towards the sound of the battle, he moved towards it, wondering if he'd see who it was that was fighting and whether he'd be able to join in or not.
